I contacted the store regarding patio stones. Lowes sells part numbers [redacted] and [redacted] for $1.28 each, while Home Depot offers part numbers [redacted] and [redacted] for $1.48 each or $1.15 each if you buy [redacted] or a pallet. The garden center referred me to Customer Service. Daleah explained they only price match exact products from the same manufacturer, but didn't compare with Home Depot. She then suggested checking with the garden center, which didn't help. I left feeling frustrated as I believe price matching should be straightforward. Additionally, Lowes mistakenly charged me for the pallets. I request a refund to my Lowes card and hope for a resolution consistent with their price match policy.

I live in Louisiana, and my son resides in Tennessee. We placed an order for fence materials at the Lowe's store in Bartlett, TN, the closest to his home. We traveled 6 1/2 hours to meet the Lowe's truck for delivery scheduled on July 7. However, our order was split between two Tennessee stores, leading to an additional delivery charge that was not communicated to us. The order Number is [redacted]65, and the Invoice Number is [redacted]. Despite the delivery date set for 7/7/20, we faced challenges reaching the stores when the delivery did not arrive. After contacting the driver from Lowe's of Corinth, who delivered part of the order, we struggled to reach anyone at the other store, Lowe's of SE Memphis. Eventually, the delivery was completed, but the invoice reflected a higher amount. How can I correct this billing discrepancy?

I have had measurements taken for faux wood blinds, but I have not been able to order them yet due to not being able to reach my salesperson. Additionally, the person who measured my windows instructed me to "call corporate" today to place an order, but did not provide a phone number. I have already selected the blinds I want and am ready to pay. I am eager to initiate the order so I can receive the product and hopefully have the installation completed by August. Thank you.

I want to share my experience with the Lowe's store in Johnstown, Pa. I visit the store frequently, around 3 to 5 times a week. Before each visit, I check the website to determine if they have what I need and where it's located in the store. Unfortunately, my complaint is about the website. It's unreliable as the items are rarely where they are indicated online. When seeking assistance from associates, it's frustrating as they often redirect me to another department. I've found the Home Depot's website to be far superior, not only providing accurate store locations of items but also sending text messages for easy navigation. Today, when I raised this issue to the cashier and later the head cashier, their response was dismissive. As a result, I've decided to switch my shopping to Home Depot starting today.

It would be beneficial if the store focused more on construction-related items rather than a wide array of products. I have been a loyal customer for 40 years, but after my recent experience, I am taking my business elsewhere. I spent $[redacted] at Builders First Source instead of at the store. The $[redacted] laser I purchased will be returned for a refund. I am frustrated that products essential for construction are being replaced with irrelevant items. It's disappointing to hear about the store's focus on profits rather than meeting customers' needs. I feel compelled to find a new supplier after this experience.

I am a Lowes card account holder. Today, I intended to purchase another GFCI outlet and entered the search term "Self-Test GFCI Receptacle Outlet with LED Indicator" into the search bar on your website. However, the product that was suggested, the PRIME 8-Outlet [redacted] Joules [redacted]-Watt USB & Ac, is not related to what I was looking for regarding GFCI certification. I have found the correct product by searching on Amazon.com and Homedepot.com using the same search term. I appreciate your friendly and competent staff in your stores, but online shopping with your store has been disappointing due to the issues with your search engine not providing accurate results.

I bought a Samsung refrigerator in August [redacted] with a three-year extended warranty. After two repairs in January, the fridge stopped cooling on July 5, [redacted]. The warranty service scheduled a repair for July 8, but they didn't show up due to a technician issue. Another repair company came yesterday, but they can only fix it in 8 days after ordering a part. Currently, my freezer is at 70 degrees and the fridge at 50 degrees, not safe for food storage. Buying coolers was suggested, but it's impractical. I want to share my experience with your Hanover PA store. We purchased a new stove and refrigerator with a promised delivery in July. We understood delays were possible due to current events. When we were informed the items were in stock, we scheduled delivery, only to find out later the refrigerator was not available. After some back and forth, we were initially told it was in, then later told it was not. Dave in appliances was excellent and tried to assist, but there were ongoing issues locating the refrigerator. Despite eventually receiving the item, the overall experience was frustrating. This situation has made us hesitant about future large purchases. It would be beneficial to ensure all staff are well-trained and capable, like Dave, who stood out as a knowledgeable and helpful employee.

