I am experiencing ongoing issues with logging into my LinkedIn account on my phone. Despite being a premium member, I can only access it on my iPad, which is inconvenient. Despite following the instructions multiple times, I am unable to reset my password as my phone number and email are not being recognized. I am frustrated with this situation as I rely on my LinkedIn account daily. I am seeking assistance from customer support. Can someone please guide me on how to access the chat support option? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered an issue while trying to update my email address on LinkedIn. Initially, I intended to apply through LinkedIn when I realized I was using an outdated email address for my account. Subsequently, I initiated the process of changing my email, which inadvertently resulted in the creation of a new LinkedIn account. This new account lacks my history and connections. Meanwhile, my original account, complete with profile details and premium features, remains inaccessible to me. I am eager to regain access to my original account and discontinue the new one. However, securing another email address is crucial for retrieving my old account due to the unavailability of my previous email associated with a past job.

Dear LinkedIn Team, I had an account under the email "[redacted]," my official account for business communications with companies, including my official company email from Magenta Austria, a subsidiary of Telkom Germany. By mistake, I logged in using "[redacted]" via Google, leading to confusion. Unfortunately, my "[redacted]" account got deleted instead of the other one. As a result, I lost all my communications, and my profile is almost empty now. Could you please restore my "[redacted]" account and delete "[redacted]"? Thank you very much. Greetings, I've been unable to access my LinkedIn account for the past few days. When I attempt to log in using either my Google account or the regular sign-in method, a verification pop-up appears, but no notification is sent to my phone via SMS or any other means. I am currently experiencing issues accessing my LinkedIn account under the name Ricardo G Barcelona, with a sub-account named Dynamic Decisions - The Book. Since March 10, [redacted], I have been locked out of my account due to a verification request, which I completed by submitting my driver's license. Following my submission, LinkedIn sent me a no-reply email informing me that they are investigating my account, but more than 24 hours have passed, and my account remains inaccessible. Additionally, a client has contacted me regarding difficulties sending documents via LinkedIn. I attempted to contact LinkedIn using the provided telephone numbers found on Google. However, upon calling, after the automated message confirming it was LinkedIn, the call abruptly terminated without further assistance. I kindly request support in promptly restoring access to my LinkedIn account. Thank you for your help.

Dear Team, I availed of a complimentary premium month from your service a month ago. Shortly after, my account got blocked and I was asked to verify my identity with an ID card. I promptly submitted my ID card as requested. Unfortunately, my submission was rejected without explanation. Consequently, I was unable to reactivate my account or cancel my premium membership. Today, I was charged €72.99 despite my inability to unsubscribe from the premium service. Hence, I am seeking a chargeback for the unauthorized debit.

My friend P.J.'s account was restricted for posting data. Now when he tries to create a new account, it's also getting restricted. Just because of some past mistakes, it shouldn't prevent him from making a new account for a better future. How will he search for jobs now? He genuinely didn't realize the data he posted was incorrect. He wouldn't have done it if he knew. Please reconsider restricting his new account without any valid reason. Thank you.

Hello, I have observed that, according to other individuals barred from LinkedIn, the exclusion criterion seems to involve mentioning the forbidden word: vaccine. This applies to both private individuals and renowned scientists who have expressed their opinions or shared public and/or scientific articles. It appears that now (and previously), some people have the freedom to discuss the topic on LinkedIn, while others have been consistently excluded, resulting in loss of connections and professional setbacks. Especially given the increasing criticism regarding the origin of Covid and the adverse effects of vaccinations, which are being widely discussed in the mainstream media, including the United States, where even the FBI has expressed its views. Have I been penalized long enough? Is it possible, since my statements have never been offensive or illegal, to regain access to my account? Best regards, Christiane Calande

A post was made using my account, and I am unable to delete it because the person who made the post likely blocked me. I have asked my family to report the post as "fake" or "hacked," but this has not been enough to get the post removed. Could you delete a post manually? Thank you for your help. Hello, I received a warning asking me not to use LinkedIn with an "automatic" solution. I wanted to mention that I do not use these kinds of tools. However, last night I worked a lot and did a lot of research. That is probably why I received this warning. I want to contact them to inform them and ask what the search limit is to avoid receiving such threats.

Hello, I have recently been through a very difficult period in my life and was looking for job offers to make a change. I was encouraged to sign up for a free premium subscription on LinkedIn during this time. I have realized today that I have been charged by your services, and I have not used any premium features and do not intend to. I would like a refund of this amount and confirmation of the immediate cancellation of this subscription.
