I ordered (4) of the same item but only received (2). The invoice mentioned that (2) items were backordered, but did not provide any details about when or if they would be sent. I have tried reaching out via email multiple times without success. Additionally, their customer service line directs me back to email support. It's frustrating to wait almost a month with a deadline approaching, unsure if I will receive my missing items or a refund. I am perplexed by the lack of response and clarity.
