I recently purchased your MAX Boost coffee and attempted to brew it using two separate coffee makers with basket filters. Unfortunately, both times the coffee grounds overflowed, causing a mess on my counter and in the cups. I even tried using different filters, thinking that was the issue, but when I brewed your regular coffee, it worked fine. I cleaned the equipment, replaced filters, and even tried with fewer grounds, but the MAX coffee still clogged up and overflowed. I'm unable to use this coffee if it continues to cause these issues.
I would like to return the MAX coffee and exchange it for my regular coffee. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently raised a concern regarding Maxwell House Coffee to the customer service representative. I provided all the necessary details, including the barcode. Unfortunately, the representative did not offer any compensation for the product I purchased. I believe it would have been appropriate to receive a Kraft coupon as a gesture of goodwill. I am disappointed as I have been a loyal customer, but this experience has left a negative impression. I hope for a satisfactory resolution as I am unlikely to purchase Maxwell House Coffee again. I found it unacceptable when the customer service representative insinuated that differing tastes are irrelevant. This dismissive attitude is concerning and does not reflect good customer service.

Hello,
I recently started purchasing Maxwell House coffee sachets in the blue packet and initially enjoyed them. However, the last two packets I bought didn't mix well with hot water. After stirring for 3 minutes, there was unpleasant scum and lumps left on top of the coffee. I purchased another pack to see if it was just a bad batch, but unfortunately, I encountered the same issue with dark scum on top of the coffee, leading me to throw it all away. I hope this problem can be addressed as the creaminess is nice, but the texture is unappealing.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Lynda

I have been a loyal customer of your Hazelnut Cafe' instant coffee for nearly three decades. Despite some minor changes over the years, I have continued to purchase it and adapted to the differences. However, my recent purchase of four containers from Walmart in Whitehall, Michigan, left me quite disappointed. The coffee tasted different from what I was used to and caused me concern that the recipe may have been altered. Interestingly, when my daughter bought two containers from a different Walmart in Muskegon, Michigan, they matched the original flavor I love (lot number J1009). The contrast in taste, color, and texture between the two sets of coffee is evident. I sincerely hope that the quality of your product remains consistent as I utilize it not only for drinking but also for baking. I trust that the unpleasant experience with the four containers (lot number J1132) was an anomaly, and I look forward to continuing to enjoy your Hazelnut Cafe' instant coffee.

Dear Maxwell House,
I have frequently bought Maxwell House compatible K pods and have been experiencing a brewing issue. When I lower the Keurig arm to puncture the hole in the pod, instead of one hole, two are punctured which leads to coffee grounds coming through during the brewing process. As a result, I have to discard the pod and lose out on that cup of coffee. This has resulted in many wasted cups of coffee.
I have tried other brands like Folgers, Eight O'Clock, and Van Houte, and have not encountered this issue, leading me to believe it is not a problem with the coffee maker. Consequently, I am hesitant to purchase your product in the future.
I would appreciate any helpful response.
Thank you, Denise Graham

Hello, I recently tried the Maxwell House Max Boost coffee in a bottle that I purchased at Kroger in Springfield, TN about two weeks ago. Initially, I enjoyed the coffee as it helped me stay awake and focused during the day. However, as I reached the bottom of the bottles, I began feeling sick and noticed what appeared to be brown sludge or melted chocolate. Thinking it might be sediment, I shook the bottle more. I bought more bottles in Antioch, TN at Kroger on Bell Rd, but when I poured the caramel antioxidant coffee into a cup this morning, it looked like teriyaki sauce with a strange white mass in the bottle, resembling melted plastic or rubber and had a bad smell. I have photos and would like to know where I can send them. The coffee has made me sick, and I'm concerned about its quality. Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you. - Ana Wakefield

For the past 2 months, the vanilla iced coffee single packs have been unavailable in Walmart stores in Nashville. Despite being given multiple promised dates for restocking, the product has not arrived. I am frustrated by the lack of transparency from Walmart staff, their headquarters, and Kraft companies. I have relied on this product for years and now find it inaccessible both in-store and online on Maxwell's site. I am willing to purchase 8 boxes if the product becomes available. I urgently request an explanation for the delay in stocking this item. Thank you. Vincent Di Giovanna.

