A few years ago, I bought the "Nabi Barbie 7" Tablet" with Product#: FGC61 from a Mattel store for my girls. Recently, the tablets stopped working and after trying a factory reset, they are stuck on "looking for update." I read that Mattel discontinued Nabi product support in March [redacted] but mentioned a possible update to convert them into regular android tablets. Is there a way to get this upgrade?
