I bought Office [redacted] in February [redacted] while in Mexico. Unfortunately, in August, after restarting my computer, the program stopped working. I couldn't access any files or use Word. My subscription should be valid until [redacted]. Can you assist me in reactivating it? Update: The issue is resolved. I realized that Office [redacted] purchased in Mexico only works while in Mexico. It's a significant inconvenience that should have been clarified during the purchase, with a simple note stating it's only functional in Mexico.

I've been attempting multiple times to move beyond this "PowerPoint" introduction that appears when Office [redacted] launches. Despite selecting the "activate the software" via the "internet" option, I keep encountering an error message. My internet connection is stable. I've already tried restarting, uninstalling, and reinstalling the software, but unfortunately, I'm still unable to proceed past the error screen. Getting this up and running is crucial for my studies as a student.

As an Office [redacted] subscriber, I've noticed issues with Excel formulas recently. When copying formulas, they suddenly do not work as intended. Even a simple formula like "=B5" in Cell A5 does not copy down correctly. Instead of copying to B6, B7, and so on, it continues to refer to B5. Previously, I found a workaround by disabling add-ins, but now I can't find a solution online. I expect my subscription to give me access to the latest Office products without encountering these problems. It's frustrating to face these issues and waste time. I hope to resolve this Excel calculation problem soon.

I believed I had canceled my subscription months ago, but I found out I have been continuously charged. I am uncertain of the cancellation date, but I believe it was before Christmas of [redacted]. However, the program appears to be disabled as it does not launch when clicked. I might consider using it again but would need to update the credit card information. I no longer use the card currently being charged for Office [redacted]. To update my payment details and reactivate the program, please contact me at [redacted] Thank you, Elizabeth M.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S10 on March 16, [redacted]. I am currently employed in sales and marketing at Hilton Hotels. Recently, the Hilton Team prompted all Hilton users to update their passcode. After changing my passcode, I encountered difficulties accessing my Hilton email through the Hilton-issued laptop connected to the Hilton Server in the office. Despite help from the administrator at work, I am only able to access my email when connected to the Hilton server at the office. However, working remotely from home since logging out on Friday, June 7th, I have been unable to access my Hilton email on the Hilton-issued laptop. The system requests a 2-step verification involving a notification to my mobile device, but there is no prompt appearing on my Authenticator App. Additionally, I am unable to add my Hilton email account to the app as it does not recognize the password reset from the Hilton Identity Site. I am unable to receive notifications on my Samsung Galaxy S10 cell phone or access my work email at [redacted]

Hello, I recently renewed my MPN Action Pack Subscription in April and had to switch from my Microsoft Account to a Work Account. I am the main administrator but did not set up a self-service reset option at the time. Unfortunately, I have forgotten my password since May and despite numerous calls to Microsoft, I have not been able to resolve this issue. My most recent contact was logged under the incident SRX[redacted]ID. Recovering my password should be a simple process, but so far, I have not found a solution. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly to access my subscription benefits. Thank you, Akin A.

I need help with sending a mass email through Office [redacted] Online/Outlook. I have a list of [redacted] customers that I want to email without revealing their personal information. I have stored these customers in the 'Your Contacts' folder and created a contact list called "guests thru June [redacted]." Additionally, I made a group named "Our Guests, past, present, and future." My current method involves adding the group name in the 'To' field and the contact list in the bcc field, but recipients only see my personal name, not the group name. Ideally, I would like to send the email from the group name directly to the people in the "guests thru June [redacted]" list without disclosing other recipients' details. I tried to populate the group with the contact list contents but faced challenges with this process.

After resetting my computer to factory settings, I lost access to my Microsoft Office. Despite attempting to recover it using various email and password combinations, I have been unsuccessful. My email associated with the account is [redacted], but none of the passwords I remember seem to work. I also tried to contact support by phone but was left on hold for over 30 minutes. I have recently set up a new email at [redacted] Additionally, my attempts to reset the password have failed as I was informed that there was insufficient account information to proceed. - Lisa Greco

I noticed that I was charged for an annual subscription to Microsoft Office [redacted] last year and again recently on November 18th. This product has not been downloaded last year or this year, and automatic renewal was never authorized. I don't have an account number or phone number related to this issue as I did not sign up for it. All I have is the credit card that is being charged. I am unsure which computer this is supposedly on.

