I am having trouble activating Kaspersky Total Security on my new Samsung Tab E tablet. I already have it on my laptop and old tablet, which is no longer working. I need assistance with inputting the activation code on my new tablet. I have the activation code on a card but no disk. I quickly installed it on my laptop to replace last year's version. However, I am unsure how to install it on my new tablet, which I purchased a few weeks ago. Any help with clear instructions or a link to guide me through the process would be greatly appreciated. I have been experiencing recurring blue screen issues since I installed Kaspersky Internet Security. The error message prompts a system restart with a message stating, "Your PC has encountered a problem and needs to restart." Furthermore, I am encountering difficulty running Google Chrome as it fails to launch and displays an error message. This problem initially occurred around September 24 when I first installed the program and was only resolved through a system restore to a pre-installation date, which alas left my device unprotected. Reinstalling the program today resulted in the reappearance of the blue screen problem, leading me to uninstall it once more. I did not encounter any issues with Kaspersky back in [redacted], but after my subscription lapsed last month, I decided to install the Internet Security product. Any suggestions on how to address this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I simply wanted to renew my internet security that's expiring. However, the sales representative convinced me to purchase unnecessary additional protection. Please refund $[redacted].97 to my debit card promptly. I only wish to renew the current protection on my computer. I've been satisfied with your company's service and want to continue using it if this issue is resolved. I initially tried to renew online for up to three computers, but it didn't go as planned. Today, I processed an online payment on the Kaspersky website to renew my Kaspersky Internet Security. The payment was deducted from my bank account, but I encountered Error Number: SYS_000001 on the website. Could you please assist me in getting a refund for this transaction? Apologies for the confusion, upon reviewing my email, I discovered a message from Kaspersky confirming my order and providing security files along with activation details. It seems that my issue has been resolved. Many thanks to everyone involved.

I am unable to send an email due to receiving an "Invalid Recipient" error when trying to email any address with Kaspersky in it. Consequently, I am unable to reset my password as I am not receiving any emails from you. Despite previously calling and being sent emails twice, none were received. Possibly, being disconnected on the phone caused the issue with my password. I bought Kaspersky Total for 5 devices from Staples. My current email addresses are [redacted] and [redacted], but the latter is outdated due to changing servers. Hello, I am interested in purchasing a Kaspersky license in Iran through Parand Corporation, which claims to have the permit to resell Kaspersky products. I have not been able to find any resources that confirm this on Kaspersky's partners section on the website due to the lack of support in the country. Since many corporations in Iran are selling products with "original licenses," I would like to ensure that I am buying an authentic license. If I purchase the license through these corporations, will I receive Kaspersky support like users worldwide? If so, is there a way to access a list of authorized resellers in Iran? Hello! I purchased Kaspersky Secure Connection with Order Number: [redacted]7 on May 23, [redacted]. It includes a 1 User account for 5 Devices for 1 Year with Activation Code: BY7SE-U8PW2-PW2SC-8K4KW. Additionally, I got the Extended Download Service. However, the new apps are not functioning on my laptop. The error message indicates that I have used 87.35MB of 300MB and prompts me to buy the app. When I log into my account, it asks me to purchase them again. Furthermore, my Password Manager appears to have expired suddenly, even though it recently showed that I had over a hundred days left. Could you assist me in resolving this issue?

Hello, I am encountering an issue I require assistance with. Several months ago, I renewed my antivirus software. Recently, my computer's hard drive failed, and I am unable to retrieve my Kaspersky activation code. Upon attempting to log in to the website to recover it, I receive an error message indicating incorrect information input. I suspect I may not have previously registered on my.kaspersky website. After attempting to register now, I realized it did not resolve my issue as it requested an activation code, which I do not possess. Despite thoroughly searching my emails, I have been unable to locate the code. Prior to the arrival of a technician with a new computer, I am hoping to provide my contact details for verification purposes, so the activation code can be sent to me. Dear Technical Support at Kaspersky, Greetings, As a network admin for a large company, I recently encountered a serious issue involving a user in our network who utilized a dangerous debugger application called "Echo Mirage." This debugger has been used to manipulate our enterprise systems by intercepting queries to the database server. This attack poses a significant threat as it allows the user to modify queries sent to the database, enabling them to delete records, tables, and even drop the entire database. Despite having a mature ERP system with a client-server architecture on Windows platform using TLS protocol for data transmission, this intrusive debugger circumvents security measures before data reaches the network layer, leaving our application vulnerable to unauthorized changes. I am concerned that Kaspersky did not detect or prevent the use of this malicious application on a fully protected client machine, potentially exposing our company to substantial risks and damages. Your assistance in addressing this matter is greatly appreciated.

