The installer did not successfully fix the issue with the blower motor. During the visit, the installer removed the motor/wheel assembly, tightened some screws, and noticed a section that was not secured. He attempted to fix it by fastening some screws but did not fully inspect the motor. He also noted a loose plate under where the flames come out and attempted to shim it by hammering a piece of metal, despite being asked not to as it could cause further issues. The noise problem persisted after these attempts. Additionally, the installer claimed he could not insulate the room as previously requested.

I had Lennox install my HVAC system on May 31, [redacted]. The agreement included a $[redacted] refund, which I still have not received as of July 17, [redacted]. I have contacted Freschi/Lennox three times in the past 3 weeks and sent emails, but have not received any response regarding the refund. Additionally, the noise from the air conditioner in my first-floor bedroom has made it unbearable. The total costs escalated from $23,[redacted] to $29,[redacted] due to unexpected expenses like asbestos tape removal and new vents. The promised "instant savings" credit of $[redacted] disappeared from the final bill. I paid all invoices, but did not receive any documentation such as manuals, warranties, or serial numbers for the installed products. The salesperson I dealt with had been let go after the installation, leaving me with no point of contact. I have tried reaching out to Freschi Service Experts with no success.

My Lennox furnace model EL195UH0X0XE36B-03 is experiencing issues with the pressure switch. There seems to be no clear reason for the failure, as all the components appear to be functioning correctly. I have noticed this problem before about 2 years ago, and I usually resolve it by opening and closing the contacts controlled by the tube on the side of the pressure switch. However, it seems to be getting worse over time. I suspect there might not be enough pressure on the switch causing the integrity of the contact to be compromised. The internet shows that many of these switches have failed prematurely. I have checked for blockages using a tube and air pressure method, and there don't seem to be any issues with obstructions. The pressure switch number is P#[redacted]-09, and I am looking for the current replacement part number under my 10-year parts warranty. I would appreciate it if you could send the replacement part to a store for pickup or directly to me at [redacted] Rayshaw Cres., Mississauga, Ontario L5M 2P2.

Five years ago, I purchased a Lennox AC unit with a 10-year warranty. In August [redacted], the blower motor broke, and OConnor Plumbing and Heating in Johnstown, PA replaced the part. However, they claimed our warranty was invalid because the company that originally installed the unit, Seasonal Air of Johnstown, is no longer in business and didn't file the warranty papers. Despite paying $[redacted] for the repair, I am dissatisfied with this outcome and wish to contest it. After speaking with a Lennox representative who confirmed the same information, I am considering escalating the issue by filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the PA State Attorney General, and notifying the Cambria County District Attorney's office. The situation seems dubious, and I seek a fair resolution.

I am extremely disappointed that Lennox is refusing to honor the warranty on our AC unit simply because the salesman failed to submit the paperwork. We have all the required information such as the purchase date and serial number. This situation seems unjust, especially when I have had warranties honored on other products in similar situations before. It feels like a scam to me. I am starting to suspect that Lennox dealers might be benefiting from kickbacks from Lennox to avoid filing warranty information, absolving them from repair responsibilities.

I recently installed a new 14 SEER Lennox Heat Pump about two weeks ago for a homeowner. They have reported that it's not operating correctly. Currently, the compressor is running, the outside temperature is 39 degrees, and the liquid line pressure is at [redacted]# while the suction is at [redacted]#. I checked the tubing lines leaving the condenser, and they are the same temperature. Upon energizing the reversing valve, pressures changed briefly but returned to the initial gauge readings. Since both heating and cooling are affected, it seems unlikely that the TXV is the issue. The previous unit used [redacted] Freon, and I utilized the existing tubing. I noticed there is a filter dryer in the liquid line, and I'm uncertain if it could be causing the problem. At this point, the unit is mostly relying on auxiliary heat. I'm unsure of what steps to take next to address the issue.