I need to renew my Office [redacted] subscription. I didn't receive any notifications and suddenly couldn't edit my documents. My account and password don't work, and I use it on two laptops. I struggle with the online process and would prefer assistance from a person to guide me through it. Do I need to uninstall the existing apps on my laptops before downloading the new version? I don't recall when I first purchased Office [redacted]; initially, I set it up on my husband's laptop and then had someone help install it on mine. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am experiencing some frustrations with Office [redacted] specifically concerning making PDF files from Publisher. Despite working closely with your technicians, my issue persists intermittently despite following their instructions. The error message I encounter states that the file is locked as it is being used by another program. This has caused me significant inconvenience. I have attempted various solutions including deleting numerous PDF files and email attachments. I am at a loss as to how to identify and resolve the issue. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Lynn F.

I have been a subscriber to Office/Microsoft [redacted] for some time, and recently I added the Visio program for $18 per month and completed the payment. I use Outlook daily for my emails and have noticed that after subscribing to Visio, a new Office [redacted] account seems to have replaced my old one. This change has affected my access to Outlook and other Office programs. Additionally, when attempting to use Visio, it indicates that there is no associated account with my email or phone number. While I can still receive emails without Outlook, I strongly prefer using it. I am currently facing an urgent project over the weekend that requires Visio, but I am unable to activate it. I received an email from Microsoft on the 26th, confirming my subscription with order #f69b9c79-[redacted]-4f8e-aae1-f24cedcaac4f addressed to my email.

I am experiencing an issue with Microsoft Word not printing with my printer setup. I had HP inspect my HP [redacted] printer, only to find out that the problem lies within Microsoft [redacted]. I tried using different printers, but the issue persists after printing multiple documents the same day. When can Microsoft fix this problem? I also requested Microsoft to delete the list of previous Word documents, as I sometimes work on confidential files stored on an external hard drive. It worries me that everything I have ever used Word for is on this list, potentially posing a security risk if my system gets hacked.

I recently purchased a new laptop for my small business to replace my old one. However, when setting up MS Office Suite on the new laptop, I faced issues linking my email to Outlook. It turns out my email was linked to a former employee's [redacted] Exchange account on my old laptop. Since no one knows the password, I can't connect. I also tried setting up a new [redacted] account with my email, but it's not working. As a result, I am currently unable to access my emails at [redacted]

This company's lack of transparency is truly frustrating. I purchased an Office [redacted] license associated with my email [redacted], which I unfortunately lost access to due to a forgotten password. When I needed to reinstall Office [redacted] after a computer issue, I couldn't retrieve the installation code sent to my inaccessible email, hindering my ability to use the program. Eventually, I had to buy a new, more costly license for validation with my new email, [redacted] However, I am now being billed for the unused license connected to [redacted], despite only utilizing the new license. I urge the company to verify this discrepancy as it's unjust for me to pay for two licenses when I'm using just one. Despite attempting a chargeback that was rejected, I face unwanted charges. How can we rectify this to ensure I am not unfairly burdened with dual licenses indefinitely? - Angela S.

I used to be a student at the University of Memphis and had an account with the email [redacted] I graduated in December and stopped using Microsoft Office [redacted] since June 8, [redacted], when I was being billed $7.67 per month. Without renewing, I was unexpectedly charged $[redacted].74 on September 24th. I did not authorize this payment as I am currently unemployed. I have not received any emails about this charge in any of my accounts, and I do not have Microsoft Office [redacted] on my computer. I am unable to access my account. I am requesting an immediate refund and confirmation via email at [redacted], as I no longer have access to my school email. Charging my new card was a mistake, and I need it rectified promptly. Thank you. - Donnamarie C.

After being upgraded to Office [redacted], I've noticed changes in Excel. In the previous version, I used the Data Sum function to sum totals based on a specific column, such as Column "C" with various labels. However, I'm having trouble locating this function in the new version. For instance, in my spreadsheet, I have different labels in Column "C" and need to sum totals accordingly. Here's an example of the data structure: Columns: A B C D E F X Y Fruit 8 19 33 X Y Fruit 10 30 40 X Y Veg 5 9 12 The desired total should look like this: Fruit 18 49 73 Veg 5 9 12 I usually have a variety of labels in Column C that I need to summarize.

I purchased Office [redacted] expecting a $9.99 monthly charge, but $99.00 was deducted from my PayPal account, which was quite a shock. I selected the monthly plan due to my fixed income, and this $90 discrepancy affects my food budget for the final two weeks of the month. Is there a way to modify the payment plan or cancel the previous agreement to set up a new one for monthly payments?
