Hi there, I am having trouble accessing my Hotmail email account. Initially, I encountered issues on my iPhone, and now I am unable to log in on my desktop computer as well. Upon entering my email address, I receive the error message:
"There was an issue looking up your account. Tap Next to try again."
I am unable to proceed to the password entry stage.

I am Martin Grubisic, born 04.10.[redacted]. When I was 12 years old (I think), I created a Facebook account with the email "[redacted]" I hadn't used this email for anything other than Facebook until recently when I signed up for an Airbnb account. I logged in through my Facebook account using the same "hotmail.com" email. However, my Airbnb account is now blocked because I can't access my "hotmail.com" email to confirm my email address. Unfortunately, I don't remember the password and have been unsuccessful in resetting it on the site. Can you please assist me in resetting my password?

I have been using [redacted] for 20 years. Due to various password changes, I am currently locked out of my account even though I have the correct password. I have answered several security questions that only I would know, yet the system is not convinced of my identity. This has resulted in being unable to access my Family Search account for genealogy purposes.

I have a long story to share. I am Iorien from Malaysia. I apologize for my broken English while explaining my issue. My girlfriend's old iPhone is broken, and she bought a new one. Unfortunately, she forgot both her Facebook password, linked to her Hotmail [redacted], and the Hotmail password as well. About a week ago, all of my emails were moved to the Deleted folder. The customer support representative I spoke with could only restore a few emails manually at a time. Unfortunately, he was unable to restore all of them in bulk and seemed to give up. He mentioned further assistance, but I have not received any help since then, apart from a review questionnaire which I completed with a negative rating. Is it possible to recover all of my email history and restore it to my inbox? Currently, the Deleted folder is empty, and I have lost all the important emails it contained. The support adviser indicated that it was a system fault on your end.

I'm trying to access my old Hotmail email account that I haven't used in 3 to 5 years. Unfortunately, I can't recall my password and no longer have access to the SIM card associated with it. The only information I remember is my birthday, name, and postal code. This email was my first one, so I never used it to email anyone else and I don't have a recovery email set up since this Hotmail account is my main one. I hope to speak with a Hotmail representative to help me regain access.

I am experiencing issues with my contacts list on the email platform. Previously, when sending emails to multiple recipients, I could easily select contacts and have them appear in the email. However, there have been recent changes where the contacts are not showing up when selected. Additionally, when entering the initial letters of a contact, multiple incorrect email addresses are popping up, and I am unable to delete them. I would appreciate it if the functionality could be restored to the previous state where selecting and viewing contacts was more efficient.

I moved an email from my junk folder to my inbox, and now it's gone! I really need that email. This occurred on my Android phone app. I tried logging in online, but it's still missing. I successfully moved another email from junk to inbox and back, so I know that works. Despite manual searches and scrolling through all folders, it's nowhere to be found. I have been unable to access my [redacted] account as my passwords are not working. When trying to reset my password, I am prompted to verify through an alternate email address or phone number, specifically gu***@live.co.uk or a number ending in 31. I do not have a UK email or a phone number ending in 31. I believe my account has been compromised, and I am eager to delete it as it has affected my access to Facebook and other platforms. I suspect that my Hotmail account, [redacted], has been accessed by someone else named Patricia since November this year. I noticed a security alert from September about an unusual login. I don't use this account often and have scheduled it for closure on February 26. I would like to request the account to be blocked from sending or receiving emails immediately until its closure on that date.

I was prompted to re-enter my email password on the app, but mistakenly entered the wrong password twice. Consequently, my account is now locked due to suspicious activity. I have been traveling through multiple countries and have been locked out of my Hotmail account with urgent issues that require my attention. I previously did the recovery verification on October 16th in Mexico. I am now in Guatemala, in a location where I've accessed my Hotmail account before, but I am unable to reactivate it. I am currently locked out of my Hotmail account while traveling abroad. I am currently in the United States, but originally from Canada. I am supposed to be flying back tonight from the US. I usually download my boarding pass via email, but unfortunately, I cannot access it now as I am locked out of my account. I am unable to retrieve my code as I do not have cell service while traveling outside of Canada. I need to check in for my flight and receive my boarding pass as soon as possible.
