Dear Maxwell House,
I have been a loyal customer of your coffee products for years, especially loving the instant cappuccino and latte sachets. However, due to a recent dairy intolerance diagnosis, I've been struggling to find dairy-free alternatives in the market. Considering the wide variety of dairy-free milks like soya, coconut, hazelnut, and almond available, I believe there's a great opportunity for you to introduce a new range of dairy-free coffee products. For individuals like me, dairy intolerance is not just a passing trend, but a necessity to avoid discomfort. I'm hopeful that you'll consider launching this much-needed range soon. Thank you for considering my suggestion.
Best regards.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We operate a soup kitchen every Wednesday and Friday night as a registered charity in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, assisting the local homeless community. Our Facebook page, "Love on the Street," showcases the valuable work we do. I am Steve, the founder of the soup kitchen. I used to love Maxwell House iced Hazelnut Lattes that could conveniently be mixed with milk. However, the last 5 boxes I purchased have not been the same. They do not mix well and taste like vanilla instead of Hazelnut. I've checked the boxes multiple times to confirm the flavor, but they still claim to be Hazelnut. I miss my favorite coffee! :(

Dear Customer Service,
I have been a loyal customer for several years now and frequently recommend your product to my friends and family. While shopping at Canadian Tire, I noticed Maxwell House K-Cups boxes with a promotion for a chance to win hockey tickets. Excited about the offer, I purchased the K-Cups only to discover that the contest had already ended once I opened the package. Feeling deceived by this misleading advertisement, I switched to a different brand out of protest. However, I would like to continue supporting Maxwell House if this matter can be rectified.
I believe that receiving a credit towards future purchases of the product or at the store where it was bought would be a fair resolution to this issue.

Dear Customer Service, I am inquiring about the availability of Maxwell House decaf instant coffee. I have searched numerous stores without success, and it seems to be disappearing from shelves. I have been a loyal consumer of this product for many years due to its taste and effectiveness in allowing me to sleep after consumption. If there are any plans to discontinue this product, I would appreciate the opportunity to purchase any remaining stock. As a senior citizen, I typically wait for sales at Walgreens or CVS where it is priced at $2.99. Paying almost $7.00 for a jar during my recent purchase was a shock. I kindly request information regarding the future availability of this coffee. Thank you, Lorrie

Hello, I have been a loyal fan of Maxwell House for a long time and this is my first email regarding an issue with the newer Maxwell House canister. I am 57 years old and while not quite elderly, I find it challenging to hold the container using the grips provided. When I tried to fill my coffee pot with Maxwell House, I couldn't maintain a secure grip on the canister, causing it to slip from my hands. This resulted in a 20-minute cleanup of coffee grinds from my kitchen floor. I believe that deeper side grips would make it easier to hold the canister securely. As an experiment, I suggest trying to lift a canister using those grips to see the difficulty level. When I attempted it with a sealed canister, I found it challenging to hold onto. You can reach me at [redacted] Thank you for your attention. Regards, Jed Levinson.

I am reaching out regarding the availability of Maxwell House Instant Coffee. Despite my efforts to find it in multiple stores, I have been unsuccessful. I have been an avid coffee drinker since childhood and, at 63, it's a cherished part of my daily routine. Stores indicate they are unable to stock Maxwell House Instant Coffee, and I am concerned it may have been discontinued. Recently retired, I find the brewed version unaffordable. To continue enjoying Maxwell House, I even purchased a Keurig machine but found the cost prohibitive. Maxwell House holds sentimental value to me, and I am hopeful it hasn't been discontinued due to its popularity. I prefer instant coffee over brewed, and I am eager to know if production issues are causing the shortage. I'm eagerly awaiting your response, hoping my preferred Maxwell House Instant Coffee is still available. Thank you, M.L.

I wanted to express my gratitude for your exceptional product. I've been enjoying Maxwell House Coffee since my teenage years, and even at eighty-two, I still find it to be consistently high-quality. My preference is for the dark roast, which my wife kindly selects for me due to its rich flavor. I'm not expecting any free samples, just wanted to share my appreciation as a long-time consumer. Writing this the morning after narrowly avoiding Hurricane Dorian in North Central Florida, I felt compelled to reach out and enjoy a comforting cup of your coffee as we reflect on our fortunate circumstances. Cheers to your great product and its role in my daily enjoyment!

I've been having trouble finding Maxwell House instant coffee lately. Places like Walmart and Giant Eagle are often out of stock or no longer carry it. Walmart had to special order it recently. Can you ensure better availability of this item? If not, can you suggest other stores where it's reasonably priced? CVS Pharmacy sells it for about three to four dollars more.

