As a Premium Malwarebytes subscriber, I recently purchased Malwarebytes for my second computer but ended up with Malwarebytes Privacy instead. I am unsure if this is the correct product for me as I am unable to locate the scan icon to check for malware on my MacBook Air. The website is confusing, and the help pages provided little clarity. Despite calling the [redacted] number, I was directed back online, leaving me stuck in a loop without speaking to a real person. I am seeking assistance in acquiring the proper virus detector for my second computer and potentially getting a refund for the mistaken purchase of Malwarebytes Privacy. Any guidance on the correct product to purchase would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

After my computer repairman installed Malwarebytes on my computer, I later purchased a 1-year subscription online. Although I initially ignored the email to activate my account since I already had the software, I started receiving warnings that my computer protection would expire soon. After emailing the company to link my actions, I didn't get a response. I decided to activate my account by reinstalling the software through the email link, but still received notifications about my protection status. Unfortunately, I never received confirmation of the activation or payment for the subscription. I am concerned about the status of my payment and the protection of my computer.

A year ago, I purchased a new PC with Windows 11. We are still using our older PC with Windows 10 in a different room. The Windows 10 PC had a single device Malwarebytes subscription. We got a new 3-device subscription for the Windows 11 PC. We waited for the Windows 10 subscription to expire before trying to install Malwarebytes as the second device under the 3-device subscription. I've been attempting to activate it using the code CB4DM-3ZPMT-MR2JX-K9J8X, but I've had no luck. I've tried multiple methods without success.
