On October 30, we bought a new LG washing machine and dryer from Liberty Lowe's. The delivery was on November 5. We asked the salesperson about the setup requirements, and they advised us to get a hose and outlet cord for the washing machine. However, when the setup team arrived, we had to purchase a steam dryer kit that the salesperson was unfamiliar with. After installation, the crew left without giving us a copy of the work order. The washing machine kept showing an error due to no water supply, which was actually because the water was not turned on, and the spigot was broken. When the replacement crew fixed the water supply, they left without inserting the drain hose properly, causing water to flood the floor. Despite informing Lowe's about the issues, no resolution has been provided since November 12. The lack of proper training for salesclerks and setup crews, as well as the unresponsive management, has left me frustrated and disappointed.

I purchased a Samsung dishwasher from Lowe's in Arlington, TX. It stopped working just before the manufacturer's warranty expired, showing a water leak code. My home warranty didn't cover it due to a dent in the tub, likely from assembly. A technician suggested the dent might have caused a small leak, triggering the issue. Samsung's technician confirmed the dent but offered no solution. Samsung denied coverage, citing damage. Lowe's wouldn't offer a credit due to their 30-day return policy. The manager wasn't available, and the acting manager suggested contacting the manufacturer, which was unhelpful. I left the dishwasher at Lowe's and don't plan to shop there again. I also won't buy Samsung products and will share my experience with others.

On October 28th, I placed an order with Lowe's Home Improvement for a "Glossy White Acrylic Oval Center Drain Freestanding Soaking Bathtub" BT0088 29.5-in. x 68.9-in L. Chosen for its delivery date, the tub was meant to arrive between November 2nd-November 4th, crucial for our bathroom remodel due to a water leak. After not receiving the tub, I contacted Lowe's, who directed me to "NSD" for shipping info. NSD couldn't help much. In subsequent calls on November 12th, the representatives were unhelpful. Breanna (ID-[redacted]) offered $[redacted] but didn't resolve the issue. I reluctantly switched to a different tub, paying for it and expecting a refund for the first tub. It's been 10 days, and the refund hasn't come through. They may refund me in the next 3 weeks, but the uncertainty is frustrating. If the first tub arrives, I'll have to ship it back at my own cost. The repeated 25-30 hours spent on calls with Lowe's have been unproductive. It's disappointing that a company of this size struggles with basic customer service.

I have been working with Lowe's on a home installation project scheduled for completion by the end of June [redacted]. Unfortunately, the project faced significant delays causing me to lose 5 months' worth of rent. The contractor recommended by Lowe's, TBH Services represented by Bobby Shifflett, performed poorly and behaved dishonestly. Kenneth, the Lowe's customer service manager, stated over the phone that Lowe's does not have any ethical responsibility towards TBH Services. Bobby Shifflett failed to deliver on his promises, cost me $[redacted], and caused me to waste time driving back and forth for the past 5 months. After trusting Lowe's referral, I incurred losses in both rent and the money paid to Bobby. Despite my request for compensation, Kenneth denied any help. On 12/1/21, I bought a JVM6175YKFS over-the-range microwave from a store on Portsmouth Blvd (I live in Va Beach and it took about 2 hours to pick it up). I installed it on 12/2/21, but on 12/3/21, I encountered issues. While cooking a frozen dinner with a set time of 18 minutes, the microwave stopped with 47 seconds remaining, and the upper right front corner became very hot. I tested the electrical socket with a vacuum, and it worked fine. I previously had another GE microwave from Home Depot, which was supposed to be delivered on 12/1 but got rescheduled to 12/8. Frustrated with the delay, I canceled that order. I'm disappointed to experience a malfunction with my new microwave as my past GE microwaves lasted for years without issues. I am seeking a prompt replacement to avoid further inconvenience.

I wanted to share my positive experience with the Lowe's delivery team who brought my new washing machine today. I received a text message notifying me they would arrive in 4 minutes, and they were punctual. They efficiently removed the old machine, installed the new one, explained how to use it, and were very polite throughout the process. All of this was completed in just 20 minutes! I recently purchased a shed with delivery and installation (P.O.: [redacted]86), scheduled for Dec 6. Despite preparing for the installation and receiving a reminder the night before, the contractor did not show up. I later discovered that the job had been returned to Lowe's without my knowledge, leading to further delays and misinformation from the installation service. After a frustrating experience of waiting and making multiple calls, I was informed that the earliest installation would be in April and was asked to pick up my shed. As a single parent, I had to rearrange my schedule, miss work, and spend time resolving this issue, all without receiving any proactive communication or apologies from Lowe's. I hope to have the shed stored until Spring and prioritize my installation. I am disappointed that as a paying customer, I bore the brunt of this inconvenience and lack of communication.

