I was browsing through various clothing items and bought them individually without an account number. When I hit "pay," it took me to the card information page for each item. Without a record, I assumed Lightinthebox would have them saved. As each transaction asked for my debit card details, I never had an account. Since items were combined once, my card was initially declined. After checking my balance, I reordered the items separately, and they went through. I believe I clicked "pay" for about six items, but only my email and debit card can trace my purchases. Unsure which items were charged, I am uncertain of my purchases and need assistance in identifying them.

Hello, I made a purchase on the Light in the Box website a few hours ago as a guest without creating an account. I used PayPal for payment and did not receive an order confirmation email. I am also unsure if my order went through despite the payment deduction from my card. I am trying to track my order but it seems to require an account that I did not create since I used PayPal directly. Could you please assist me with tracking my order? I would appreciate your help. Dear Sir or Madam, On March 26, [redacted], I purchased a wig from you, LightInTheBox DE. The wig was supposed to have a dark root with blonde ends. The wig I received was not the one I ordered, as confirmed by comparing it to the one displayed on your website. I have attached images for your reference showing my order, the delivered wig, and the correct wig from your site. I am disappointed as I was looking forward to the wig I selected online. I would like to receive the correct wig as per my order or cancel the purchase and request a refund per our contract, per § [redacted] of the German Civil Code. Please advise on how to proceed, keeping in mind that any incurred shipping costs are to be covered by your company.

I have received my order, but unfortunately, a few items that I paid for are missing from my package. The missing items are the Women’s High Waist Yoga Pants (Patchwork Butt lift leggings, Heart Bum, Dark Grey with Light grey Mesh, size Medium) and the Black corset sweat suit, size Large. I have received all other items and I’m satisfied with them, but I’m really disappointed that the leggings I was most looking forward to are missing. I am having issues with Order No [redacted][redacted]. I raised a concern regarding the delayed delivery previously (Ticket [redacted]1), which was closed by the company before the order's arrival. Unfortunately, upon receiving the shipment on 31-3-21, I discovered that all 3 items were incorrect. Two items, labeled as 95% polyester and 5% spandex, were supposed to contain cotton as per the website description. Despite being Size 3XL, they do not fit as expected. The third item, a men's hoodie, was completely different from what I ordered (#[redacted]). I have been unsuccessful in processing returns through the online system for several days. Despite multiple attempts to submit requests, I have not received any responses or updates on my account. It seems the system may be rejecting or not registering my return requests. I purchased a pair of shoes for my child's birthday from Light in the Box on 7/4/[redacted]. I used my debit card and paid for the shoes and shipping fees. My bank account shows the payment made to Light in the Box. The website confirmed my order was being processed, but I did not receive an email with my shipping order number. Despite setting up an account, I cannot sign in, and my order does not appear in the orders section. My daughter's birthday is in early May, and I hope to receive the order by then. I am requesting a refund to my card or a check in my name. I canceled my order and haven't received my money back yet. I hope to be fully reimbursed by tomorrow. I am missing my package 📦 that I ordered on 8.04, and it still hasn't arrived. DPD informed me that they haven't received anything and told me to contact the sender, which I am doing now. Today, I received this message from DPD: "Hello, as mentioned, please contact your sender. Unfortunately, I cannot do anything here since the package was not handed over to us. It may still be with the sender. I'm sorry. Regards" I received a tracking number that is [redacted][redacted] and an order number [redacted][redacted]. I wonder where my package is located. I received a reminder. Furthermore, the delivery was also extremely impolite. The package was completely torn apart and thrown in front of my door like trash. I received a reminder. Moreover, the delivery was incredibly rude. The package was thrown in front of my door torn apart like garbage. If I don't happen to go out, I wouldn't even know about it. It is a large apartment building, many people pass by my door, and enough things have already been stolen. This way of delivering is outrageous. Hello, on April 27th, I was informed that my package could not be delivered, and I was advised to contact the courier company. Upon reviewing the email stating that the package was on its way, I noticed that instead of the last name Schmid, they had entered the first name Hans as the recipient, causing the delivery issue. The courier company explained that they could not change the name and that it was their responsibility to attempt the delivery again. I contacted them via email, but it seems like my message was not even read. I received a garment labeled as a cotton blend, but it seems to be almost entirely polyester, which I noticed because I sew frequently. There were no tags attached to the garment, so I have no additional information. It's frustrating when a company misrepresents a product, and the only way to request a return is through email, which they don't seem to acknowledge. I have already left a negative review, but I doubt they will publish it. I am at a loss for what to do next since I don't own a cell phone to upload a photo, as requested by them. I recently ordered a batch of clothes from your store. While the shoes and ties are fine, the three XXL shirts I received are extremely undersized! Normally, XXL shirts fit me well, with ample room for movement. However, these shirts are so small that I couldn't even button them. I am disappointed by the sizing inconsistency and lack of prior warning regarding the issue.