I'm a huge fan of your International coffee Mocha Sugar-Free, but I'm struggling to find it in stores around Fort Worth, Texas. Amazon is pushing for a subscription, which I'm not interested in. I usually shop at Walmart, Target, and Kroger, but they don't carry the Mocha flavor, only vanilla. Could you please advise me on where I can locate your product in stock? I appreciate your help. Thank you, Deberah A.

I have no complaints about Maxwell House. I am upset because someone broke into my storage unit and took something very sentimental from my late husband, a can of Maxwell House he bought me in February [redacted]. Despite not needing the contents, I want that particular 1-pound can from the 80s as it holds a special memory for me. I intend to have my ashes put in that can and be buried next to my husband. Even after this incident, I still enjoy drinking Maxwell House coffee, or as my husband fondly called it, "MAX." Thank you, Judy Arnold.

As a dedicated Maxwell House coffee consumer, my family has encountered a financial struggle recently. In hopes of providing a small gift for my children this Christmas, could you kindly consider sending a gift card our way? Here is a heartfelt poem to express our sentiments:
My precious 3-year-old, Addison, sends her greetings.
Amidst the challenges our family is meeting,
The winter cold is starting to bite,
Prompting me to reach out and write.
Our budget is tight in this festive time,
Leading me to pen down this rhyme.
A small request to bring my girls some cheer,
Nothing extravagant, just something dear.
To see their smiles, so pure and bright,
This year might not even bring a tree into sight.
Facing the threat of losing our dwelling place,
Not seeking pity, but a bit of grace.
It's been a rough patch, losing my job was tough,
Sending this message, feeling a bit rough.
May this letter find you with compassion to impart,
And wishes for our fractured lives to restart.
Warm regards,
A&A Whitaker

I would like to express my gratitude for being a lifesaver with your Asthmatics #1 Coffee. In my childhood, I faced asthma symptoms without knowing the cause. Only later in life did I realize I had "Silent Asthma." Thanks to my Mom and your coffee enriched with theophylline, I made it to 21. Even though I now rely on a lot of asthma medication, I wanted to commend you for producing the best-tasting and most beneficial coffee I've ever encountered. During a time when we were short on Albuterol post-hurricane, we kept your coffee stored as a backup for opening my airways if we couldn't access a rescue inhaler. Your coffee has truly been a comforting solution to help with my asthma. Thank you for such a remarkable product. - Elizabeth R.

I am a devoted fan of your vanilla bean latte! I have been on a quest to secure it from local supermarkets. Despite various methods I've tried over the years, my latest approach involved a Meijers Dept store manager who kindly ordered the drink for me in bulk. I would make the one-hour journey to pick up 10-20 cases each time. Unfortunately, even this method is now proving challenging as she struggles to obtain the product. This is disheartening as I genuinely adore this beverage!
I have a couple of questions:
Why is the vanilla bean latte no longer available in stores?
Is it possible to purchase this item directly from you?
I am in dire need of alternatives as I'm almost out of my beloved go-to, relaxing drink. 😔

I need assistance urgently. I recently bought 2 cases of Maxwell House French Vanilla Iced Latte, my favorite drink that I've enjoyed for years. I couldn't find them in the DFW area stores, so I ordered online. Upon receiving them today, I eagerly prepared one, but the powder did not dissolve and clumped up like cake mix. I tried another packet with the same result. The expiration date on the box is Oct [redacted]. The code on the box is 03OCT2019XPA•17•42. The packets also seemed less full than usual. Can you please replace these? I spent around $65 on this order. This situation is disappointing since this is my go-to beverage. Thank you, Debbie H. [redacted]

I recently purchased a Maxwell House coffee canister, the 30.65 oz size. It looked fine in the store, it's the medium-strength Wake Up Roast, my favorite by your company! As usual, I went to make my morning coffee. Upon opening the container, somehow moisture had already gotten in, and the coffee grounds had started to mold. This ruined my morning. I really love your coffee and would drink no other brand. I'm not sure if it was the handling of the place I bought it from or during shipment. If you could replace the product, that would be great. I have pictures of the barcode and the best by date for further investigation into where this problem arose. Thank you, Maxwell House!

