I received a Litholink Urine collection and blood draw kit. I collected two urine specimens following the instructions. Yesterday, I visited the Sun City West Lab Corp in Arizona for the fasting blood draw. They drew my blood and were supposed to send the samples to Litholink in Chicago. I missed two calls from the lab due to my phone being off, requesting me to return as they can't receive calls. Today, when I tried to contact the clinic, I only reached recorded messages. The samples are time-sensitive, and I am concerned about mailing them out promptly.

I was informed that this means my doctor needs to review them first before I can access them, but there has been a new policy stating that patients should have immediate access to their results online. My lab results wrongly indicate that I underwent fasting for the blood draw. This is inaccurate. I had my appointment scheduled for 9:30 AM and arrived at 9:00 AM. Despite the mix-up with the orders, I went back home, had lunch, and returned for the blood draw around 1:30 PM after eating. I clearly communicated to the phlebotomist that I had eaten and to update my status from fasting to non-fasting. However, it seems this change was not reflected in the report. I request a corrected lab report be sent to my physician. Additionally, it was concerning to witness other patients also facing issues with misplaced doctor orders. The service experience was disappointing overall.

I underwent a COVID test at CVS on Thursday at 1:00 pm, but I have not yet received the results. I am now at risk of cancelling my trip to Hawaii scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday at 5 am, if I do not get the results in time. Surprisingly, my husband, who took the test at the same time, received his results on Friday. Unfortunately, despite numerous calls to CVS and Minute Clinic, they indicate that Quest Diagnostics handles the results and mention a possible error in data entry.
I received an email on Thursday at 9:28 am asking me to set up a CVS MyChart account, but there was no information regarding my test results. Can my results be urgently uploaded to MyChart or sent to me directly? Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I had an appointment at Labcorp in Virginia Beach on 5/24/21. The Hilltop office mistakenly placed my name on another physician's request, resulting in the wrong blood work being done. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, reaching Labcorp customer service has been difficult. The staff I spoke to were rude and unhelpful. They provided an investigation number, [redacted]1-[redacted], and assured me the bill would be voided. Yet, I have just received another bill for services not rendered, which not only violates HIPAA but could have had serious consequences for another patient showing signs of a heart attack due to the mix-up. My wife, T.A. Lerner, had an appointment at the Stuart FL office for the semi-quantitative SARS-2 antibody test on 8/24/21. She received a positive result for antibodies, not the test that was ordered. I left a message requesting the correct test be performed as per the Rx. No one returned my call, and the test was not redone. I require a resolution as this situation is unacceptable. If Medicare is billed incorrectly, I will have to report a fraudulent claim to CMS. I recently had routine blood drawn for testing at one of your facilities, which I have done many times before and always been pleased with. However, during this visit, the technician was wearing a mask that did not cover her nose. As someone with a background in medicine, I understand the importance of proper mask-wearing for patient safety. I ended up wearing my own N95 mask to the appointment due to this concern. I believe it's vital for your employees to follow guidelines to protect patients, especially during a pandemic. I may consider using a different LabCorp location for my next blood draw if this issue persists. My son is scheduled for surgery at 6 am on Friday at Dupont Hospital, and they require a negative Covid-19 PCR test within 72 hours of the surgery. I had made an appointment at urgent care in Jacksonville, MD, two weeks ago for the test, with the advice to get it done on Tuesday evening. Our appointment was at 4:15 pm yesterday, but they informed us that Lab Corp handles testing and couldn't guarantee results by Friday morning due to being backed up. I am concerned as my doctor did not receive the lab report despite your website indicating it was sent to him. I need urgent assistance as this is affecting my treatment. The information on your website seems conflicting, stating the doctor's name was not provided, while it was clearly on the lab request order I submitted. It is frustrating as my doctor cannot help me properly without this crucial information. I feel neglected as a patient, and it seems like profit is prioritized over our well-being. I emailed your company and was instructed to call, but I was not provided with a contact number. I have been a loyal customer at Lab Corp on Moraga in San Diego for two decades. Unfortunately, my recent experience there was very unpleasant due to a particular employee. After an hour of waiting, she rudely informed me that she was tired of searching for faxes and demanded that I return with proper paperwork. As a type 1 diabetic who was fasting, this was incredibly frustrating. This employee has been consistently disrespectful in past encounters. Her behavior included yelling at all clients and engaging in loud arguments with four other patients, causing distress to two elderly ladies who ended up in tears. While I do not anticipate any resolution, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience.