I need help replacing a Fan Timer (Lennox Part Number 97H03) with part number 53K80, on a Lennox Pulse model G21Q Schematic Form [redacted],619W. Instructions on form [redacted],443M direct to cut wire connectors to the blue wire at the 24V terminal, the orange wire at the gas valve, and the yellow wire at the 24V common connection. New wires should be installed. However, I'm unsure about the brown wire that connects to the limit control and isn't mentioned in the new Fan Timer instructions (Form [redacted],443M). Any assistance would be appreciated.

My HVAC unit, only 1.5 years old, has a defective coil. Old Towne Heating & Air in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina ordered the part under warranty, but it's been over 2 weeks, and the coil from Lennox still hasn't arrived. With five young children enduring 81-degree temperatures upstairs, the situation is unbearable. Despite the delay, I'm expected to cover labor costs and freon replacement, totaling over $1,[redacted]. On top of that, I had to pay $[redacted] for leak detection services. It's frustrating that my new home requires such costly repairs so soon. The fact that other nearby homes are experiencing the same issue with their new units adds to the disappointment.

I purchased a new Lennox Unit two years ago. Unfortunately, a few days ago, the outside unit suddenly stopped working, and upon inspection by Farnell, the company that handled the installation, it was discovered that there is a fracture in the well joint resulting in the leakage of all the refrigerant. While the part is covered by an extended warranty, I am being charged for the labor and refrigerant replacement due to the absence of refrigerant caused by the leak. I am puzzled as to how a new AC unit could develop such a significant refrigerant leak. If not for the well joint fracture, there would be no need for additional labor or refrigerant replacement. I am appealing to Lennox, the manufacturer, to consider covering the costs of the refrigerant and labor. These expenses are a direct result of the failure of Lennox's part. This claim simply seeks Lennox's assistance in covering the collateral damages incurred. Urgent action is requested, as the indoor temperature has reached 98 degrees.

Two years ago, I purchased a new Lennox AC unit, which recently stopped working. After contacting Farnell Company at [redacted], the installers of the unit, they discovered a severe leak caused by a fracture in the weld joint. I am concerned that such a significant issue would arise after only two years of use. Despite the part having a warranty, Farnell is requesting payment for the refrigerant and labor to repair the unit. I believe that Lennox should cover all associated expenses, as this situation seems to stem from a part failure. I urge for a prompt resolution as my home temperature exceeds [redacted] degrees, and my family's comfort is compromised after investing in this system.

I am Steve W., residing in Roseville, California, and I purchased my home in March [redacted]. The house came with a Lennix AC unit from Lennar. Recently, I noticed a decline in its performance. Bell Brothers inspected it on July 10 and discovered it was almost 5 pounds low on Freon out of a 6 1/2 pound system. They mentioned a leak in the air-conditioning evaporator unit (Model: V36H175D726, Serial: 7113L07462), indicating it is a common issue with this model. Despite contacting customer service twice with long hold times, I am eager to address this matter promptly. Please contact me at [redacted]-[redacted] to discuss replacing the evaporator unit.

I had a Lennox air conditioner unit installed in [redacted]. Since the third day of installation, I have contacted the company about five times due to the same issue. The overflow drain outside drips water, causing the attic pan to fill up. The company seems unsure of how to fix the problem. I am looking to have a local Lennox service technician inspect the installation to assess if it was done correctly and to identify the necessary steps to resolve the recurring issue.

In [redacted], we purchased a Dave Lennox Signature Collection gas furnace. Recently, we began experiencing multiple shut-offs, which started late in the winter and have now increased in frequency. The error code we usually see is [redacted], and occasionally we see [redacted]. When we contacted the dealer/installer, they mentioned they have never encountered this issue before. My spouse, who is a mechanic, tried to fix the problem himself, but didn't share what part he worked on. The restarts after the fix are easy, but the furnace only runs for a short period before shutting off again. Unfortunately, I don't have more details at the moment as my husband works seven days a week. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

I purchased my Lennox Elite model CBX27UH-[redacted]-[redacted] 6-03 in July [redacted]. I experienced issues in August and September, and it was discovered that the coil was leaking and couldn't hold a refrigerant charge. I had to pay $[redacted] to have the coil replaced on October 21. I find this cost excessive for a parts failure and have learned that others faced similar problems. I am considering initiating a Class Action Lawsuit unless there is some form of compensation or adjustment provided to me for this installation expense.

