My family ordered an $[redacted] electric range for delivery yesterday with an estimated arrival time between 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM. During that time frame, a yellow truck arrived at our neighbor's house, but no one exited the truck, and the cargo bed remained closed. Despite being home all day, the range never arrived. When I inquired this morning, I was informed of a "missed appointment" and assured I would receive a call today to reschedule the delivery for either today or tomorrow, yet no call has been received.
After several attempts to contact customer service, including being redirected multiple times, I was left frustrated with no resolution. Our initial range purchase from Dedham, MA Lowes arrived scratched, prompting us to reorder. However, attempts to schedule a return have been unsuccessful, as promised return calls have never materialized.
Due to this situation, we are unable to cook for ourselves and our toddler daughter. We kindly request the delivery of our range to be rescheduled for tomorrow, April 4. The order number for this purchase is [redacted]09. Moreover, we urge the swift pick-up of the damaged range, ordered under [redacted]00.
As longstanding customers of Lowes, we are deeply disappointed by the lack of service and hope for a prompt resolution.

My mother placed a special order for a door back in July [redacted]. She paid $[redacted] for the door, which included a $[redacted] installation fee. Unfortunately, the door has been sitting at the Sikeston, MO Lowes for 7 months now. The installers have canceled 6 times, causing significant inconvenience. My mother has already spent over $25,[redacted] in [redacted] on windows and floors, which were installed correctly. Yesterday, we received a new Electrolux washer delivery. Unfortunately, upon inspection, we discovered that the machine was leaking from the bottom, not the supply hoses. We promptly contacted Electrolux and a case was initiated through Lowes. We are working through the process, though we are hoping for a replacement instead of a repair. This morning, we bought a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. Unfortunately, on the receipt, we were only charged for 2 appliance pickups instead of the 3 we needed, each at $40. I informed the salesperson, who agreed to charge for the third pickup, but I did not receive a receipt. He mentioned it would be sent via email. However, upon checking my credit card statement, I noticed the second transaction meant to be $40 appeared as $[redacted].93. We already settled the payment for 2 pickups on the original receipt. While the salesperson seemed competent, I am frustrated that I now have to follow up to correct these charges and request a refund.

I recently purchased a patio set and paid for delivery and assembly. However, the patio set was never prepared for delivery as per my request. Even though my receipt indicated that assembly was included, the store was planning to just drop it off unassembled at my address. When I went back to address the issue, I encountered the head cashier, Deborah A., who claimed to be the front end manager and was unhelpful. It took multiple requests to finally speak to the store manager. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially since I took a day off work to have the patio set delivered, which still hasn't happened.

On April 14, [redacted], I made purchases at Lowe's store #[redacted] in Huntington Beach for patio furniture. I bought 1 commercial grade cover and 2 umbrellas totaling $1,[redacted].98. I used a gift card for $53.36 and paid $1,[redacted] in cash. A week later, I returned one of the umbrellas as it was too big for my patio. The staff at the store checked my long receipt but couldn't find my original purchase in their system. They asked for more documentation and eventually offered me store credit for the return, even though I paid in cash and have the original receipt. I believe I am entitled to a cash refund as I paid in cash, especially since the umbrella broke during installation. Lowe's still has my driver's license. I kindly request assistance in getting my driver's license back and obtaining a full cash refund. Thank you for helping with this matter.

I had trouble returning my edger and spent hours on the phone with the company without a resolution. When I went to the store, Nicole and Becky were incredibly helpful, spending an hour on the phone with customer service. The following day, Amy was able to assist me in getting what I needed for a new edger. All the employees at the Pottsville, PA store were amazing in helping me. I wanted to express my gratitude for their outstanding support.

My grandmother gifted me a 'Smartpond filter kit with pump' model #[redacted] from Lowes in Charleston, West Virginia, for my birthday in April. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for our project. I attempted to exchange it at Lowes in Redlands, California, but they require a receipt for exchanges. I bought a washing machine and a protection plan on November 27, [redacted]. The product was delivered on December 4, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my washer needs repairs now, but I've encountered an issue with my protection plan being canceled. Despite providing my purchase and delivery receipts, I am still facing challenges in getting the washer serviced due to the plan not being found consistently. There was a brief moment where the plan was located, and a technician diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary part. However, I received another call stating they couldn't find the plan again. This issue has been ongoing for nearly 2 months now, and I am eager to have my washer fixed promptly.

I placed an order (Order #[redacted]65) for delivery on Thursday, May 18th, [redacted], for Friday, May 19th. Lowe's called me at 10:25 am on Friday to reschedule for Saturday, May 20th. When I called today at 11:00 am, I was informed of another delay until Thursday, May 25th due to incorrect materials. I requested a cancellation due to the inconvenience. Currently, at 2:04 pm, my card is being declined because the order has not been cancelled, and I have been on hold for 1 1/2 hours without any updates or apologies. The lack of customer service concern is frustrating.