I recently purchased two Link2Home EM-SL700B LED [redacted] Lumen Solar Security Lights. One functions properly, but the other no longer lights up fully. When motion triggers the light, only the circle of LEDs in the middle flash, not the whole light as it should. I have ensured the solar panel is clean and receiving ample charge. Can someone advise on what the issue might be when only the circle of LEDs in the middle light up? Thank you.

My generator arrived at the store, and I expected to hear from an installer within a week. However, a week passed, and I did not receive any calls. After contacting Lowe’s, they assured me I would hear from someone within two days, but I still have not received any communication. This generator was initially delivered to the store in August but has been missing since then. Every month since August, I am told it will arrive the following month. I have made multiple payments, and the generator should have been here by now. Could someone at Lowe’s be mishandling my generator?

I ordered refrigerator (#[redacted]) back in October, was assured it was in stock for delivery. However, the delivery dates kept changing from Dec. 28 to Jan 2, then Jan 18, and now Jan 28 without any explanation. It's frustrating to wait three months for a refrigerator without being informed it was a special order. Lowes already charged me for it, and the constant delays are unacceptable. Just want my refrigerator as soon as possible.

I need to file a complaint about a manager named Alex at the Sonora, CA store. He refused to retrieve my phone left at the office a few days ago, claiming he was occupied with a pressing matter on the floor that would take hours. Despite it being Christmas Eve and wanting to contact loved ones for the holiday, he advised me to return in a few days due to the store closure on Christmas. This lack of customer service left me frustrated and upset. I have decided that my family and I, who visit the store regularly, will take our business elsewhere, even if it means paying more. My brother's construction company and my mechanic work will no longer support this store as long as Alex remains in a management role.

On June 5th, three stock tanks were delivered to me, but I had to refuse the delivery as they were poorly made and unusable. I took pictures and reached out to Lowe’s. They assured me of a refund. Recently, I discovered a charge of $[redacted] for shipping these defective items, which I was not aware of due to my illness. The situation seems like an attempt to pass off substandard products onto me. Lowe’s is now claiming they won’t refund the shipping cost unless the items were damaged. I strongly believe the products were indeed damaged, and I would like the $[redacted] shipping fee to be refunded.

My refrigerator stopped cooling suddenly, even though I purchased it on 9/05/21. I contacted Lowe's for warranty repair, but they referred me to Whirlpool. Unfortunately, Whirlpool is closed on weekends. I am considering hiring an independent Whirlpool-certified technician to fix the fridge and want to know if I will be reimbursed for the service. Lowe's customer service has provided conflicting responses - stating "yes," "maybe," and "no." I recently bought a new toilet from a salesman who assured me it was 21" bowl height, but upon installation, it was the same size as the old one. After contacting Customer Service, they promised to swap it, ensuring the correct height, but when I checked at Lowes, there was no record of the resolution. Feeling frustrated, despite being a loyal customer who spent thousands at Lowes on windows and appliances, I am considering purchasing the desired toilet elsewhere. I hope Lowes can reimburse me for this inconvenience, especially since I plan on buying a washer and dryer from them in the near future.

In November [redacted], a technician visited to inspect our Whirlpool washer purchased on 7/4/[redacted], within the warranty period. Despite having extended coverage, we were informed that a main control mechanism is needed, but have not received any updates since then. As a result, I have been using the washer on different cycles to keep it running. Although I don't have the exact receipt number, the washer and dryer were bought on 7/4/20 for around $[redacted] each, paid in full by check. While the dryer works well, the washer requires the replacement part your team was supposed to order in November. As it's now February 7, [redacted], I am still waiting for further communication regarding the necessary repair.

I am a disabled individual who relies on "Curbside Pickup" for convenience. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulty trying to order specific items not listed online for pickup. I needed some PVC fittings, a pipe nipple with a stock number, and a 5/8" Poplar dowel rod, but these were not available on the website. When I inquired about curbside pickup, I was simply instructed to order online, leaving me frustrated as the items were not listed. This lack of assistance contrasted with a previous positive experience using my Lowe's card to purchase a refrigerator. The lack of support at the Highland Heights store in KY has left me disappointed, especially considering my loyalty before my mobility issues. I hope for better assistance or a refund for my past purchases before I became disabled.
