I had an appointment at Calstar-Mercedes in Glendale. My appointment was at 7:30 AM on 08/22/[redacted]. Bobby Leffard assisted me and mentioned a charge of $[redacted].00 to check the issues with my AC and window. After agreeing, he mentioned it would take a couple of days. When I left, I realized I forgot my checkbook with $[redacted].00 in cash, but Bobby confirmed he had it. I followed up multiple times with no response. I discovered an additional $[redacted].00 charge was added without my knowledge. Despite reaching out through their website and calls, there was no response. It's disheartening as a customer of a prestigious brand like Mercedes. I aim to visit the dealership with a friend to address the car I left in their care on 08/22/[redacted]. Thank you.

I recently had a recall on my SUV. My husband contacted customer care, who initially promised courtesy tows to and from the dealership. When the time came for the tow back home, they refused to honor this commitment. It took extensive effort, with multiple transfers and long holds, to finally get our truck back home after speaking with Mercedes representatives, including Chuck Leyman. Chuck was uncooperative and dismissive, hanging up on me when I tried to address the issue. After requesting a survey from the corporate office, Chuck evaded speaking with me and provided a different webpage instead of the survey. When I tried to bypass Chuck to provide feedback, the staff at the location were unhelpful and even rude to the corporate representative. I fear that my complaint will not be taken seriously, especially considering my past negative experience with this dealership charging me for unwanted repairs. The lack of accountability for Chuck's poor customer service and the general rudeness of the staff at this location are concerning.

I placed an order for a G63 and waited nearly 3 years for it to finally arrive. However, the dealer is now attempting to charge me above the MSRP. When I visited Mercedes benz of Manhattan in February [redacted], a corporate store where I expected transparent pricing, I worked with Nesto to select the options for the car and left a $[redacted] deposit. Now, after such a long wait, I am being hit with a $50,[redacted] charge above the agreed-upon price. My attorneys are prepared to take legal action based on the signed vehicle purchase agreement that does not mention any additional fees. I simply want the dealer to honor our initial agreement. Rest assured, I am ready to share my experience on various platforms to ensure this is resolved fairly.

I brought my [redacted] Mercedes Benz GLE [redacted] to John Sisson Mercedes-Benz in Washington, Pennsylvania for repairs on the number 6 coil and spark plug. The service advisor told me it would take an hour to diagnose but surprisingly came back after only 25 minutes saying they found the problem. I was charged for a full hour of diagnosis even though it was quick. I expressed my concern about the service center potentially overcharging and performing unnecessary work that could have put my car at risk. I felt they were not handling my car properly as the parts were malfunctioning after the repair. I would like to discuss this matter further over the phone to provide more details as I believe this is tarnishing the reputation of Mercedes-Benz.

I own a Mercedes W204 C320 CDI from [redacted].
Since owning the car, the navigation system has not been working.
When I select the navigation tab, the navigation loads until I perform a reset.
At the same time, CDs do not work in the CD player, and I am unable to change the language from English to German. When I try to switch the language in the settings, the navigation also loads until I reset it.
The radio and aux functions, however, are working.
