I am concerned about potential fraud. I am experiencing harassment from your business partners due to personal information being shared. I received an email today claiming to have found over 20 issues on my computer, referencing my past use of McAfee. I do not use McAfee and am alarmed that my outdated information is being sold. The unsubscribe link in the email was ineffective. The claim that the email did not originate from McAfee is unconvincing to me. I intend to report this fraudulent activity to the FTC, the IL Attorney General, and the Chicago Police Department. I suggest adding a phone option specifically for reporting fraud.

I am trying to cancel all McAfee services. I am being billed multiple times and cannot access my account as my email or password keeps getting rejected. I have requested a password reset but never received any response. I am wondering why providing more details leads to a quicker resolution. How much information do you need to discontinue my McAfee Livesafe service? I never received the password reset form.

I contacted customer support, and after speaking with a representative based in Indonesia, I explained my issue. Unfortunately, they seemed unable to assist effectively. I bought McAfee Total Protection from Walmart without reading the download instructions on the card. As I have an old XP system, the software is incompatible. I requested a refund and was provided with a link to submit my receipt and proof of purchase. However, upon trying to access the link, I only see a loading circle but no form to complete. Despite spending around three hours on the phone, I haven't made progress. I am seeking assistance from someone knowledgeable in the US to resolve this refund issue.

I recently purchased a new laptop that came with McAfee pre-installed. Upon letting the free trial expire, I have been bombarded with constant pop-ups and scare-tactic sales pitches from McAfee. This aggressive approach is incredibly irritating, and I feel they are overstepping their bounds. I have had negative experiences with McAfee in the past and have no desire to continue using their software. How can I permanently remove McAfee pop-ups from my laptop interface? I purchased a PC and McAfee Total Protection plan. Despite all my efforts to keep malware out, it keeps affecting my devices. I suspect someone has infiltrated my devices and even McAfee. I need them to be held accountable. They are accessing my email [redacted] and causing harm. I still have the product packaging and key to prove my identity. Please assist in removing them and taking legal action.

I did not sign up for McAfee protection. I am already paying another organization for my computer safety.
I have been charged for at least two to three months (I couldn't review my bills earlier, so I missed that).
Again, I DID NOT sign up for McAfee.
Please refund me for the months you have charged me for a service that I did not order. I have had another computer safety provider for well over a year, and I have NEVER contacted McAfee.
I request that you remove McAfee from my computer if it is still installed and reimburse me for the amount of money you have deducted from my account.

I am receiving numerous daily notifications from MCAFEE stating my subscription has expired and they have found 13 viruses on my computer.
A. I do not have a MCAFEE account.
B. I do not own a computer.
C. I have not had a computer for many years.
D. I do not wish to purchase any MCAFEE products.
E. I have no plans to purchase a computer.
I have attempted to unsubscribe but have been unsuccessful as the function does not work in your notifications.
Kindly remove me from your notifications and cease any future emails.

Trying to cancel my subscription has been a nightmare. I have invested six hours over the past three days on hold without success. My subscription auto-renewed on 12/11, and I do not want it. It's frustrating that I can't get through to a representative to assist me. I will dispute the charge with my bank. Goodbye, McAfee for good.

I recently purchased your $59 service, but have had issues with the installation process. The repeated attempts to sell me the same service and warnings about viruses on my laptop are frustrating. The chat support left me on hold for almost an hour before I gave up.
I was informed that the service I purchased is incompatible with my Microsoft program. Dealing with Microsoft has been incredibly frustrating as well. I feel they try to control everything by pushing their EDGE browser and removing Google Chrome.
I would like the service I purchased today to be properly installed, even if that means remotely accessing my laptop to fix it. I am feeling very frustrated as my time has been wasted without any compensation.

I am currently a customer with Bell Canada, and they typically renew my protection with you every year. However, this year it seems they haven't done so. In early December, I contacted Bell to request McAfee protection. They informed me it would cost $5.00 per month and added it to my bill. In the past, Bell has covered your protection for me as a promotion.
My husband will be turning 90 soon, is battling cancer, and neither of us is very knowledgeable about computers. It was a bit challenging for me to even speak with a live person at Bell. I am hoping you can reach out to Bell to ensure I have your service. Thank you for your assistance. Stay safe.

I've been charged for a product I don't have! I've received emails stating my account was automatically renewed and then deactivated. I do not want McAfee and am requesting a full refund of $[redacted].39 charged to my bank account through PayPal. I've attempted to call without success and tried contacting through Messenger with no response despite multiple tries. The customer service experience is very poor. I'm requesting a refund promptly.

This morning, I felt that I was deceived by McAfee. When I turned on my computer, it indicated that I had 4 viruses and suggested buying their product. My computer is only six weeks old, and as a senior citizen, I believed it was necessary. However, I've since learned that Microsoft provides a virus protection program that is already included and effective. It has been challenging to contact McAfee, and I am requesting a refund of the £29.99 I paid, considering I am unable to install the product. I hope to resolve this matter without escalation.
