I used to have a Hotmail account under [redacted] I received a message to change the password, but when I tried to open the account the next day, Hotmail prompted me to recover the email. I followed the automated password change process, but my recovery email is no longer valid. I have since created a new Gmail account for communication. Despite providing requested information about previous messages, the recovery was unsuccessful. I have been using Hotmail for over 15 years, and the emails in my account are very important to me. My Hotmail account, [redacted], has been locked for over a year. The phone number on file is outdated by 7 years. I have followed the reset protocol but have not been able to reset it as I don't have enough information for the process. I haven't made any purchases and have tried using two old passwords, but it still won't reset. I have followed all the suggestions provided but have tried about 8 times this year without success. I recently received an email in French in my Hotmail inbox that seems to be from you. I am unsure if it is spam or a phishing attempt. Can you confirm if it is legitimate? The email asks me to verify my email address for security reasons and includes a link to reconnect to Outlook. Here is the translated message: Dear Users, You are logged in from multiple locations. To secure your data and account, Outlook requests you to verify your email address by clicking on this link: Outlook / Live. Kindly fill in the required details. I have been using the email address [redacted] for years. Recently, I received a message on my iPhone that my account couldn't be opened due to an incorrect password, even though I hadn't changed it. After verifying my information, I changed the password but still couldn't log in. The next day, the account suddenly started working again, only to be blocked later by MSN for unusual activity. Despite attempting to verify my recent activity and receiving confirmation, I remain locked out of my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The servers at Cox have been blacklisted on various domains such as msn.com, live.com, outlook.com, and hotmail.com. This is causing issues with our email communication to clients who use these domains. Our email address is [redacted], our website is www.belairfashions.com, and our IP address is 10.0.1.8. We are seeking assistance to have our email address whitelisted so we can resume communication with our clients who have email addresses on hotmail.com, msn.com, live.com, and outlook.com. I am currently unable to access my account due to a message saying "It seems like someone else may be using your account." The email address associated with the account, [redacted], is no longer available for receiving verification codes. I attempted to use the account recovery form without success. I have limited email contacts as I mainly communicate with apartment complexes. The only email addresses I have recently interacted with are [redacted], [redacted] regarding a possible Change of Address, and potentially [redacted] Despite providing the required details, the system informs me that the information provided is insufficient. I have only used one password for the past 5 years, and I am uncertain if there was a different password before that. If necessary, I can provide details of received emails to verify ownership of the account.

I have been attempting to contact support for two weeks. My email is [redacted], and my account is set to deactivate on 02/26/[redacted]. Losing access would prevent me from checking my household bills, my driving test date, my children's school holidays, or my phone bill. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter without success. Despite being able to view my emails, I can no longer access my old phone number or recall the security answers due to creating the account when I was younger. Hello, I recently received an email regarding the recovery of my [redacted] account. Due to unsuccessful recovery attempts, creating a new account was suggested, but that's not an option for me. My email is linked to important accounts for online shopping and flight bookings. I'm unable to remember specific contact details or emails I've sent from this account. My account has been deactivated because I changed my phone and forgot my Hotmail password, as I'm used to using Touch ID. My new phone doesn't save all my passwords and uses facial recognition. I tried the 2-step authentication, but got stuck when it asked for an alternate email address. I tried my work email but had to reset Authenticator. I created a new Hotmail account to receive the code, but couldn't fill out the automated form as I couldn't recall specific recent emails. I also input the wrong postcode associated with the account. I depend on this Hotmail for many things; it's vital to reactivate it. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

I've been using this account for about 20 years now. Over the last 5 years, I've had an iPhone, and all my information was seamlessly transferred through iCloud. However, my iPhone is currently displaying the black screen of death, and I've switched to an Android device. I am unable to access my old phone to retrieve email subject lines, but I do have a list of email addresses. Regrettably, this information isn't sufficient for the automated reset process. I am having issues logging into hotmail.com. I also have gmail accounts, two for work and two for personal use. The hotmail account serves as my backup email for security codes. Unfortunately, I have been hacked, my information has been changed in google, and my computer and phone have been compromised. I believe my Visa information might be at risk as well. If I can access this hotmail account, I can retrieve recovery codes for my other emails. The authentication process keeps getting interrupted by a virus on my phone, not allowing me to see the code. In 2[redacted], I was signed out of my Hotmail account because the box was unticked, and I couldn't remember my password. After several attempts, I got locked out of my account ([redacted]). I no longer have access to the old phone number ending in 73 to reset my password. Despite trying to answer the security questions, I was unsuccessful each time. I have been locked out of my Hotmail account. Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to answer the security questions. I now have to wait 24 hours to try again, but I am unable to recall the last 4 emails sent or their topics. This is frustrating as I need to access my account urgently to book a flight and manage medical issues. Most of my recent emails are spam, and I don't frequently communicate with my family via email. Please provide alternative ways to regain access to my account as the current security measures are not helpful. My daughter's email is the only means to contact me, as I am visiting her currently.

Hello, I am currently in Vietnam on holiday from Australia. I attempted to log into my Hotmail account using my partner's smartphone with a Vietnamese SIM card.
