On Sunday, June 18, [redacted], I visited Little Caesars on Fortuna Boulevard in Yuma, AZ [redacted]. While there, I witnessed an employee named George wash his hands, but then he engaged in a lengthy conversation with another employee on the opposite side of the store. Throughout the conversation, George used both of his hands excessively and appeared to touch his face, lips, and body numerous times. After this, he handled my pizza without washing his hands again, touching various boxes and tools around the area.

I recently noticed a charge of $22.45 on my card for an order that I did not make online from a location on Edison Rd in South Bend, Indiana. My card ends in [redacted], and I reside at [redacted] U.S. Highway 20 Lot 40, South Bend, Indiana [redacted]. I usually place my orders near my home on Western Ave and do not recognize this transaction. Since my card is new, I am uncertain how this happened. I recently visited the store located at [redacted] Culebra Rd Ste [redacted] in San Antonio, TX and made a purchase using my card. However, I later discovered that I was charged twice for the same transaction. When I approached the assistant manager, who identified himself as Evan, for a refund, he was incredibly unhelpful and even went as far as calling the police when I mentioned contacting corporate. The police officer advised me to reach out to corporate. The assistant manager's behavior was rude and unprofessional. He showed a lack of concern for the situation and was dismissive towards my concerns. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I am requesting a full refund for the double charge.

My manager recently hired me, and although I have been scheduled to work for several days, I have only been working for a total of four hours as they continually cut my shifts short. Initially, one manager informed me that the hot and ready items can only remain in the heater box for an hour before they are thrown away, allowing employees to take them home. On my last day, I took advantage of this, but another manager, Noel, had already consumed the pizza and demanded payment. When I refused due to the situation, she accused me of being disrespectful and was extremely rude. She has since locked me out of the scheduling app without providing information on when I am expected to work again. I feel mistreated by Noel, while Elijah was the only manager who tried to properly train me. The behavior at the Fulton Mississippi location is unacceptable, and if the situation persists, I may need to seek legal guidance.

I need to report an incident where a staff member accidentally sprayed cleaning chemicals on me. The incident happened at the Martinez, Georgia location (03[redacted]7), order number [redacted], on June 27th, [redacted], around 10:35 a.m. Upon entering to buy a flat-crust pizza, I saw two employees chatting on the right side of the counter. The cashier, Trifari J., approached me for my order, and as I inquired about a thin-crust pizza, a male co-worker interrupted unknowingly holding a spray bottle. The worker sprayed the counter area where I stood, and the mist landed on my clothes. Despite feeling upset, I controlled my response and placed an order. After getting my food, I left but returned to request my receipt. This experience led me to lose trust in the staff at this Little Caesars location after being a loyal customer for eight years. I recently ordered 3 pizzas from Little Caesars at [redacted] W. Gage Blvd, Kennewick, WA [redacted]. Upon delivery, I only received 2 pizzas. When my wife contacted the store for a refund, she was redirected to DoorDash, even though we did not order through them. After attempting to resolve the issue with Little Caesars and facing unhelpful and rude customer service, I am frustrated. I called Little Caesars around 6:50 PM PST and the representative I spoke to was dismissive and uncooperative. Despite explaining the situation, I was told to contact DoorDash for a refund, which was incorrect. The lack of assistance and poor customer service is disappointing. I made an order with reference number [redacted]01 for a pretzel stuffed crust pizza with cheese sauce on Tuesday, and it was delightful! However, today when I ordered two of the same pizzas, I received the wrong crust without cheese sauce. The manager claimed the pretzel crust doesn't always resemble a pretzel, which was disappointing. The customer service experience was poor, with a manager's bad attitude.

I received the delivery order from the Little Caesars app, but it was completely wrong. There was no receipt attached, and I suspect I got someone else's order. The items I received were not what I had ordered, and the quantity was much less. I am seeking a full refund as I did not receive what I paid for. Regarding transaction: [redacted]60, I ordered a pizza for delivery on July 6, [redacted], but the system scheduled it for July 7 at 10:45, which didn't work for me. I contacted 1-[redacted] and was informed the order couldn't be canceled since the store was closed. When I called the next morning, I was told it could have been canceled the night before, but no refund would be issued. I was advised it should have been canceled during my initial call. I am dissatisfied with this outcome and wish to escalate the matter. Some restaurants inform customers of closures before ordering. I request a resolution to this matter. Thank you.

I placed an online order for a 3 meat treat and crazy bread combo at 6:15 pm. My promised time was 6:36 pm, but when I arrived at 6:45 pm, my order was not ready. After tracking it on the app, I saw it hadn't even been placed in the oven. I spoke to Kemon Anderson, the manager on duty, who said it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait. Despite 8 people working, my order wasn't progressing. Kemon seemed distracted, and the cashier mentioned only one person was handling orders. This delay has happened before, and Kemon always blames it on a long wait for pizzas. I frequent this Little Caesars on Hohman Ave. in Hammond, IN and regularly spend over $50. I'm disappointed in the service and am waiting for a refund on my card after having to leave without my order.

This is my second disappointing experience with Little Caesars. I placed an order and was charged, but it never arrived. The first time was for a walk-in order, and this time I chose delivery. Little Caesars is one of my favorite pizza places, but I am upset by the unreliable service. My entire family, including two kids and an infant, was left without dinner. My husband and I cannot rely on this company for our evening meal planning.

