I am frustrated as I just explained this in an Expert Chat, only to be asked to pay $5 to continue the conversation. I am having trouble with the 24/7 yarn I purchased on Annie's website. Attempting to use the yarn feels like wrestling a tight wad. It's very disappointing as I was looking forward to working on a project for myself with this yarn.

I recently purchased two 10 oz. balls of ice cream big scoop yarn in the strawberry color. I am disappointed with the quality as the middle of the ball is tangled with 12 knots, making crocheting difficult. The yarn cost $14.97, and I am requesting a replacement. The color is strawberry, article number [redacted], color number 207z, and lot number 17[redacted]-12. I hope to hear about the resolution. Thank you, Cathy Tonkin.

I am writing again to express my concern about the Lion Brand Homespun yarn I purchased. Our church group uses this yarn to knit prayer shawls for those in need, but this recent batch of 3 skeins is defective and has resulted in a lumpy finished product. While I appreciate the offered $10 credit, I believe that receiving replacement yarn is the only way to truly support the quality of your products. I am in the process of making 5 shawls for my daughter's wedding. Each skein of yarn I've used so far has had a frayed spot. The current skein I'm working with has a 3-inch section of frayed yarn, causing me to halt my progress. I'm using Homespun yarn, which is quite expensive, so encountering frayed sections consistently is disappointing. I shouldn't have to incur extra costs for assistance with this issue. As the wedding approaches, I'm feeling the time pressure to complete these shawls.

I made a purchase from Lion Brand on October 10 for over $[redacted]. The delivery on 10/21 was incorrect, seeming to be someone else's order. Although the picking ticket was right, the yarn received was not. I have informed Lion Brand via email at [redacted] with all the details and a photo of the picking ticket. So far, I have only received an email providing their customer service hours, which is disappointing. I frequently order from them, and this situation has left me feeling frustrated.
