I am experiencing frustration with ordering Kryptonite Locks. I am attempting to purchase four locks - two of each type specified. The issue I am facing is that all these locks appear to have the same lock and key configuration. I am hoping to have them all operate with one common key while still needing multiple copies. I reached out to Kryptonite for assistance over three weeks ago, but my inquiry remains unresolved. I am keen to know if it is possible to expedite the ordering process for these locks with a shared key. Thank you.

I submitted a claim with Kryptonite under their anti-theft program after my bike was stolen. The claim got approved, and the representative mentioned that they would compensate me. However, I'm unsure when the payment will arrive. It has been challenging to communicate with them, and the process has been dragging on for months. Although I appreciate the approval and have provided all the necessary information, the delay is making it difficult for me as my bike is my primary mode of transportation. I need the money to replace it. The last person I spoke to assured me of the payment but couldn't specify a timeline. I was hoping to receive it before Christmas, but it seems uncertain now.

Hello, I am trying to register my U lock for my scooter. My first question is, can I register both of them? I want to ensure I am taking all necessary precautions. My second question is about the last line of the procedure, "length of coverage." Does this refer to the period of time I want to be covered for? I do not have personal theft insurance. Hello, I purchased a "Kryptonite Kryptoflex [redacted]" bike lock in April [redacted] for my first cycling trip. It's a coded system. I used it for 3 days without any issues. On the 4th day, I had some difficulty locking it, and when I tried to unlock it to use my bike, I couldn't get it to open with the code. I tried other codes as well, but with no success. I had to call a garage to cut the cable to free my bike. The lock was brand new, and I'm confused about why this happened. Is there a warranty? Best regards, Sylviane G. France
