Due to the rain, their machinery caused significant damage to my yard and my neighbor's yard. Despite notifying customer service and expecting a call back, no action has been taken to repair the damage. I witnessed MLGW trucks on site but there seems to be a lack of communication regarding the work done. I am requesting prompt repairs to my yard and clarification on when this will be resolved.
