I noticed two charges on my Marriott Card, one for $[redacted].00 and another for $39.03 at Residence Inn Fort Myers on 05/26. I had originally booked the Fort Myers Residence near the airport using 25,[redacted] points through Marriott because of the shuttle service. When I arrived at the airport and called Residence Inn for pick up, I was informed there was no booking in my name. It turns out I was booked at a different location. I explained the error to the staff and requested a change to the airport Residence Inn, but there was no availability. Consequently, I was re-booked at the Courtyard Airport Inn instead. Despite this adjustment, I was charged for a no-show at the original Residence Inn and my 25,[redacted] points were deducted. Being a loyal Titanium Elite member with Marriott, I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this issue by removing the no-show charge due to the miscommunication on the part of Residence Inn staff.

We have a timeshare with Marriott Vacation Club and had a vacation planned from Aug 2, [redacted]. Due to the Covid shutdowns, we tried to cancel but were informed we had to wait as our reservation was not within the next 60 days. With the recent rise in Covid cases in South Carolina, where we were headed, and the new quarantine rules in New York State for travelers from SC, we decided to cancel our reservation. However, we were told we could only deposit a week with Interval, another company, and face limitations on making new reservations. The customer service representatives I spoke to were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to our situation. We are hoping to roll over our week to next year and combine it with next year's points. It would be appreciated if we could be directed to someone who can provide us with more assistance.
