I am struggling with a Microsoft Word problem. The error message says, "Word could not create the work file. Check the temp environment variable." I have tried many solutions found on the web, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. I am not very technical, as my wife subscribes to Home Office [redacted] Home. I am looking for a straightforward solution. This problem is causing me a lot of frustration. I used the human chat option which was very helpful. Can someone assist me with this issue?

I am the administrative assistant at Calvary Church in Alva, Florida. We recently purchased Microsoft [redacted]. I noticed that our bank statement shows the first deduction of $6.99 on 01/26/21. Although there was an initial issue with the payment, a representative assisted me in successfully using our church debit card for the purchase. Surprisingly, I realized that the $6.99 deduction appeared twice, first on 01/26/[redacted] and then on 01/27/[redacted]. I assumed it was a one-time error, but now I see two more deductions of $6.99 each on 02/26/21 and 03/01/[redacted]. This concerns me, as I specifically mentioned to customer service that it shouldn't be deducted twice. I kindly request a prompt resolution. Please contact me at [redacted] during church office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Thank you, Starla Holley, Calvary Church.

I recently purchased a Microsoft [redacted] Personal subscription and set up my account with a profile photo. However, upon downloading the app on my 8-year-old iMac desktop with OS X version 10.9.5, I received an error message stating that my computer does not support the app. I tried contacting customer service at [redacted], but I couldn't proceed past the automated system. As a person with adult ADD and limited tech knowledge, I require human assistance to address this issue. Do I need to buy a new laptop to access my subscription? My email is [redacted] and my landline is [redacted].

I have been a Microsoft [redacted] customer for a while now, paying $6.99 a month. On May 6th, I switched to the annual payment option and paid $69.99 on my Visa card. The confirmation email mentioned I would be charged $69.99 yearly plus taxes. Recently, I received a notification about losing my OneDrive access due to a missed $6.99 payment. I'm unsure if I have duplicate accounts causing this confusion. I want to cancel the account linked to the $6.99 missed payment due to an expired credit card and keep the $69.99 annual subscription. Name: J. Meyers. Email confirmation received for my Microsoft [redacted] Personal subscription.

The Microsoft help center chat is terrible. I have been attempting to get a number to speak with someone, but the prompts are not functioning. I am extremely frustrated with the service provided and will leave reviews on Glassdoor and Trustpilot due to the lack of customer support. I bought the Microsoft personal package for $90 a month ago, and it is only working on OneDrive. I kindly request that someone contacts me at [redacted], nickname slackos. My email is dawnraerino2002@[redacted]. The order purchase number is [redacted].

I have been struggling to order my free gift cards from [redacted]. Yesterday, I selected a $25 Walmart card and a $25 TJMaxx card on the website. However, when I tried to place the order, nothing happened. I contacted Kara for help, but unfortunately, she was unable to assist me. Later, I attempted to place the order again, but encountered the same issue. I then spoke with Chevannese, who suggested calling [redacted], which turned out to be an automated line. When I mentioned the specific gift cards I wanted, they were not available among the options provided. Frustrated, I closed the chat. Despite trying to order again in the morning and following Chevannese's advice to use a different browser, I am still facing the same problem when I click on "place order."

Yesterday, while exploring Outlook [redacted], I accidentally activated the Ukrainian to English translator. Everything displayed correctly, but now I can't find how to revert back to the original settings. All headers in Word, Outlook, and other programs are now in Ukrainian. Can someone guide me on how to reset everything back to normal?

Subject: Microsoft Office [redacted] Email Issue Hello Microsoft Office [redacted] team, I am experiencing difficulties with my office [redacted] email ([redacted]). I am unable to send or receive emails with attachments, and there is a delay in sending and receiving regular emails. Prior to purchasing the annual Office [redacted] plan, I utilized the (petersberg.co) domain for free through Microsoft Azure. I had to remove the domain from Microsoft Azure, which was associated with ([redacted]), when I purchased the Office [redacted] plan and set up [redacted] email. I have a case number where Microsoft charged me an extra hundred dollars on top of my Microsoft [redacted] subscription on November 26, [redacted]. Despite making a refund request in December with the initial case number, I can't locate the record in my emails. After contacting Microsoft to reclaim the money, I received an updated case number. I clarified via email that my intention is only to get a refund for the extra charge, not to cancel my subscription. During a chat with a Microsoft representative, technical issues caused disruptions, resulting in extended time spent resolving the issue over the phone. Checking my account, I noticed that Microsoft has not refunded the money. I kindly request assistance in recovering the hundred dollars as it holds value for me, reflecting my efforts and time invested in the process of reclaiming it. It is important to reach an amicable resolution with Microsoft regarding this financial matter.

