I recently had a concerning experience at the King City, Oregon store regarding my order and interaction with the manager. I had ordered 3 pizzas, 2 8 piece wings, and 4 ranch dips for in-store pickup, but only received 2 pizzas. Following a misunderstanding over the ranch dips, the manager became emotional, publicly scolded me, and unjustly threatened to involve the authorities. The subsequent attempt to address the missing items and receive a refund was met with unhelpful responses from the supervisor, further adding to my frustration. The dismissive handling of the situation and lack of resolution have led me to reconsider patronizing this establishment in the future. I hope to reach a fair resolution and express my dissatisfaction with the customer service provided. Thank you.

I received three boxes of old pizza that were clearly not fresh. Upon contacting the restaurant to voice my concern, I was met with rude customer service from the Manager (Jenne) who insinuated that the delay in my complaint was due to the timing of the pizza delivery. Despite my explanation of arriving home late from work, my family had already consumed the stale pizza. This is not an isolated incident as previous visits to the restaurant have also resulted in poor customer service and subpar food quality. The high volume of customers seems to prioritize speed over food quality, leading to unsatisfactory experiences. Unfortunately, I do not plan on returning to Little Caesars due to the recurring issues I have encountered.

I made a delivery order and requested it to be handed directly to me. However, when I checked my porch, I found my cold order sitting there without anyone ringing the doorbell. I am disappointed that my request was not followed, and I cannot feed this to my family. I have been trying to reach out to the location at [redacted] for a refund, but no one is answering the phone.

I am extremely disappointed with the Detroit deep dish pizza I received. Instead of the deep dish pizza I ordered, I got something that resembled Detroit Street Trash pizza. The pizza was not shaped like a deep dish; it seemed like it was originally a round pizza that was then attempted to be turned into a deep dish but ended up looking deformed. To add to my frustration, the employee who handed it to me seemed tense, implying that they were aware of the mistake but still gave it to me. I have taken several pictures if you need to see the difference. I am very unsatisfied with my order and request a refund as this is not what I paid for.

I recently visited the Roy UT store looking to purchase a classic hot n ready pizza in-store, but was unable to find them available. This led me to place my order online, which was a bit inconvenient. I can't help but wonder if this tactic is to steer customers towards buying pricier options instead. When I mentioned this to the cashier, she agreed and suggested I voice my concerns online, which prompted me to write this. I also noticed another item on the menu listed as online-only, although I can't recall what it was. Selling the hot n ready classic pepperoni pizzas in-store could resolve this issue and improve the customer experience.
