Hello,
I need assistance regarding my life insurance policies with Liberty Mutual. Despite setting up automatic payments, Liberty Mutual did not pay my September bill as expected. Surprisingly, it appears that one of the payments went to your company instead. I discovered that your company is acquiring Liberty Mutual's life insurance policies, and now I'm worried about the transfer and ensuring my auto payments are set up correctly.
I urge you to reach out to me promptly to help resolve these issues and ensure the secure transfer of my three policies: Jesse Rowan, Jennifer Rowan, and Dolly Rowan.
Thank you,
Dolly Rowan

Subject: Assistance Needed with Liberty Mutual Policy Transfer
I recently discovered an issue with my three life insurance policies held with Liberty Mutual. It appears that my September bill was not paid as scheduled through auto pay, and one payment was mistakenly made to your company instead. I understand that your company is in the process of buying out Liberty Mutual policies, and I need assistance to ensure the transfer of my policies is done correctly and that my monthly auto payments are secure.
Please reach out to me promptly to help rectify this situation. I am quite upset and concerned about the mix-up.
Thank you,
D. Rowan

I receive a monthly pension from your company for the past 14 years. I am currently refinancing my home, and the lender requires proof that it is a pension and not an IRA. They are concerned that an IRA might disappear and affect my monthly income. I need a document, similar to the original award letter, to confirm that it is indeed a pension.

My husband recently passed away, and he had a whole life insurance plan with Lincoln. The policy number is [redacted], issued on August 1, [redacted], probably purchased by his father in Burlington, Iowa. The most recent annual statement I have, from August [redacted], shows a death benefit of $[redacted].96. The policy went through companies like Connecticut General Life, Cigna, and New York Life. I am unsure of the specified beneficiary, possibly his deceased mother. Can I claim the death benefit? Thank you.
