I need help with using Office Home & Student for writing a letter. I have been using Word for decades and I'm familiar with how to use it. However, I am facing issues changing the font size, font type, and other functions. When I click on Word, it instantly takes me to the Internet, which is frustrating. I would like to know where I can find information about all the recent changes that have been made. Please contact me by phone at [redacted]. Thank you.

Hello, this is Adrienne D. Allen. I recently bought a Microsoft Office [redacted] Personal/Home subscription for $69.99 for one year. I have been receiving technical support from Mike to help fix my HP Intel laptop since Tuesday. Mike has been very patient, understanding, and professional in assisting me with my computer. However, he is still working on setting up Microsoft Office for me. Unfortunately, I am still unable to access MS Office [redacted] and use my emails and Word processing due to having purchased two subscriptions in the past year. I am now requesting a refund for the subscription I purchased this morning because I am unable to use Word. This situation has been very frustrating and disappointing for me. If someone from Microsoft Office could contact me at [redacted], I would appreciate it greatly. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance in resolving this issue promptly.
Best regards,
Adrienne D. Allen

While I was working on my computer, I received a message purportedly from Microsoft stating that my computer was frozen due to access by Trojan malware. The number provided for Microsoft assistance was [redacted]. Upon calling, I spoke with "Jennifer", who requested I contact her at a [redacted] area code number. After working on my computer, she claimed that my computer, bank accounts, and credit card passwords had been compromised. Subsequently, I discovered that a source in China tried to withdraw $[redacted] from my savings account at the bank, but the transaction was denied. I now suspect this was a spam incident. I am uncertain if the phone number belongs to Microsoft or if "Jennifer" is genuinely employed by them.

I forgot the login password for my Windows 10 computer and have tried different methods to recover it. I've attempted using the command prompt to rename certain files like utilman and magnify, but I'm unable to access them due to system restrictions.
There is crucial information on my hard drive that I must retrieve for my professional business, and I can't afford to erase it as it's not backed up elsewhere. It's essential that I regain access to my computer without losing any data.
I would appreciate any assistance on how to reset or recover my forgotten password without losing the data on my hard drive.

Hello;
I am reaching out on behalf of Louis Cayer, who is currently working at Parkéo.
We would like to access his account to renew the office365 subscription.
Mr. Cayer recently changed his password, and when we try to log in with his new password, a verification code is sent to the phone number ending in XX03, but this number is no longer valid.
Would it be possible to change this number to [redacted]?
Please contact us at [redacted]. We speak both French and English, so any of your technicians can reach out to us.
Thank you very much and have a great day.

Hi, I need help accessing my computer as I forgot the password to my admin account and the email associated with it. I initially created a new email account "[redacted]" due to my teenager using my personal email "[redacted]" to login without my permission. Unfortunately, due to short-term memory loss caused by steroids taken for the past three months, I cannot remember the difficult password I set up. I am now unable to upgrade to Windows 11 as I can't log in. I attempted recovery options, but I fear I used different information during setup to prevent family members from guessing. I have been trying to remember with no success in recent weeks. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Best regards, I S Bhanupuri

I am struggling to access my Hotmail account that I have used since [redacted]. I am frustrated with the lack of online support and do not want to sync all products. After resetting my computer and losing the saved password, I cannot regain access. Despite changing passwords multiple times, I am now being denied access. I have a subscription to MS365 until [redacted] but cannot access my account to prove it. Due to fraudulent activity, I had to update my credit cards and phone number, leading to further complications. I am willing to provide my email address, but I cannot remember the new password. This cycle is exhausting, and I am reluctant to create new accounts. It is a predicament as I cannot open my email. I am frustrated with the whole process and hesitant to disclose more personal information due to past rip-offs. Thank you, Susan.

I purchased MS Office software, but when I installed it, the program did not activate. The order was placed on October 30, [redacted], under order # [redacted], for a total price of $[redacted].24. I suspect the computer issues were caused by an electrical charge, leading me to replace the motherboard and CPU. This may explain why the software cannot activate. I urgently need MS Office for an educational investigation class. My name is Miguel Alonso Reyes, and you can reach me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Thank you. Miguel Alonso.

I am currently locked out of my email account. I have followed the automated service instructions but now they are asking for the last email address created, which is different from the new address I have. My daughter is assisting me as I struggle with technology, and we have not received help from anyone in the organization. I am of an older generation and need support to acquire the required credentials stated by Microsoft. It appears that someone else may be accessing my account, which raises concerns about the security measures in place.

On March 17, [redacted], my Outlook email account [redacted] was locked by you due to an incorrect password issue. Despite changing the password, the problem persisted, and I am unable now to access the many emails in my account. It feels like losing a significant connection. Microsoft seems unresponsive, perhaps they suspect me of hacking, but I am Gerald Garwood, a genuine 82-year-old individual. I implore you to unlock my account and restore my access. My emails showcase an elderly man trying to keep in touch with friends and conduct some online business. Kindly consider my plea and help me regain my digital presence. Email communication is preferred over calls at this time.

I received an email today regarding unusual activity on my account, Ronal McCann. The notification mentioned someone from Russia/Moscow accessing my account using Firefox on Windows 10 with the IP Address [redacted].[redacted].77.[redacted]. This is not me as I am located in Peoria, AZ, using Windows 11 and Microsoft Edge. I have updated my passwords for Microsoft and Google, but still receive mismatch errors when trying to log in. It's frustrating that I may have to wait two weeks to access my Microsoft account. Any assistance to address this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ronal McCann.

My computer displayed a warning about a Trojan virus, and I reached out to what I believed was a Microsoft Office representative. They mentioned multiple people using my IP address for illegal activities and offered to fix it by installing some software. I later deleted the programs and provided my credit card information for a supposed $5 charge. However, after being unable to contact them, I became concerned and cancelled my credit card. Now, I just want to ensure the safety of my account. Being a 68-year-old woman, I wanted to address this issue promptly to avoid any further troubles.

A few years ago, my son inadvertently set up a family lock using the family feature on my work computer, making his email the administrator account. I deactivated his email to regain control but lost my administrator rights. Now, I urgently need to uninstall and reinstall an app, but without administrator permissions, I am stuck. This is very stressful for me, especially because I am a tax preparer and must meet a deadline. I have not been able to rest due to this situation. The email listed below is my current contact, and the inactive email is the one linked to my computer, which currently restricts my actions. Your immediate assistance in resolving this is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I suspect I have been targeted by a scam. When I attempted to open Firefox on my computer, I encountered what seemed like legitimate messages from "Microsoft" claiming that my computer was locked. The messages instructed me to contact technical support at 1 [redacted]. The technician guided me through running various programs, including one that appeared to display my computer history. He then requested my bank's customer service number and established a secure connection. I was informed of three pending transactions for around $30,[redacted], which I supposedly authorized. After the technician placed a 24-hour hold on the transactions and assured me of a follow-up call in the morning, he advised me to keep my phone line open for monitoring. When I began reaching out to Microsoft and my bank, the computer lock vanished, and the technician on the phone disconnected. I need guidance on whether my information has been compromised and what steps to take next. Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
