Hi - my stay has been challenging due to multiple issues at the hotel. Notably, I encountered a malfunctioning phone which prompted me to request a replacement. Additionally, I had to personally address the unclean chair and faulty phone at the front desk. Throughout the room, I noticed several concerns including an uncovered outlet posing potential risks to my family, a stained wall, a broken room number sign, a dangling light cord, and tangled window treatments. I managed to straighten the curtains to access the blinds, but I observed wall stains as well. I have documented these issues with photos and plan to discuss them with the front desk tomorrow. This experience contrasts with a previous excellent stay at another Kimpton location. I trust that these issues can be promptly addressed, as the room shows more signs of wear than anticipated.
