To Whom It May Concern, I mailed an order for four items on March 1, [redacted], which was acknowledged via email on March 5, [redacted]. However, the email did not mention the Castlecreek Skillets. I have received two items so far, and I am inquiring about the remaining Castlecreek Skillets. I ordered one blue and one red Castlecreek Skillet at $17.00 each, totaling $[redacted].21, paid by Personal Check #[redacted]. The received items cost $97.40, potentially leaving a refund of $36.81, including taxes if the skillets are unavailable. When I contacted customer service, I provided all necessary details except my phone number due to telemarketing issues, but was unable to get assistance. I attempted to check the status online using the Order Number, Customer Number, and Zip Code, but found no information. I am now reaching out via email to request the status of the remaining items. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Mr. Dwayne M.

I purchased a mobility scooter carrier on May 21. Initially, the carrier worked well, but shortly after, it started to lean and sag to one side. During a trip to the Appalachian and Smokey mountains from October 9-20, the deck kept decreasing in height, and I had to use tools to keep it from sagging further. Unfortunately, this caused a lot of stress as I had to constantly re-shim the deck to maintain the proper height. The carrier scraped the ground several times due to the sagging, even though I have a high-set [redacted] Ford F-[redacted] quad cab. On the way back home to Joliet, IL, the deck sagged even more, nearly causing my scooter to fall off. This experience was distressing and unnecessary, given that the carrier is rated for more weight than my scooter and I combined. I have pictures for verification purposes and look forward to hearing your plans to resolve this issue. Thank you, Stephen S.