My spouse exclusively enjoys Maxwell House Master Blend coffee. We purchased some from Walmart in Greenwood, SC during our vacation, and unfortunately, it did not meet our usual quality expectations. It had a stale taste, which surprised us as we have never encountered this issue before. We are loyal fans of your coffee, but my husband was disappointed with this purchase. Is it possible to receive a few coupons or a replacement for the stale coffee? We reside in NC, and it seems challenging to visit the Walmart in SC for a replacement. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Dear Maxwell House Team,
I am reaching out regarding the recent introduction of the Club Pack container for Maxwell House Coffee at Sam's Club. Unfortunately, I have found the new container design to be disappointing. The handle is impractical, making it difficult to lift the container with one hand as I could before. This design flaw is not only inconvenient for me but could be even more challenging for individuals with arthritis or weaker arms. Having one of the older containers, I now transfer the coffee between containers just to avoid struggling with the new handle. This process is bothersome and inefficient. It seems I am not alone in my observation, as another customer noticed the same issue during my visit. Even a merchandising manager present that day acknowledged the handle's flaws. I sincerely hope that Maxwell House will reconsider the design and revert to the previous container style. While I enjoy the coffee, this new Club Pack container has been a disappointment.
Warm regards,
Cindy

I have been a loyal consumer of the 10-pack Maxwell House coffee for many years. Recently, I have noticed that the packages are frequently damaged and torn upon opening a new pack. Additionally, I ended up replacing my coffee pot, assuming the issue was with the pot's brew strength, but I found that many packs from the same container actually brew very weak coffee. It is disappointing to see this lack of care in a product that I have trusted and depended on for so long. I am wondering what might have caused these issues to occur.

I enjoy your House Blend Pods coffee, but I am frustrated that although the pods are recyclable, they are challenging to recycle. The process of pulling the tab and removing the filter is difficult, even for someone with good hand strength like myself. To ensure proper recycling, I often have to cut them open from the top, which diminishes the environmentally friendly aspect of your product. While I appreciate your efforts to be eco-conscious, there seems to be a disconnect between the recyclability claim and the actual ease of recycling the pods. I hope you can address this issue so that the pods align better with your environmental goals. On average, I find myself having to cut into at least half of the pods in a box of 30. Thank you for considering this feedback.

I wanted to share a heartwarming story about my 90-year-old neighbor Barbara and her 91-year-old husband Alfie. When Alfie returned from his 18-month tour in Korea, Barbara drove from Massachusetts to California to meet him, a 5-day trip at the time. While driving, Barbara had a flat tire "in the middle of nowhere." A kind older gentleman, an employee of Maxwell House Company, stopped to give Barbara a ride to the nearest service station. Since then, Barbara and Alfie have been loyal customers of Maxwell House coffee for at least 66 years and have never purchased another brand. It would be lovely if Maxwell House could send them a complimentary can of coffee.
Best regards,
Paul Casale

I reside in Florida and have been a loyal consumer of Maxwell House International Hazelnut iced coffee for years. Unfortunately, I have noticed that this product disappeared from the shelves approximately two years ago. It reappeared about six months ago, and I stocked up with a dozen boxes. Regrettably, it has vanished again, leaving me and several friends disappointed. While I can comprehend its seasonal discontinuation in northern states during winter, in Florida, where the weather is warm most of the year, it remains a popular choice.
I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be resolved. I truly miss having access to this product. Although I could purchase it from Amazon, the price is significantly higher, and for the sake of convenience, I prefer shopping for it at Walmart or Publix supermarkets, where I frequently visit. Your assistance in addressing this matter would be highly valued. Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Judi T.

I purchased a jug of Maxwell House coffee, medium roast, from Wal-Mart. Upon opening, I discovered there was no coffee scoop on top as expected. I initially thought it might be at the bottom, but even after a few days, it was still missing. Frustrated, I poured the contents into a bowl to search for the scoop, only to find that it was not included. This experience has been quite frustrating for me. I would appreciate it if my coffee jug could be replaced or if I could receive a coupon as compensation.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the decision to discontinue the manufacturing of Maxwell Instant Decaf coffee and the Sanka brand instant coffee. As loyal customers for over 50 years, we are saddened by the prospect of having to switch to different store brands of decaf instant coffee. This change will significantly impact our daily coffee ritual and may also mean the loss of American jobs in the Houston area. I am curious to know if the same products will be produced by another company and where and when they will be available for purchase. While there are still some products available online, the prices are quite high. Thank you for considering my situation.

Hello,
I hope you're well. In the past, I could purchase Maxwell House "Singles" decaf coffee with 19 coffee bags in a 3 oz. box. Unfortunately, I can't find it in any stores near me in Hicksville, N.Y. (zip code [redacted]). Amazon also does not have this product available. I wonder if you have discontinued this beloved product that many seniors, like myself, have grown to love for its convenience and flavor. If the product is still being made, could you please provide information on where it can be purchased?
Thank you,
Raymond V.