Transaction Reference #[redacted]53 On 7/5/23, I placed an order for in-store pickup. When I arrived at the store to collect my pizza, my order was not ready. After a conversation with the employee about the missing order, they initially couldn't locate it. When the staff member finally found the order, they claimed it was for delivery, not pickup. Despite my insistence that it was for pickup, the employee insisted it had already been given to a delivery driver. I showed them my email confirmation stating the order was for pickup, but they were unhelpful and suggested I contact customer service for further assistance.

I recently picked up a Hot-N-Ready pizza from the Sarzamora and Commerce location with order number [redacted]. Lisa was the cashier who helped me. Despite living only two blocks away, the pizza was cold and tough. I tried calling the store at [redacted], but the call just rings once and hangs up, which is disappointing. Last night, I visited LC drive-through and ordered a thin and crispy pizza. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the pizza I received as it had dry crust with minimal toppings, not like the ones advertised on TV. Most of the pizza ended up in the garbage since it was not hot or even warm. I would appreciate a credit for this experience. Additionally, I tried to contact the [redacted] number twice this morning but was on hold for a total of 25 minutes, indicating many unhappy customers. Hopefully, LC can bring back the quality pizzas they are known for.

I need to report an incident regarding the poor customer service at the Little Caesars Pizza store situated at [redacted] Midland Trail, US-60, Barboursville, WV [redacted]. As a loyal customer (my children are fans of the pizza), I want to address the ongoing issues with the service at this specific location. The incident that transpired on 7/20/23 deeply upset and embarrassed me. Due to having three young boys, I had to use the drive-through instead of going into the store. I ordered a cheese pizza for my children, paid for it, received a pager, and was instructed to wait in my car. I had to explain that I couldn't leave the car due to my kids, and they agreed to accommodate that request. After a lengthy wait, the pager alerted me, but no one brought the pizza to my car. Seeing my sons becoming restless, I had to leave the car to check on the order inside. I asked another customer near my car to watch my kids as I went into the store, ensuring the car windows were open for them. All those steps were impromptu reactions required due to the circumstances at the time. Staff mentioned being busy when I inquired about the delay. A conversation that began calmly about the missed commitment escalated to a confrontation as the employees responded irresponsibly. There was no constructive dialogue or apologies. Eventually, the store manager, presumably, intervened and told me to leave in a rude manner. Their disrespectful behavior and poor service left me feeling disregarded. The distressing part was leaving my children unattended in the car. I'm uncertain if their conduct was influenced by my Asian heritage, but the incident was humiliating and hurtful. I seek assistance in addressing this matter and resolving the distress and embarrassment caused by this regrettable situation.

Yesterday evening, my family and I visited the Little Caesars store number 4 in Murray, Kentucky at 7 p.m. to purchase 3 hot and ready pizzas and 2 orders of crazy bread. We were informed that there was a wait of an hour and a half. After driving 20 miles to get there, we were disappointed not to be able to enjoy our meal. We kindly request compensation for the time, fuel, and inconvenience caused by this situation. Alternatively, receiving the 3 hot and ready pizzas and 2 orders of crazy bread that were unavailable after waiting for over an hour and a half would also be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday, July 23rd, I visited one of your locations for a pizza. When I got there at 9:52 pm, the lights were on, the open sign was lit, and the door was unlocked. Hoping to buy a pizza before closing, I went in and approached the counter. A man there asked how he could help. I requested a hot and ready pizza and crazy bread but he said his till was closed. After mentioning the open sign and it not being closing time yet, he called a manager who also said the till was closed. Despite offering to pay for the pizza to be added to the till the next day, the manager insisted they were closed at 10:01 pm and told us to leave. While leaving, the situation escalated with the employees and some individuals outside the store. Unfortunately, we left without food, feeling frustrated. Another customer mentioned the manager's behavior was a common occurrence.

Yesterday evening, I visited the Harriman, Tennessee store to pick up a pizza I had ordered through the app. Unfortunately, the pizza was the worst I have ever had. It looked raw, parts of it were stuck to the box, and it seemed like it had been mishandled. The lady at the counter was rude, and another staff member appeared confused. Despite my complaints, they didn't acknowledge any issue with the pizza. In the end, I had to throw it away, and my family refused to eat it as well. It was a disappointing experience, especially considering the $15 I spent on it.

I recently ordered pizza and breadsticks at the Endicott NY location. When I asked for light red sauce on my pizza, the staff said they couldn't accommodate the request because there was no button for it. I suggested they ask the kitchen staff to simply use less sauce, but the employee stated they couldn't do it just for me. I found the response to be somewhat sassy and the refusal to fulfill such a simple request surprising, especially since I am a regular customer at this location.

Hello, my name is Lisa Slater. Yesterday, on July 28, [redacted], I placed a delivery order for [redacted] Washington St W Charleston WV [redacted]. The order included 1 classic pepperoni pizza, 1 classic Italian sausage pizza, and a 2L of Mt. Dew. Unfortunately, when we received the order, both pizzas were barely warm, and the 2L of Mt. Dew was missing. To make matters worse, my daughter found a long black hair in her sausage pizza. I tried contacting the store multiple times to address these issues but received no response. Typically, I order from [redacted] Washington Street West Charleston WV [redacted], but this time the order was placed at [redacted] Patrick Street Plaza Charleston WV [redacted] for some reason. Usually, I don't encounter problems with my orders from Little Caesars. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I kindly request a refund for my order.