I am inquiring about the minimum size filter needed for a Lennox el296uh070xv36B model. The dealer mentioned warping on the furnace side as common and requiring a 4-sided rack for proper operation, suggesting a change from the existing 3-sided rack. The service technician emphasized the need for the new 4-sided rack to address the warping issue. During the service call, it was noted that the filters were difficult to remove and reinstall due to protruding screws. I am seeking clarification on whether the installation of a new 4-sided rack is necessary and the proper filter size required. It's disappointing to have such issues with a new unit, and I hope to address them promptly. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, R. White

I am quite worried about the quality of Lennox products as I have had two new Lennox furnaces, the first one in [redacted] and the second in [redacted]. Recently, I was informed that the second furnace is in need of significant repairs. The annual maintenance was done on November 7th, and my wife received a call from the manager the next day, but unfortunately, no name or contact information was provided. On November 18th, I submitted a customer satisfaction form and a letter detailing my concerns, but I have not received a response from the dealer. I have a copy of the documentation available, but I am unsure where I should send it for further review.

We recently bought a high-efficiency Lennox hot air furnace, but unfortunately, it's not warming our house effectively. After contacting the installer, who is an authorized Lennox dealer, we were informed that the furnace is functioning correctly. Despite this, it's the worst heating system we've experienced, and our home remains cold. To compensate for the lack of heat, we are using electric heaters, resulting in higher expenses compared to before the new furnace was installed. The furnace is designed to burn 90% of the gas, yet we're struggling to achieve sufficient warmth even when the thermostat is set to 73 degrees.

Our experience with the mix was terrible. The customer service representative and technician wasted our time, were unhelpful, and were belligerent when asked about our heating system. After investigating, we found that the pressure switch ports on certain furnaces can accumulate deposits that lead to issues. Sulfur is a major contributor to this problem, especially in propane gas. Lennox acknowledges the issue in their written material but has not been helpful in solving it. Unfortunately, their customer service department has not been cooperative. I believe a company's support is crucial to the quality of their product, and in this case, Lennox's support has been lacking.

I have a concern regarding my warranty account registration for my new air conditioner in Indianapolis, IN. When attempting to register online, I discovered that a name, Charles Robinson, and his contact information had been added to my account without my permission. This individual is a suspect in the theft of my old air conditioner purchased in [redacted] with serial number 5820A10725. I would like assistance in ensuring that Charles Robinson's name is blocked from my account before proceeding with registration. Additionally, I had an emotional interaction with a customer service representative today who was unable to locate my account. I apologize for becoming upset and would like to express my regret to the agent for any distress caused. I understand that many individuals, including myself, are facing stressful situations such as the loss of my husband, the theft of my air conditioner, and the Coronavirus pandemic. Thank you for your understanding.

I live at [redacted] Jefferson Drive, Hammond, LA [redacted]. I have a 5-ton Lennox AC with coil s/n 6017H45661, still under manufacturer warranty. The Service Tech (Enviro Temp Pro [redacted]) told me that Lennox stopped making this coil in March [redacted] and hasn't provided a replacement under warranty. He offered an all systems replacement for $[redacted]. I'm hoping Lennox can work with my AC technician to honor the warranty through Parts Substitution or assist in obtaining an Authorized Lennox replacement coil. Please reach out to the AC tech and me to resolve this under the manufacturer's warranty. I also need a warranty claim number sent to my email at [redacted] Thanks!
