I returned a package to LightInTheBox. Customer service claims they never received it and have not informed Klarna to stop the invoice. I received an email from LightInTheBox saying the merchandise is now back at Global Priority Line-Euro2-yunexpress. I informed LightInTheBox about this but my ticket was blocked, and I have no way of contacting customer service to resolve this issue!!!! Klarna is sending me reminders because I haven't paid.

I have received the Mini Polish Nail Machine, Variable Speed Rotary Detail Carver, and UV Led Lamp. However, I am still awaiting the Poly Gel Nail Kit. Can you please provide an update on the delivery of the remaining items from my order? I ordered a total of five items, and only three have been delivered so far. I am particularly looking forward to receiving the Poly Gel, fake nails, Liquid nails, and other items that are part of the same package. Your prompt delivery would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My order was supposed to arrive on 28.5., but I have not received anything yet. The payment was made on 4.5.20 via Paypal. I placed the order, received an order confirmation and shipping notification. Only after that did I install the app. Therefore, the order is not visible in the app. Where is my order? I placed an order for a fishing vest for my father on Monday, June 15th. I received an order number, and the payment cleared my bank account a couple of days ago. However, when I log into my account, there is no record of my order. I never received an email confirming my order, and I am unable to contact customer service without the order showing in my account. I need reassurance that my purchase is on its way. Dear Sirs, On 05/29/[redacted], I placed an online order with FNAC for a webcam priced at €29.77. I received order number [redacted][redacted], with an estimated delivery time by Colissimo within 4 to 7 business days. After not receiving the item after 15 days, I contacted FNAC to inquire about the delay. FNAC informed me they never received this order from me, stating that the order number provided was not issued by them. They suggested I might have been scammed online. As I did not hear back from FNAC within the promised 7 business days and had no contact information to reach out to you, I purchased a webcam from a store. As a result, I no longer wish to receive the webcam and request that you do not charge my account for the order amount. I reserve the right to take further action for any potential harm caused. I purchased item # [redacted]7VRM, and although the box has been opened, the shoes inside have not been tried on. The recipient wishes to return them for a refund. The payment of £56.55 was made on 12/05/[redacted], but it has been over 30 days now. Since the goods were delivered at the end of May [redacted], we have been attempting to return them. Inside the box, there was only a shipping label on the outside with customer reference and SKU numbers provided.

On June 14th, I placed an order for clothing that is not showing in my customer account. However, on June 17th, a charge of [redacted].02 EUR was debited from my bank account to Lightinthebox. I have not received any email confirmation of the order or payment from Lightinthebox. While the bank statement shows the payment for the order mentioned above, it does not appear in the list of "my orders" on Lightinthebox. I would like to receive the products. I placed an order on June 13th for two t-shirts. Order number [redacted]7 is for one, and order number [redacted]3 is for the other. I have emailed them twice but have not received any response. The total cost was £26.14 paid through PayPal. They were supposed to be a birthday present, but the occasion has passed. I am disappointed in the lack of communication. If I don't hear back soon, I will contact PayPal for help. This was my first and last time ordering from them. I hope to resolve this quickly. Unfortunately, two of the dresses were unsatisfactory, and the third dress has not been delivered. I returned the two dresses to the address provided on the parcel and requested a refund for all three dresses, totaling £76.75 plus postage. We had a discussion through your app, but the issue remains unresolved. When I try to look up the details, I receive a message stating there are no results. The items in question are as follows: 1. Women's floral long maxi white dress with sleeves, ruffles, etc. - £19.43 2. Women's swing dress Midi - half sleeve Deep V for going out - £28.17 3. (not received) Women's swing dress Midi - Half sleeve solid-colored deep V elegant in Pink - £29.15 You requested jpg photos of the items at one point, which was not possible as I had returned the two received dresses, and the third one was never delivered.

I've clicked on countless links trying to resolve my undelivered order but only end up on more pages prompting me to make additional purchases from your untrustworthy company. Nobody seems to receive their orders. Despite placing seven orders from different emails, not a single item has arrived. Today, I wasted seven hours attempting to seek help for my order, only to be redirected to more useless sales pages pushing products that never get delivered.

For the past 4 weeks, I have been trying to click on links labeled "get help with your order" or "track your order," but they are not working. After spending 10 hours clicking on the track order button, my thumb is now bleeding. This experience is frustrating and unacceptable. I advise against ordering from this company as it seems like a scam. Even after 10 weeks, I have not received any of the items I ordered. I will be reporting this issue to the Better Business Bureau, Ripoff Reports, and the Federal Trade Commission for fraudulent practices.

I purchased a 12 Hole Alto Fun Ocarinas C Ceramic Musical Instrument for Kids and Adults, order #[redacted]3. I was expecting it to be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days according to the website, but I have not received any updates. I placed two orders with Light in the Box in early May. The website stated a delivery time of 9 to 15 business days. I have sent emails about missing packages to them in June and July. When I try to track my package, it only shows entries in Chinese script from May 19. Their tracking system does not provide any information about the location of my orders. They informed me that since I chose delivery by postal service, it could take up to 60 days, then later mentioned it might take 90 days before they investigate the order's whereabouts. They suggested trying Canada Post for tracking, but there is no information on those tracking numbers. I'm worried my orders are lost at sea or that I've been scammed. This contradicts their claim of constant order tracking on their site. My order numbers are [redacted] placed on May 6, [redacted], and [redacted] placed on May 3, [redacted]. The form I need to fill out does not appear on the screen despite following instructions to click on the customer service button. I am also struggling to confirm the receipt as there are no clear guidelines provided. I have been searching for a contact phone number or email response form but to no avail. The shoes we ordered are uncomfortable, and we need to exchange them for a larger size. I am experiencing an issue with my Visa The Perfect Gift prepaid card not being accepted as payment for my order. I have consistently used this method of payment for years without any problems. Whenever I purchase a new Visa prepaid card with a higher balance, I update the numbers and continue using it seamlessly. Occasionally, there might be confusion with an old email address like C.Washer@bell, which I no longer use. My current email is [redacted], and I have informed them multiple times to only use this email for transactions. The main issue is my current card being rejected, despite using it successfully for a $[redacted].00 order in June with my cogeco.ca email. Unfortunately, all the order details (items, etc.) were deleted from my computer. I cannot recall exactly what I ordered, but I believe it was sportswear. I purchased a smartwatch, but the box does not display the brand name. The serial number is (9FE[redacted]). It seems to be an IP68 waterproof DUODUOGO M1 Bluetooth Smartwatch suitable for men, women, and children, compatible with Android and iOS. However, it keeps disconnecting after 5 minutes of use. I am requesting a full refund of the total expenses which were 39 euros plus 28 for the DHL shipping. If the refund is not processed, I will have to leave a negative review on social media.