I initially had the Kaspersky Security Cloud Personal pack, but when it expired, I opted for the Kaspersky Security Cloud family pack (covers 20 devices). Although the personal pack has expired, it lingers in a "grace period" status, prompting to expire daily. In the programs list, it's only listed as "Kaspersky Security Cloud," leading me to believe the family pack is active. How can I completely remove the old Kaspersky Security Cloud Personal pack? I'd like to cancel my order renewal that wasn't authorized. I received emails indicating that my card on file couldn't be charged for the renewal. Even though I didn't provide a new card, I thought the renewal wouldn't go through. However, I got an email today saying the renewal was successful. I tried to cancel on the website, but it couldn't find any orders. The order number from today's email is [redacted]06. I urgently request a cancellation and refund to the charged card. I recently encountered a malware issue flagged by Kaspersky Total Security as HEUR:Trojan Script miner.gen that it couldn't disinfect. It was initially detected on 22/08/[redacted] at 17:13 during a Rootskin Scan. Despite my attempts to resolve it, the problem persists. My Kaspersky Icon is now red in the Taskbar, offering only "Skip" or "Delete Archive" as options. I am uncertain of the impact of these choices. I seek guidance on resolving this issue.

Hello Team, I am currently facing issues with my Windows 7 PC. The problem first began with the mouse cursor constantly moving to the left side of the screen, making it difficult to type accurately. Upon restarting the system, it emitted a long beep sound. I was using the free version of AVG antivirus at that time. To address this, I removed the CMOS battery for a brief period, which helped the PC boot. I then installed the paid version of Kaspersky Total Protection and conducted a full system scan, which identified and deleted around [redacted] files, mostly from the Chrome browser's folder. Initially, everything seemed resolved, so I uninstalled AVG antivirus for improved performance. However, upon removal, all the previous issues resurfaced, rendering the PC unable to boot. I attempted to boot from a Kaspersky boot USB, but encountered difficulties despite resetting the CMOS battery. I would be willing to provide any licensing information related to my Kaspersky Total Protection. Any assistance or solution suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have been using Kaspersky for many years. Recently, I renewed my subscription for $99.99 and got confirmation of the payment. However, shortly after, I received a pop-up indicating I had reached my free limit and needed to renew. Then, I got an email yesterday claiming my service had expired. Despite having proof of payment, I am being told otherwise. I sent a copy of the email to the support team and am waiting for a resolution. I bought Kaspersky Total Security [redacted] on November 28th for a 2-year license for 10 devices from the Kaspersky online store, but 2 days later the activation code was blocked. I paid for this through PayPal to [redacted] with order number [redacted]7. I had to remove it and switch to another provider for protection. It would have been nice if someone had at least emailed me to explain the issue. I've reached out to tech support and customer services via email, but I haven't received a response yet.

I received the following charge: €39.99 on 1/12/19 from Kaspersky Lab AMSTERDAM I do not understand the reason because, as you can verify, I have been a long-time customer and last year, while I was in the hospital, I requested the renewal online as I could not buy the upgrade directly in the store. Even though I paid for it, as you can verify, I have not been using your service for about 8 months since I no longer have the old PC. Since I do not recall authorizing any credit card charge, if this is a mistake, please rectify it. Otherwise, could you provide me with instructions on how to proceed? In [redacted], I subscribed to Kaspersky for PC virus protection, which worked well. Opting for auto-renewal to avoid interruptions, I later canceled in June [redacted] due to concerns about their practices. Recently, I was surprised to be charged $90.09 on 12/15/[redacted]. After struggling to find customer support on their site, I discovered a new number, [redacted], through GetHuman instead of the listed [redacted]. I contacted them, and my refund is now in process. Just wanted to update others on the new support number for Kaspersky.

Hello Team, I would like to inquire about the process for recovering information regarding the installation of an unauthorized application triggered by Kaspersky in our organization. Our Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system flagged an event related to an unauthorized app being installed. I have already investigated the Kaspersky application registry and reviewed the events on the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), but unfortunately, I did not come across any notifications pertaining to this event. I also attempted to locate the specific nID in the SQL database, but was unsuccessful in retrieving it. Any guidance on how to proceed with retrieving this information would be greatly appreciated.
