I have been a loyal Lipton drinker all my life, known as the Lipton lady to friends and family. Recently, I have been having trouble finding my favorite Lipton product, the Enticing Chai Tea. Despite it being widely available before, it has suddenly disappeared from store shelves. I resorted to purchasing it online, but the high shipping costs are making it very expensive. I am puzzled as to why it's no longer stocked in local stores in Pittsburgh, PA. I have checked the top three stores and even Walmart with no luck. I simply prefer the Chai Tea over green tea and would love to know why it's become so hard to find.

I wanted to share that a Lipton Marketing representative took my picture with a Lipton Green Tea pack today in Santosgnagar Colony. Unfortunately, they did not provide me with the product or even explain its details. Despite being a regular user of Lipton Green Tea, when I requested a small pack, I was informed that I had to purchase one. It was confusing why they took my picture without offering me the product or explaining its benefits. It felt like they were simply showing off their work without considering customer service. As a widely recognized brand, Lipton should ensure their representatives engage with customers effectively. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly.

I have been a loyal customer of Lipton Darjeeling Green Label tea for many years. Recently, I received the new yellow-packaged tea with a note promising the same great taste. However, after trying it, I found the taste to be completely different from the old green packet. I am disappointed and unable to enjoy this new tea, feeling like I have wasted my money on the \[redacted] purchase. As someone who regularly drinks this tea, I kindly request a replacement of the new pack with the same old green packet of 500g. I hope to hear back soon and be able to once again enjoy my cup of tea with the familiar taste I love.

However, my enthusiasm turned to disappointment when I received an unprofessional text in all caps this morning, which is not how Lipton Tea typically treats employees. I am a loyal consumer of Lipton green tea and enjoy its pure light flavor. I bought a pack of [redacted] tea bags for Rs. [redacted] recently. I am concerned that the bags are stapled, as the use of stapler pins in tea bags was banned in [redacted] due to safety reasons. I urge the company to address this issue promptly. Consuming staples accidentally could be very dangerous, especially since we drink green tea for its health benefits. I would appreciate a response to my complaint, otherwise, I may have to escalate this matter to the consumer court. Thank you for looking into this matter seriously.

I recently had a bad experience with your white iced tea with cranberry juice. After drinking it, I fell ill for 12 hours as I have an allergy to artificial sugars. Unfortunately, there was no indication on the bottle that it contained ingredients like Sanka or saccharin. As a loyal iced tea drinker, I was surprised by this oversight and hope that in the future, your products will be more transparent about their ingredients to ensure the safety of your customers.

As a long-time consumer of your products, I've noticed an issue with a brand called PLANTAGO in Bosnia and Herzegovina. They seem to be deceiving customers, especially tourists, by mimicking the design of LIPTON tea. Their website "plantago.ba" showcases this misuse, prompting confusion regarding the quality and authenticity of the products.
I am willing to provide photographs if needed, but a simple visit to their website will illustrate the design infringement. The teas they offer are of notably inferior quality, leading customers to believe they are purchasing LIPTON tea when in fact they are not.
I prefer to remain anonymous. I kindly request that your team investigates this matter in our market and provides a response once you have made your evaluation.

I have purchased two of these tea/coffee makers. The pitcher keeps cracking. I only put cold water in the pitcher and the brewer part. Why? You recently replaced one for me. Can I just get the pitchers replaced? I have three but can't use with a cracked pitcher. It seems like they need to use a different type of plastic. My spouse and I have been enjoying your black tea every morning for about 40 years. However, I am writing to address an ongoing issue. Over the past year or so, the tea has been severely lacking in flavor. Despite our attempts to use multiple tea bags in a cup, the result is akin to plain water. After receiving coupons from you and purchasing three [redacted]-bag boxes, we have noticed that all bags from these boxes share the same problem of having no taste at all. I contacted Lipton on March 24th regarding the recurring issue I had previously reported. The black tea bags lack any flavor. My spouse and I have been loyal consumers of this tea for over four decades. Lipton promised to send me coupons for a future purchase, but it has been over two months, and I have not received anything. Despite calling two more times, I was assured a representative would contact me within 24 hours, which did not happen on either occasion. I am aware of the recent change in ownership, and unfortunately, it seems like the quality has significantly declined.