I made a special order for hardwood flooring at the Lowe's store in Augusta, GA, which was supposed to include installation. However, it's been over a month, and I haven't received the flooring. Despite numerous attempts to contact the store, the customer service has been extremely poor. Every interaction with the store has been frustrating and unhelpful. After finally discovering that the flooring was with Keller Interiors for installation, they claimed they didn't have it and I should contact Lowe's again. The lack of communication and competence from the management has been disappointing. The flooring needs to acclimate for 72 hours before installation, which the store staff was unaware of. If this isn't resolved promptly, I will need to cancel my $6,[redacted] order. Considering Lowe's financial struggles and store closures, I expected better service for such a significant purchase. I request a corporate representative to address this issue promptly.

I am in need of a replacement head for my Kobalt 80-volt weed eater, specifically item number [redacted], model kst140xb-06. Unfortunately, the head listed on Lowe's website is no longer available. I placed an order at LaPlata MD Lowes, but it was sent to Fredericksburg VA Lowes. All items except one were delivered. I spoke to two different representatives at Lowes Customer Care who were supposed to cancel the missing item and refund the money to my checking account. They assured me someone would contact me within 24 hours, but no one did. I called Lowes in Fredericksburg VA five times, but no one answered the phone after letting it ring for up to 9 minutes each time. The order number is [redacted]62. I already bought the missing item at Lowes in California MD. The missing item is the DECK CORRECT. I'm frustrated and want my money refunded promptly. Also, the phone at the Fredericksburg VA location never gets picked up. I won't be ordering online from Lowes again. Thank you.

Hello, I need assistance with an issue I encountered with a purchased apple tree from Lowes in Coon Rapids MN last year. Despite my experience of over 50 years in gardening and properly caring for approximately 20 trees in my orchard, the Zestar apple tree I bought did not survive the harsh winter. My new dishwasher, only a month old, is displaying error codes E4 and F8 and will not start. The sink's water is working fine, but the dishwasher won't begin. I spoke to a plumber who suggested contacting you regarding the malfunction. I believe the issue is with the dishwasher itself, as it has both water and power supply. Despite ensuring the hot and cold water are working at the sink, the dishwasher remains inactive. I've been on the phone all morning without a resolution. Lowe's advised contacting the manufacturer for warranty coverage, but their customer service has been unresponsive. I would like to report an incident I experienced at the Lowes store in Rancho Cordova, California, regarding the purchase of a Dewalt battery-powered tool set. Despite the manufacturer's seals being broken, the store was selling returned items as new by resealing the box with clear tape. At this location, customers are unable to inspect the box before purchasing due to security reasons related to the high crime rate in California.
After finding a missing battery in the toolbox package I purchased, I returned it to the store within an hour. The customer service agent suggested I was responsible for the missing item, and when I asked to speak to a manager, I was met with accusations based on store camera footage. Despite receiving a refund, the treatment I received was unkind and unwarranted. I have been a loyal customer at this store for several years but will no longer shop at Lowes due to this experience. I visited your Plainville, MA store on June 14th around 5:35 pm to find specific size residential light bulbs. The selection was vast, and I struggled to choose. Despite two electrical staff members supposedly on duty, each time I asked for assistance at the service desk, no one showed up after two minutes of waiting. The service was disappointing, and it seemed like the electrical staff were avoiding helping customers. Frustrated by the poor customer service, I left and went to Home Depot where I received the assistance I needed promptly.

I received two chicken coops that require assembly. Unfortunately, upon opening one of the boxes, I discovered that some pieces do not match the manual and do not fit together. Assembling the coops is challenging, and repackaging the pieces is proving difficult due to the box size. It appears the boxes were previously opened and resealed, possibly by another dissatisfied customer. Since the coops won't fit in my car for return, I would appreciate assistance with pickup and a refund to resolve this issue promptly.

I have a Maytag washer covered by a repair plan, and I've had about six service calls since April. The most recent technician reported that the washer is unrepairable, but Lowe's Protection has no record of it. I've been unable to reach Supreme Service, the last company that came to repair it. I've been dealing with this back-and-forth issue since April, and my washer has been unusable. It gets repaired, works for one load, then stops working again. I've spent $[redacted] at the laundromat and believe I'm also owed $50 for the repair not being completed within 3 days. I consider this a lemon situation and should have had a replacement by now. I'm quite frustrated and expect a prompt resolution and a phone call regarding this matter.
