I placed order number [redacted] on 7/14 for $29.23. However, when I tried to return it a week later, the website stated it was a final sale and not eligible for returns. During an online chat with a Macy's representative, I was informed that I could return it since it was not on sale when purchased. The representative said she would send a return label, but our conversation got disconnected, and I never received the label. About 10 days ago, I reached out online requesting assistance, but I have yet to receive a response. Kindly provide me with a return label and authorize the return of the top as it does not fit well. I recently purchased two pairs of shoes at full price and inquired about a possible upcoming sale, as I often notice items going on sale after I purchase them. I was assured by one of the employees that if I kept my receipt, I could receive the sale price within a month. Today, when I visited the store and the shoes were on sale for 40% off, a different employee informed me that I needed to bring the shoes in to receive the sale price. I mentioned that I was told to simply save my receipt, but they were not accommodating and seemed indifferent to ensuring customer satisfaction.

The service at Macy's in Lexington, Kentucky has severely declined. Yesterday, I visited to buy a fall tweed jumper but struggled to find a matching blouse or sweater. The clerk at the checkout was not knowledgeable and even drank from a Big Gulp cup during our conversation.
In January [redacted], at Macy's in Fayette Mall, Lexington, Kentucky, I tried on Sketchers shoes only to find two left feet in both boxes when I made the purchase. This error caused me to waste time and money returning the shoes.
The staff at Macy's seemed disinterested, sipping drinks and lacking eye contact. My loyalty to Macy's has waned, and I found better service at Dillard's in Fayette Mall, where I was able to make my purchase hassle-free.

I used my Macy's credit card to purchase a pair of Brooks sneakers. The transaction went smoothly, and I was given a delivery date. Today, I have received three notifications claiming that my package has been delivered - at 2:31 pm, 4:03 pm, and 4:07 pm, with the last message indicating it was just delivered. However, my order #[redacted], tracking # 1Z754E48YN[redacted]3, has not arrived during any of these times. I am puzzled by the repeated notifications for false deliveries. After speaking with Customer Service, I was informed that I must wait an additional three days. Can you clarify this process for me?

I recently purchased a Nestle Chaise Lounger online. After receiving a confirmation email with the order and tracking numbers, I planned to receive the shipment promptly. However, the tracking number provided seems to be invalid, and I am unable to contact anyone for help. The email mentioned that the items were shipped, but they have not arrived yet. I am in need of speaking with a Macy’s customer service representative regarding a late payment of $2.00 made yesterday. My girlfriend purchased a coat on sale for $[redacted], with a $[redacted] discount, but now wants to return it due to a faulty zipper. She encountered issues because she no longer has the tags, despite having the receipt. The cashier did not mention the importance of the tags, which seems unfair given her loyalty as a Macy's customer for 8 years and her significant spending. She has accumulated [redacted] reward points and has spent over a thousand dollars at Macy's. It is frustrating that without tags, even with proof of purchase and the same brand listed on the receipt, the store won't accept the return. There should be a better system in place for exchanges to account for situations like this. It's also concerning to see inconsistency when witnessing someone else being allowed to return an item without tags.

I returned order #[redacted] that was delivered on October 5, expecting a refund within 3-5 business days. However, after contacting customer service three times, I received conflicting information each time. I am frustrated by this issue and the delay in my refund. I plan to escalate this matter by filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My loyalty as a long-time Macy's customer is wavering due to this unacceptable experience. It has been over 30 days, and I should not have to continuously follow up to receive my refund.

I have recently been informed by your consumer protection department that I am unable to make online purchases. I suspect there might be technical issues with my account because every time I attempt to make a purchase online, it gets cancelled. Despite having a valid credit card and billing address, all my attempts to ship items to a courier address in Florida have failed. There seems to be an error in the account as my billing address was changed to my sister's name, to whom I was sending a purchase. I believe there is a technical glitch that needs to be resolved. If there are concerns regarding fraud or scam, I am willing to cooperate and would appreciate if Macy's could involve the police to investigate. I was looking forward to buying those blankets, and now I find myself unable to do so. I need assistance with this matter.
