Hello, my name is Patricia Page. I purchased a Thorsten Varen black titanium polished finish domed wedding ring band - 8mm for my husband through Overstock. I ordered a size 12, but it was too big for him when he tried it on Christmas morning. I would like to exchange it for a size 11. I initially got a size 12 because it was the size of his other ring, but he has since lost weight. I didn't want to spoil the surprise, so I didn't ask him about his ring size. Could you please provide a return label as I am unable to print one due to COVID-19 restrictions limiting my library access? The ring is not engraved. He loves the ring, and I hope we can exchange it. Thank you, Patricia Page.