I placed an order for a refrigerator on June 26, [redacted]. After waiting for the delivery, I contacted Lowes when the payment hadn't been processed. They explained they charge upon delivery and it was deducted on July 10th. The delivery was set for the 12th, but on the 11th, I was informed they didn't have the fridge. The new delivery date is the 14th. When I checked today, they still don't have it and rescheduled it for the 27th due to supply chain issues. It's frustrating as I've paid, but there's no product. I bought a refrigerator and dishwasher on 06/10/20. The refrigerator delivery was rescheduled to 06/27/20, and my dishwasher is still pending. I was promised a delivery on 07/13/20, but the dishwasher is missing. Greg from the store checked and could not locate it, even though the computer shows it in stock. He mentioned compensation but no update has been provided. I am eager to have the purchased dishwasher installed promptly without additional charges. Hope to get assistance to expedite the process. Good Afternoon, We placed an online order on 6/20/20 under order # [redacted]26. Unfortunately, the first delivery scheduled for 7/6/20 did not arrive, without any explanation. The second delivery, which was set for today, 7/14/20, also did not happen and has now been rescheduled for 7/20/20. This lack of communication is quite unprofessional. We kindly request a clear explanation for the repeated delays. Over the weekend of July 5th, I contacted 4 or 5 individuals regarding purchasing a 16x36 metal ramp for our front porch. We, both being 79 and 80 years old, were advised that after the ramp was delivered, I needed to contact installation sales for setup at an additional cost. Today, they dropped off the $[redacted].96 ramp in my front yard. Upon requesting installation, I was informed that setup services are not provided, leaving us with crates we cannot use. I am utterly disappointed. Now, arrangements need to be made for the ramp to be picked up, and credit issued. I hope to receive reimbursement for shipping and delivery expenses. On July 21, [redacted], I went to your Lowes Store at University Center around 6:00 PM to buy lumber. I approached an employee named Josh to cut the lumber for me, and he mentioned it would take 10 to 15 minutes. After waiting the initial time, I asked him again, and he said it would take another 10 minutes. Despite there being no other customers waiting and Josh was just unloading Cement mix, I decided to leave. I went to your competitor (HD) where I got the material in a total of 25 minutes and spent more money. I have been a loyal customer, purchasing the majority of my home building materials from your company. I hope for improved customer service, similar to the great experience I had at the Customer Service Returns Section with Robin, who was courteous, friendly, and helpful.

However, I received a voicemail on July 17 informing me that the delivery had been rescheduled to July 20. Despite attempts to reach out for further information, I was not able to get a clear answer from the representative regarding the delivery time. Phone calls were either unanswered or abruptly ended. After visiting the store, I was informed the delivery was delayed due to Covid-19. I am seeking clarification on the status of my order and when it will be delivered. Hello, I wanted to share my experience with a product I bought from your Lowe's store in Katy, TX, located at [redacted] Katy Freeway, Houston, TX [redacted]. Earlier this year, I sought advice from your store employees on moisture barriers and underlayment for my laminate flooring project. Following their recommendation, I purchased [redacted] square feet of Pergo Gold underlayment. Approximately two months later, I started noticing a foul odor emanating from my new flooring. Upon investigation, I found moisture trapped between the underlayment and the laminate flooring. This was distressing as I relied on the store's advice, and now the recommended product's failure has damaged my newly installed laminate. I can confirm that the underlayment was correctly installed, as evident in the attached pictures. I have since replaced the underlayment with a more reliable product. Good afternoon, I hope all is well. I am reaching out to customer care via email since I have had long phone calls over several weeks trying to resolve this issue. I want a written record of my efforts. I purchased a digital gift card on 09-Jul-[redacted] for $[redacted].46 and encountered errors using it online. Despite various attempts, there were issues processing it, resulting in a balance of only $16.02 due to simultaneous holds. My card is now unusable. Multiple calls have not resolved the problem. To whom it may concern, I need help with an issue regarding the outdoor umbrella I purchased on April 5, [redacted]. The item number is [redacted], model number [redacted]-GN. Unfortunately, the pole on the inside of the umbrella has broken, even though we take good care of it and there were no strong winds that day. Hello, I recently purchased a pack of 2 cans of wasp spray from my local store in Webster, NY, via online order. Although I submitted my order at 4:24 pm, the store was busy, and the confirmation email mentioned they would notify me when it was ready. After calling at 6:13 pm for an update and being informed my items were out of stock, I decided to cancel my order and opt for a lower-priced alternative. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the product provided was not wasp spray. Ultimately, I left empty-handed and dissatisfied with the online ordering process. While the store staff were courteous, the experience left me frustrated, especially since this is the second time my online order hasn't gone smoothly. I bought two patio chairs last Sunday and was told to pick them up on Thursday due to assembly. When I arrived on Friday, the service desk couldn't find them initially. After a delay, they found the unassembled chairs in the back. I asked to speak to the manager, waited, and eventually got to explain the situation to him. He insisted on assembling them quickly but inaccurately. When I asked for them to be assembled correctly, he walked away. Eventually, the service promised delivery to my house that day. The chairs arrived with scratches, and I would like them replaced or a discount. There seems to be a need for a conversation with the manager regarding customer service.
