Kendra Scott Customer Service Issues

I placed an order at 9 p.m. this evening for 3 Elisa necklaces in Amethyst. I used the MAY25 promo code for the discount and selected the $11.95 next day delivery. These are Mother's Day gifts for my granddaughters. However, my order confirmation shows only 2 necklaces, without next day delivery, and no discount applied. I tried contacting customer service by phone before 11 PM EST as stated on your site, but couldn't reach anyone. Since I need these gifts no later than Friday for Mother's Day, please confirm by Thursday if the issue can be fixed. I've ordered from you before, and although the delivery was delayed, I still received the items on time last Christmas. If this can't be resolved, I might have to cancel the order. I have been a loyal customer of KS jewelry for six years now and recently came across your "game day" necklaces. I wanted to provide some feedback to your design team regarding the colors. The University of Oklahoma (OU) colors are crimson and cream, not black and white. I suggest offering necklaces with crimson on cream and cream on crimson to appeal to more customers since OU is a highly ranked university. Similarly, for Oklahoma State, I recommend black on orange and orange on black for the necklaces. I believe these color combinations will be more popular choices among fans. Thank you.