I regularly purchase a [redacted]-count box of Maxwell House K-Cups from BJ's every month, but the last box I bought has been causing me a lot of issues. I have experienced problems with about 10 cups so far, which has not only left me without coffee but has also created quite a mess in and around my Cuisinart coffee pot. Some cups seem overfilled and others have the seal burst out before brewing. Given the price of $45 per box, I am quite disappointed and may think twice before purchasing another box. I have tried deep cleaning my coffee pot and needles, but the issue persists with your pods and not with a chai latte from a different brand. I would appreciate it if you could provide some feedback or a solution to this problem. Thank you. Renée W.

I want to share that I've been a loyal user of Maxwell House Instant coffee for over 30 years, a tradition passed down by my late parents. As I've grown older, my hands have weakened, making it difficult to open jars. Living alone, the Ez Grip lids have been a lifesaver. I've collected and reused them on other containers like peanut butter and salad dressing, always keeping a drawer full. While the new lightweight jars are appreciated, I miss the Ez Grip lids that are no longer included. The quality of the coffee remains excellent, but having saved the lids has made enjoying it easier. Thank you for a fantastic product that has been a staple in my daily routine.

I have been searching for Maxwell House Instant Coffee for over two months, but none of the major grocery stores seem to have it in stock. Tonight, my son found an 8 oz jar at Family Dollar for $7.89, but when I checked the date, it had expired in March [redacted]. Despite this, my son really wanted it, so we kept it. It's now 11 pm, and no grocery store seems to have any on the shelves, even though it's only March 8, [redacted]. If anyone is willing to help, it would mean a lot to us if you could send us a jar or a coupon. Sincerely, Debra Alexander.

I recently bought Maxwell House Mild Master Blend Coffee in Claremore, Oklahoma. Unfortunately, it tasted strange and made me and two others in my household sick. It had a chemical-like taste that was quite unpleasant. I hope this can be addressed to prevent it from happening in the future. I decided to switch from Folgers to Maxwell House due to hearing positive reviews, but this experience has made me reconsider. The product number is #[redacted]23.

On March 27, [redacted], I bought a Maxwell House coffee container at Sam's Club. In my opinion, the container design is one of the worst I've seen in my 70+ years, even worse than some cars. The handling makes it difficult to carry due to its shallow depth and lack of a proper grip. It seems way too heavy for most people to lift safely with one hand. I believe the product packaging engineers should try using the products they design. This design is not only inconvenient but also unsafe. I suggest discontinuing this container design to prevent any safety issues in the future. I prefer not to transfer the coffee to a different container at home, but it's challenging to handle this Maxwell House container. I hope the company takes customers' feedback seriously and makes necessary changes for better usability and safety.

Hello,
I wanted to share my feedback on the latest Haggadah we used at our seder this year. With an increase in guests, we opted for the newest print version but were ultimately let down by the content. We missed the familiar Haggadah with the silver circle or the egg in the corner, as this year's version lacked blessings for the matzah sandwich and details about the seder plate. There was no mention of the egg, and locating the discussions with the wise, wicked, and simple sons was challenging, leading us to skip it until the end. The lack of structure in the Haggadah made it hard to follow, and we couldn't find the traditional songs. Overall, it felt rushed and omitted significant sections, resulting in a quick conclusion to our seder. I regret purchasing multiple copies and wish for a revised version next year that includes all the essential parts in the correct sequence. Thank you for your attention, and I hope for a more coherent and comprehensive edition in the future.
Best regards,
Gale S.