I have been using Office [redacted] on my computer, but recently I've been unable to access the full versions of Word and Excel and instead have been limited to the basic version. I'm unsure if I had previously purchased Office [redacted]. Despite my attempts to activate it using the provided instructions, I seem to be stuck in a loop after entering my password. Upon checking my Microsoft account, I found a purchase record for Office [redacted], but it doesn't appear to be installed. After installing Office [redacted], I still can't access the full versions of Word and Excel. Could you please advise me on how to obtain my Office [redacted] product code, how to sign in to Office [redacted], and how to reach Microsoft Support, which I have been paying for but unable to contact. I urgently need everything to be operational for U.S. tax and financial reporting requirements in France.

When I try to check the weather on Microsoft [redacted], I'm prompted to provide my PIN due to "accessing sensitive info." However, I had forgotten my password, leading to a security concern. After resetting my password, I was bombarded with multiple code verifications via email, prolonging the process unnecessarily. This endless loop is frustrating, especially as I simply want to use Microsoft Word. Can a partial refund be considered for the lost work hours caused by this security protocol issue? I need assistance in signing into the account without facing repeated challenges. The constant cycle of verification codes is counterproductive, and I urge Microsoft to address this flaw promptly for a smoother user experience.

I have been on hold for 32 minutes to reach the Consumer Department to cancel my personal Microsoft [redacted] subscription. Unaware of this additional subscription due to having a business one, I would like to cancel it promptly. I request a callback at [redacted] or an email to [redacted], as I prefer speaking to a representative prior to cancelling via email. I was charged $69.99 on June 7th for the renewal. If a refund is not feasible, please inform me if any refund is eligible. Thank you, Helen Hagood

I recently renewed my annual subscription for Office [redacted] home. After an AT&T technician came to fix my WiFi, I am now unable to open a .docx file. An error message pops up prompting me to repair Microsoft Office through the Windows Control Panel. However, I cannot find a specific "Microsoft Office" file in the Control Panel, only files such as Edge, OneDrive, Health Tools, and Visual C++. Every time I attempt to open the file, I receive an error message stating, "Sorry, something went wrong (36)." Can anyone assist with resolving this issue?

Hello, I have a question regarding the "Carrier Trunk" concept from Microsoft. According to this concept, a PSTN gateway is no longer needed in the O365 tenant, and the connection to the SBC is established through the "OnlineVoiceRoute" based on the SIP domain. Microsoft recommends that all SIP Trunk providers for Microsoft Teams transition to this new concept promptly. New SIP trunks should be set up as "carrier trunks" to comply with Microsoft guidelines, and existing ones need to be converted soon. I was unable to find this information on the website, so I'm reaching out here for clarification and any additional resources you can provide. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, T.

I am having difficulties with my Office [redacted] subscription from Microsoft. Despite providing the necessary evidence of overpayments in [redacted] and [redacted], resulting in a refund for two payments, my current subscription was mistakenly credited, leading to confusion about repayment. I have spent a total of 6 hours with online support and escalated to 2nd line support three times without any resolution. Promises of a callback from 2nd line support were not fulfilled, and now online support redirects me to previous unresolved calls. As an IT Professional for a Microsoft Partner, I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this issue.

About a month ago, the Microsoft system vanished from my desktop only to mysteriously reappear the next day. However, upon its return, some folders were missing. I have checked the recycle bin, and they are not there, leading me to believe that the only way to recover them is by downloading from the cloud. These folders are vital for my business, and your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - J. Mongtagna

Hello, I recently purchased a new laptop with a lifetime subscription to Microsoft Office. Unfortunately, I mistakenly entered the wrong password during the setup process. Despite multiple attempts at using the password recovery option, Microsoft has informed me that there isn't enough information to recover my password due to it being a new account on a new laptop. I need assistance as I've invested a significant amount in Microsoft Office and I must regain access to my account listed below in order to use it: Email: [redacted] Password: nddbc2022 I accidentally used all capital letters instead of lowercase for the password several times. I urgently need access to this laptop for an online exam scheduled for Monday. Purchase Reference: 79G-[redacted] – Office Home & Student [redacted] (MicrosoftESDPProduct_79G-[redacted]) Thank you.

I bought Microsoft Office in August [redacted]. So far, I've only used Outlook. Today, I tried to use Word for the first time but couldn't find the icon. I got stuck in a loop trying to change my password and enter codes. I recently changed my phone and can't receive texts for verification since my new phone is a landline. I'm feeling very frustrated and would appreciate speaking with a real person. I've also renewed my Office subscription for a second year but am unable to even get started with it.
