I traveled to a different country, and my account has been locked. I have tried multiple times over a month to unlock it. I am having issues accessing my [redacted] account. Although I follow the instructions, I keep getting stuck in a loop and eventually received an email at [redacted] stating that I have requested too many codes for the day. I am unable to access my Instagram account since I created it approximately 10 years ago with my old Hotmail email that I haven't used in years. I can't recall any of my information from back then. I have an old iPhone 4s with an iCloud account locked and linked to a very old Hotmail account that I no longer have access to. After a long search, I found a list of emails that might be helpful. I tried answering some questions to unlock the iCloud account, but I couldn't provide enough information.
Now, I can't access the Hotmail account and consequently, I can't access the iCloud account linked to that specific email. I've been trying to recover it for the past two years without success.

I'm 65 years old, so I'm not very tech-savvy. I've been trying to access my account for 2 hours, but I can't remember my password. Regarding my Hotmail email account, I noticed that all emails received before [redacted] were deleted without my action. I am deeply concerned as some contained important information and sentimental value, especially one from my recently deceased sister. I am requesting assistance in retrieving these emails from a backup prior to [redacted].
