I bought a window air conditioner on March 30, [redacted], from Walmart.com. It was delivered by Build.com on April 7, [redacted]. The packaging was intact, and I didn't install it until mid-June. Since then, three installers have tried to make it work to no avail. Even when tested uninstalled, it failed to function. I would like to return it for a refund as it is still under warranty. I am inquiring about my recent order from the company. I was eagerly anticipating my surprise order, possibly containing items like a Rolex, a Tag watch, or a Hugo Boss product. However, I have not received any responses after numerous attempts to contact the company. I have all the necessary proof of purchase, including my receipt and email correspondences. Despite providing information to Living Social and Wowcer to contact Hermes regarding my order, I have not received any updates. This situation is frustrating, especially since my previous orders were handled promptly. I would appreciate it if the company could address this issue promptly. Thank you. - Paul
