I used to be a Loot Crate member for years, but I cancelled my subscriptions over a year ago due to poor customer service and not receiving items. For almost three years, I've been trying to have missing items from various crates replaced with no success. I've also missed out on receiving several crates with different subscription options. Contacting customer service has been frustrating as they keep giving me the runaround. They claimed items were shipped, but I never received any tracking information via email or under my account on their website. They promised to send all missing items together due to Covid delays, but months have passed with no updates. Even though the missing items were from before [redacted], they blame Covid for delays, which seems like an excuse.
I'm considering legal action if this isn't resolved soon. Any advice on how to resolve this without going down the legal route is appreciated.

In September [redacted], I purchased the special 80th-anniversary Batman lootcrate for $[redacted]. It is now February [redacted], and there has been no update on my order. I reached out to lootcrate customer support in November [redacted] regarding the status of my crate. Initially, they mentioned it might be lost in the mail and offered me a voucher for a replacement crate. Shortly after, they informed me that they located another Batman crate and said it would ship within 4-8 weeks. Despite my requests for a refund, they continue to advise me to wait 4-8 weeks for shipping details. I am frustrated with this ongoing situation and simply want to cancel my order and receive a refund. Unfortunately, their responses remain the same, urging me to wait. I hope to speak with a representative to clarify my request and finally resolve this issue.

I have tried contacting loot crate support over 15 times in the past year without any success. On March 7th, [redacted], I placed an order for the Fallout loot crate, which I have yet to receive. They have acknowledged that it was never sent out. Despite my understanding of delays due to Covid-19, it has been almost 11 months now with no concrete updates provided, while they continue to send free crates to content creators for promotion. This situation is extremely unjust, especially for a loyal fan like me who is not able to voice my concerns publicly. -Sean H. [redacted]

I signed up for the Destiny crate year plan, which consists of 4 boxes delivered every 3 months. Unfortunately, the first box was mistakenly sent to the wrong address despite me updating it on the Lootcrate website and confirming multiple times. I was assured a replacement back in December [redacted], but it has not arrived. After reaching out several times over the past 6 months, I was informed that the items are out of stock and offered a refund or a code for another crate. However, I simply want the replacement I was guaranteed numerous times. Another customer received the item I need without requesting it, which adds to my frustration. I am disappointed with Lootcrate's handling of this issue and just want the Destiny Earth crate that I paid for and have been promised.

I was charged for the winter Sanrio box instead of the spring one, then was charged for the summer box. I reached out via email on April 10th and have sent over 25 emails requesting to be billed for the garden party box. The customer support team has caused more issues than necessary. Despite having received the kitty science formula box, they claim I didn't subscribe in time for the garden party box. I have proof of my subscription email from February 15th, confirming my enrollment for the recurring subscription. I have asked multiple times for assistance but have not received any resolution. I even requested to cancel my account and get a refund for the summer box. Can someone please advise on how to proceed? I am willing to provide screenshots of my emails. Thank you.

In early [redacted], my free Harry Potter Wizarding World subscription from Loot Crate was automatically renewed because I forgot to cancel it after receiving the email about the new subscription. When I realized my mistake and changed my address on the website due to a move, I encountered an issue. The website allowed me to change the address without specifying that I needed to contact customer service for address updates. It turned out that my address change didn't save in the system, leading to my first shipment being sent to the wrong address. Even after contacting customer service for a replacement and providing my new address, the problem persisted with the next shipment also going to the incorrect address. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the address change issue, including providing proof through screenshots, the problem persisted through multiple shipments. Frustrated with the lack of resolution and receiving another shipping notification after canceling my subscription, I seek direct communication via phone or chat to ensure this ongoing problem is resolved. My experience with the company has been disappointing considering the amount I've spent on their products.

I purchased a 3-month Loot Crate subscription as a Christmas present for my nephew. I paid for the three months using my email address and PayPal account. I provided his name and address for the deliveries. I received an order confirmation on 11/30/[redacted]. However, my nephew has yet to receive his first box. I understand there were shipping delays mentioned on the website, but I am concerned about whether he will eventually receive all three boxes.

I purchased the Crow Limited Edition ring set ten months ago, and I have yet to receive any updates unless I reach out to customer support. Each time I contact them, I only receive a generic automated response. Despite being told the rings would ship in March, we are now in the middle of the month with no sign of the rings or any updates. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable. My previous order from Australia did not even take this long, despite being delayed multiple times. I believe the company should consider refunding half the price to all customers and fulfill the orders promptly. Transparency is important; customers waiting for their orders should receive partial refunds. We are all eager to receive the product we paid for.

I was erroneously charged $[redacted].15 for a crate that I did not purchase. Despite cancelling my subscription in June [redacted] with the assurance that I wouldn't be charged for any future crates, I was billed for the Blumhouse Crate in April of this year. After being informed in two separate emails that I would receive a refund and cancellation, I have not yet been refunded and have received the unwanted Blumhouse Crate. I insist on a prompt refund as I am frustrated with the company's questionable business practices.

Since January, I have made nearly 10 payments for different loot crates, specifically the wrestling and clothing loot crate subscriptions. Unfortunately, I have not received anything from my orders. Despite contacting your customer service via email multiple times, I have not received any responses back. This lack of communication after taking my money and not delivering the items is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund, and if necessary, I will escalate the issue through PayPal to seek reimbursement. I have been a loyal customer for some time, but the current customer service situation is disappointing. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Thank you.

I was charged twice for a subscription I bought last year. In July [redacted], I purchased the 4-crate Firefly subscription and paid upfront. I only received the first crate in December due to supply problems. I got a notification that the next crate is being processed and that I would get shipping details. At the same time, I was charged for this new crate. The first payment was on my credit card, and the recent charge was taken from my checking account using my debit card.

I placed an order for two limited edition crates, the InuYasha and BLEACH crates with corresponding hoodies, on October 7, [redacted]. Despite multiple attempts to contact Loot Crate regarding the shipment status, I was recently surprised to find out that both crates were cancelled on June 6, [redacted], without any notification or refund. I have not received any assistance despite sending several messages over the last three months. I have documented proof of purchase including receipts, order status, cost of $[redacted].65, and the payment being made but the items remaining unfulfilled. All I am seeking now is a refund for the undelivered crates. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
