I recently visited the Michael Kors store at the Niagara Falls outlet mall to purchase a purse for Christmas. The purse was marked at $[redacted].99 with a 60% discount and an additional 25% off. The total should have come to $80.70 before tax. However, the staff attempted to charge me $40 more than the calculated amount. Despite showing them my calculations, they claimed their calculators automatically account for the discounts. As an accountant, I know this is not the case. I requested them to use their phones for the calculation, but they refused. This experience is unacceptable, especially considering the amount I spend at the store. I have reported this to the BBB as this behavior is unjust, especially during a pandemic. Rest assured, I will continue to address this issue until it is resolved.

I made a purchase a few weeks ago, and although it was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, December 9th, I have not received it yet. The large tote arrived, but the crossbody purse did not. I have checked all possible delivery spots and even reviewed our security footage with no luck. My order number is WC[redacted]4, and the tracking number is 1Z37W9X[redacted]9. I understand delays during the holiday season, but the lack of progress and long wait times on calls have been frustrating. Good morning! I'm looking to return a gift item received for Christmas. The order number is wc[redacted]. I've always been happy with my purchases from Michael Kors but want to return the Gen5 Lexington watch from this order while keeping the slippers. I have the invoice and shipping label but not sure if I need an authorization number or anything additional. The watch is brand new and unused in its original packaging. I would like to request to speak to a supervisor regarding an order I made using your customer phone service. The order was placed on the 11th of December, [redacted]. The representative who assisted me had difficulty understanding me. It appeared that English may not have been her native language. I ordered a medium cherry-red packable down with a hood. The entire process included long wait times, multiple repetitions, the representative excusing herself multiple times, and asking me to repeat my email and credit card information several times. The ordering process took at least 35 frustrating minutes with no confirmation received yet. I have various emails from that day that show the information was provided. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I am dissatisfied as a loyal customer who previously purchased from Michael Kors. The service was exceptionally poor, surpassing any online service experience I have had despite the challenges of the pandemic and ongoing sales. I returned my full order W[redacted]33 two weeks ago. Today, I received an invoice showing only half of the returned goods. The entire order was in one package. Klarna issued an updated invoice that I am now being asked to pay. I am puzzled as to why I am expected to pay for something I have already returned. This is the second time this week this has happened. On 22/01, I returned another purchase W[redacted]35, and the same issue occurred. Only half of the returned items were processed. For example, I returned two pairs of shoes and a bag, but only one pair of shoes was marked as returned. This situation is incredibly frustrating. I have already reached out to Klarna twice this week to address this matter. They have been helpful, but I have yet to receive any resolution from you. This is completely unacceptable. I have been shopping online for years, and I have never encountered a situation like this before.

I wish to address the issue with the poor quality and lack of durability of the handbag strap on the Lydia Leather Shoulder Strap in Mulberry color. I am concerned whether this is due to a manufacturing fault or simply poor craftsmanship. I bought this bag on 27.11.[redacted] and during the warranty period, I took it back to your store in Trafford Centre for repairs on the strap edges, which had cracked and split in multiple places. Although the main body of the bag is in good condition, the strap has significantly deteriorated, with frayed edges losing its strength. Despite being told by a representative at the Trafford Centre store that the damage cannot be fixed, I am unable to use the bag in its current state. I kindly request that you either repair or replace the strap to restore my confidence in your brand. This experience has left me disappointed, to the point where I do not plan on buying any more Michael Kors products. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I have a question about the current design of your bags. They lack the unique look they used to have and now all seem stiff and similar to grandma bags. I have struggled to find a designer bag that I like for years. Recently, my 12-year-old favorite Michael Kors bag ripped. My disappointment lies in the lack of variation among designer bags; one size does not fit all. Many women, including myself, are hoping for more uniqueness in your designs. Thank you for your time.

I purchased a watch from Michael Kors' global website. Unfortunately, after a long wait, the watch is not working. I am looking to avoid the back-and-forth of sending it for repairs. Can I please exchange it at the Singapore outlets? I am based in SG, and the product arrived 6 days late. I received a purse from a relative that I don't need. It's brand new with tags, but I want to return it for money to help with my bills. Hello, I placed an order for a bag at the "Michael Kors" store in Hamburg at the "Alstertal Shopping Center" on December 9th, [redacted], with delivery to this store. DHL notified me that the item arrived but was taken back because it could not be delivered. According to DHL, my name and the address of the shopping center were on the package instead of "Michael Kors, Attn: J. Drigalla." The bag was intended for my dear wife for Christmas. I recently purchased an MK shoe under a no return or exchange policy after receiving incorrect information from a sales associate regarding sizing. The salesgirl informed me that a European size 41 was equivalent to a US 7.5 or 8. Believing this, I bought the size 8 despite it feeling snug. Later, when visiting other stores, I discovered my actual size is a 10, not an 8 as advised. When I returned to the MK store to request an exchange based on the misinformation provided, they acknowledged their error but still declined the exchange due to the policy. I bought a pair of women's shoes at an outlet store in Michigan. I also got a silk purse sack because the shoe box was torn. They assured me that with the receipt, I could exchange them if needed. But back home in Alabama, I saw they gave me the wrong size. When I contacted the store, they said I could exchange them at the Leeds Outlet in Alabama. However, when I went to the Michael Kors store there, they declined without the shoe box. I explained that the cashier in Michigan had sold me the shoes without a box due to damage, offering the silk sack instead. They insisted I go back to Michigan for the exchange.
