I need help enabling VSR on my laptop with an NVIDIA [redacted] GPU. In the Nvidia control panel, I cannot find the Display or Video tab where VSR should be enabled. I have updated to the latest Nvidia driver, so that shouldn't be the problem. My question is whether this is normal for this GPU or if there might be an issue that needs attention. Nvidia has stated that the RTX cards in the [redacted] and [redacted] series will have this feature, but it's unclear if it includes the [redacted] Laptop version.

Since November [redacted] until June [redacted], I have been trying to resolve an issue with Lenovo. I purchased one Lenovo computer, but they sent me two and charged me $[redacted] for the second one. After contacting customer service, I received a postal return slip, which I promptly used to send back the extra computer. Despite numerous phone calls where they assured me the issue would be escalated and I would receive refund details via email, I have yet to receive my refund. I am frustrated and considering seeking legal advice if this matter is not resolved promptly.

I recently purchased the Lenovo LP40 Bluetooth earphones. I noticed that after removing them from my ears, the small plastic grate covering the sound hole was missing, leaving a large hole. I believe the grate may have melted from the heat of my ears. I am concerned about earwax getting inside and causing malfunctions. I am experiencing numerous issues with my Ideapad Gaming 3. It keeps asking for a boot, and my SSD is malfunctioning. The laptop is unreliable as it only opens occasionally. Furthermore, the touchpad is unresponsive and gets stuck on the screen. The battery life is also disappointing, lasting approximately 1 hour before dying. After completing my work on my Lenovo Flex 5 laptop yesterday, I selected the "update and shutdown" option. I did not have a SIM card nor was connected to any network during the update. Later, it displayed two consecutive screens - one for restarting and the other showing the welcome Lenovo screen. Despite this, I continue to face this problem every time I turn on my laptop. Additionally, the force shutdown option using control+alt+del is not responsive. I am covered under warranty until [redacted] for my laptop. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

I recently purchased a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Pro (Manufacturer's code: 82NH00AJGE) and encountered a sudden issue where the screen went black. Despite trying to restart it, the screen only flashed a few times and now the laptop won't turn on. Holding down the power button results in a brief flash of the light indicator after about 20-30 seconds. While the laptop charges normally, I'm hesitant to attempt any fixes that involve disassembly to avoid voiding the warranty. I purchased it from buyU in Poland. Should I send it back to the seller or is there a way to resolve this issue on my own?

My laptop, with serial number PF44FKLN, keeps experiencing issues. Occasionally, it fails to recognize my fingerprint, leading me to restart the computer as I cannot input my pin. The physical keyboard also lags with a delay when typing, which seems to be specific to this device as it doesn't happen on others. Moreover, the laptop tends to malfunction when arranging tabs side by side on the screen, causing frustration. Despite resetting the computer to factory settings, the problems persist.
