I have recently incorporated the midnight cell renewal serum into my skincare routine with the cell renewal day and night creams. Previously, I enjoyed using retinol and I am curious if I can continue using it alongside the serum and creams, and if so, what would be the correct order of application. I am a senior who enjoys using your Age Perfect brand products. I loved the satin glide eyeliners and anti-feathering lip liner for how smoothly they applied without tugging on my delicate skin. Sadly, after repurchasing, the products no longer perform as well. I even tried a new color of eyeliner, but the issue persisted. I have been a loyal user of Age Perfect makeup and pencils, but I am now disappointed. Have you changed the formula? I am seeking products that are gentle on aging skin. I purchased the L'Oreal Perfect Slim eyeliner from Superdrug in April, but it dried up within 3 to 4 weeks. I got another one from a different Superdrug branch, but it also dried up quickly. I didn't keep the receipts and paid in cash, so they couldn't verify my purchase. I tried storing it horizontally and brush-side down as in the shop displays, but it didn't help. I even tried dipping it in water briefly, but no luck. Normally these last over a year for me. Should I get another one, or is it a larger issue with the shipment? I just want a new one that will actually work.

Hello, I recently purchased the L'Oreal Voluminous Original Mascara. Unfortunately, it seemed to have been on the shelf for a while and dried out quickly. I then tried the Cover Girl X Ambition mascara, but didn't like it as it was too wet and smudged all over my eyelids. Although I can't recall the name of the third mascara I tried (as it was so bad I tossed it), I ended up going back to my trusty L'Oreal Paris Voluminous mascara, which I'm very happy with. Thank you for a great product, just wanted to share my experience. 😉

Good day, they offer such a good deal at Kaufland for €9 worth of purchased products. You get a backpack, but when you reach the checkout, you have to pick it up. The cashier will call you online, a clever marketing trick on their part. They have instructions in their flyer. Hello, I recently discovered a great offer at Kaufland for €9 purchases where you receive a free backpack. When you get to the checkout, instead of picking it up there, the cashier calls you online. It's an interesting marketing tactic, and detailed instructions are included in their flyer. On another note, I am a user of Loteal's men's collection, and while I am satisfied with their products, I don't agree with what they are doing. Dear L’Oréal team,
I recently tried the Excellence hair color in Ultra Ash Light Brown. I was hoping for a lighter shade closer to the soft brown blonde pictured on the box. Instead, I ended up with a color much darker than my medium brown hair, which was quite disappointing.
I now have very dark hair, darker than what I wanted, just in time for the holiday season. Is there any solution you can suggest? Could you recommend a different product to help correct this unexpected outcome?

I recently bought the L’Oréal Paris Colorista Ombré lightening kit from my local drugstore. After mixing the correct ingredients and applying the color, I realized there was no comb included in my box as promised. This forced me to use my own hair dye brush, resulting in a less than ideal outcome. I would appreciate a refund or credit towards another L’Oréal product, as I was impressed with the product itself but disappointed by the missing comb. Due to my current unemployment, I am unable to easily remedy this situation. I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent others from experiencing the same problem. Thank you for your understanding.

I have a question about the L'Oreal Revitalift night cream with retinol and niacin. How can I tell when the cream is running low in the new jar with the top squeeze dispenser? The blue jar makes it impossible to see how much cream is left. I finished the jar last night without any warning, which is frustrating. I love the product, but the design makes it difficult to know when to buy more in advance. It's disappointing not to have it for several days now. If only I could have seen it was running out, I would have purchased a new one ahead of time.

I have been a loyal user of the Color Riche Lipsticks in the shades #[redacted] Peony Pink and #[redacted] Wild Plum for the past 3-4 years. These have been my favorite lipsticks, and I used to purchase them in bulk to ensure I always had one handy at home, in the office, and in my handbag. However, lately, I have been unable to find these shades anywhere - online, in drugstores, or in big retailers like Walmart, Meijer, and Target.

I have used Maybelline Big Lash Mascara since I was 12 years old and am now 63, making me a loyal customer for 49.5 years. I also use other L’Oreal products. However, I am disappointed to learn that you have chosen a man who mocks women as your brand ambassador. As a proud woman, I am now choosing to no longer support your products due to this decision. I remember being a young girl buying Maybelline mascara with my babysitting money, but I feel compelled to boycott your products in response to what I perceive as a move to erase women. I have spent a significant amount of money on your products over the years, but I must say goodbye to L’Oreal now.

I fail to understand why a transgender man representing your company is portraying women. This is offensive to biological women. The individual in question, Dylan Mylvaney, is not a true representation of women and by supporting him, your company is disrespecting and mocking biological women. As a customer, I have been using L'oreal hair color in shades like Age Perfect or Recital Blonde with great results. Now, I am interested in trying a copper blonde tone by mixing two colors to achieve a customized shade. I've been a loyal user of L'Oreal True Match makeup in C-3 for years, and it has been a product I receive many compliments on. I had previously used Estee Lauder Double Wear, but I find True Match to be much better. However, I am quite disappointed in the recent changes made to the formula. Removing the sunscreen and altering the delivery system does not seem beneficial to customers like myself. It's frustrating how cosmetic companies often change products without considering their customers' preferences. This decision appears to be ill-advised, and I hope that L'Oreal addresses this issue promptly to avoid upsetting loyal customers like myself.

I typically use L’Oréal Preference for coloring my hair. Recently, I noticed a change in the design of the conditioner tube. The seam is now on the side, causing it to split open along the entire length. As a result, it has become difficult to use as the contents leak from the side. Additionally, getting the last bit out from the top has become challenging, possibly due to a change in the material that makes it less flexible. This new design is inconvenient and needs to be reconsidered for a more user-friendly experience.

I have been a loyal customer of L'oreal and have always been satisfied with my purchases. However, today I encountered an issue with a lip pencil I bought. The plastic wrapping was extremely challenging to remove, causing me to accidentally cut my finger. I value safety, especially during these times, but spending 20 minutes and needing a pair of scissors just to unwrap the product seems excessive. I believe I deserve some form of compensation for this inconvenience. I eagerly await a response from your customer service team.
