Yesterday, I attempted to access my Hotmail account. After providing my username and password, a prompt appeared asking for an old email as a backup in case I forgot my password, which has never happened in the 25 years I've been managing accounts. Following the instructions, I entered a new email for verification. I reset my password and regained access to my account after a 3-hour struggle. However, today the same issue resurfaced, requiring another password reset. I'm frustrated and considering leaving Hotmail and Microsoft if this problem persists.
