I am struggling to get in touch with my case manager. They have relocated me to an office that is much farther away and are now asking me to pay $[redacted] a month. Unfortunately, my SSI only increased by $4 per month. With my monthly SSI income of $[redacted], I already spend $[redacted] on rent along with other bills. I rely on an old car, have no savings, and only a checking account. To make matters worse, my case worker has been changed without providing me with her new phone number. I am 83 years old, residing in HUD housing in Castaic, while my new case worker is in Van Nuys.

I am currently under the care of AMVI Care Health Network and am expecting a baby. The clinic where I have been receiving prenatal care just notified me that they only work with CalOptima Community Network, Cal Optima Direct, or Straight Medi-Cal. They advised me to reach out to Medi-Cal to request a switch to one of these coverage options. This switch is crucial for me as my prenatal visits are vital, and I am unable to cover the costs with my current insurance plan.

I am in need of obtaining my case number from Medi-Cal in California. This is necessary as I recently relocated from Los Angeles County to Riverside County and require prostate surgery soon. I informed Los Angeles County about my move back in August. Unfortunately, I am currently unaware of my case number, which is impeding assistance from my new county. Both counties have informed me that I am in a transitional phase, which may last up to 45 days. Any assistance in locating my Medi-Cal case number would be greatly appreciated.

I have a valid case number, 1B9XN53, but I am unable to navigate the phone system using this information.
I received two identical Medi-Cal Renewal packets in the mail. I am unsure if my son and I should each have our own packet or if one packet is meant for both of us. Can you confirm if one of the packets was sent in error as a duplicate?
