I am experiencing issues with my recent Autoship from Juul. Each pod in every pack is leaking, unlike my previous experiences with Juul where this only happened occasionally with one pod. I've tried wiping them down, but they still leak liquid and have a gurgling sensation with some spit back. I even resorted to smoking them because I can't buy them in-store, but I can't continue due to the problems. I have around 15 damaged pods left and would like to return them for replacements. Yesterday, I contacted customer service about an issue with my recent order. Instead of the 6 4-packs I ordered, I received 12 2-pack pods, and unfortunately, most of them leaked and didn't work properly. The representative I spoke with gave me incorrect information about how many additional pods I could order for the month and promised me a discount via email within 15-20 minutes, which I didn't receive until 9 p.m. when I was already asleep. I would like to request a more helpful service representative as I was informed I could order 6 more boxes, but since the 2-packs have been problematic, I would prefer a refund or replacement. Today, when attempting to place an order, the system indicated that I had reached my maximum allowance of 15 boxes for the month.

I am experiencing various issues with my second Juul device. The first one worked well, but since getting this replacement, it constantly malfunctions. I have trouble with the engagement, air bubbles in the pods, and leaks that prevent me from finishing a pod. I attempted to visit the website for help with age verification but struggled. After a frustrating half-hour call with customer service, I feel let down by the lack of direct contact with the company. Although I understand the need for age verification, the difficulty navigating the website has been exasperating. The constant leaking has been a waste of my time and money. I am disappointed by the lack of support and the overall experience, considering the high cost of the product.

Recently, I have been receiving pods that taste burnt and look very dark, unlike the clear mint pods I used to enjoy. Despite my love for my juul and successfully quitting smoking cigarettes with it, the unpleasant taste of these pods is making me consider stopping altogether. I am hesitant to order online in case I receive more bad pods and waste money. I have the serial numbers from the problematic pods and would appreciate it if you could send me a box of pods directly to try and resolve this issue. I really don't want to return to smoking actual cigarettes, but if this problem persists, I may have no choice.

Hello! My spouse and I have been using Juul for the past 6 months to help quit smoking and we are devoted fans of your product. However, we have noticed a recurring problem with leaking pods. Nearly every pack has at least one leaking pod, sometimes every single one. It's disheartening to find a freshly inserted pod empty after just a short while. This issue is concerning as it adds up cost-wise, and despite our admiration for Juul, we are starting to explore alternative options due to this ongoing problem. Though we understand there may not be a straightforward solution to this design flaw, we wanted to bring it to your attention in the hopes of bettering the product. We realize we may not be able to receive reimbursement or warranty replacements for the faulty pods, but we keep all packaging and pods just in case. Thank you for addressing this issue.

This has been a challenging experience. I developed a strong addiction at a young age to Juul pods, resulting in what I believe may be popcorn lung. Despite wanting to quit, I struggle due to the withdrawal symptoms. The impact on my health and life has been overwhelming. I feel strongly that Juul should be banned, as the high nicotine content in the pods only serves to deepen addiction rather than aid in smoking cessation. The realization of continuing to consume more nicotine to quit smoking cigarettes seems counterintuitive. Amidst these challenges, I find myself still reliant on my Juul device.

I am disappointed with the recent changes to my order. Originally, I purchased 2 packs of 4 pods each, but my order was altered to 2 pods and 2 packs without my consent. Despite receiving 4 fewer pods, I was still charged the same amount for 8 pods. This switch not only left me dissatisfied but also questioning why I was paying more for fewer items. If I had known about this change, I wouldn't have selected auto-ship. It is frustrating to receive half the pods for double the price, and I feel misled by the company. This adjustment from 8 pods to 6 pods in my shipment without my approval is unfair and leaves me feeling both disgusted and angered by the service provided.

I recently tried to open an account to purchase Juul. A few weeks ago, I was given a different reference number and told I could receive a discount as a first responder and someone who is [redacted]% disabled due to a job injury. However, yesterday when I tried to complete the process, I was asked for a photo ID, which I am not comfortable providing. I ended up going to the store to buy Juul with 3 & 5% but realized it did not come with a charging station. I now have to go back and purchase one separately. I did not want the starter kit because it included flavors I didn't like. It has been challenging to find a way to contact customer service. It would be helpful to have the contact information readily available on the home page. I hope that once I have the charging station, I can finally try Juul and hopefully quit cigarettes. Overall, I have not had a positive experience with Juul so far and wish the process was easier, especially without the need for a photo ID.

I want to share how I've switched from smoking to using only Juul products. I like their classic tobacco 5.0 flavor and even bought a second device. However, I noticed that out of every 10 pods, one tends to leak badly, which can be quite frustrating. Recently, after contacting customer service due to three out of four leaking pods, they sent me a replacement two-pack where one pod also leaked. I provided my JUUL Case #[redacted]1, but had trouble delivering the issue through email.
Despite following the instructions carefully, I still face leakage problems, sometimes from the top or the bottom. Removing the pod at night seems to help occasionally. I'm seeking clarification on why a two-pack was sent as a replacement instead of a four-pack and hoping for a solution to the leaking pods. I have noticed that over 75% of the Juul pods I buy are faulty, as they often leak through the sides and mouthpieces. Initially, I thought it might be my mishandling, but even when left untouched on a table, they still empty themselves within 1 1/2 days. I've attempted to purchase from various locations, yet the issue persists. While some places allow exchanging the defective pods, others refuse. This recurring problem is costly, and I appreciate the product but can't use it properly. I am seeking compensation and exploring alternatives like trying the Njoy Ace if this issue continues.

I recently purchased two packs. Unfortunately, I had issues with both. The eon pack leaked and spit out liquid, while the stock Juul mint pack had pods that leaked from the bottom after only a few hits. It seems like all stock pods may have this issue. I bought these three days ago from a smoke shop, so I doubt there's an online warranty. For future customers, I recommend buying empty pods and bottle refills as I've been doing for two years. It's been a challenge because one out of every three packs of Juul pods I buy has issues, like leaking, spitting, or evaporating quickly. It's frustrating, and there doesn't seem to be a solution for these problems, possibly due to poor manufacturing or old stock.

I received an email confirming that my mango Juul pods were delivered to my previous address in Portsmouth, NH on 7/22/19, but when I went to collect them, they weren't there. I had already set up mail forwarding to my new address in Dover, NH, but the pods never arrived there either. USPS couldn't locate the package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]35. I'm disappointed the package went missing and would appreciate it if two new packages could be sent to me. I enjoy Juul products and have been a loyal customer for a year without any issues until now. If resending the order isn't possible, a refund would be appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

I was thrilled when I could finally afford a JUUL starter kit and classic tobacco pods. Last night, I used it and managed to significantly decrease my cigarette consumption. However, while working this morning, I accidentally dropped my new JUUL into a lake and it's now unusable. Is there a way to assist me in obtaining just the battery pack? I still have the charger and pods, but buying another starter kit is currently not feasible for me. Your help would be greatly appreciated as I value becoming a loyal customer. Thank you.

My Juul is malfunctioning. Initially, I thought the problem was with the pods, so I tried all four in the pack. Still no luck. I purchased another 2-pack, but the issue persists. The problem is that the pod won't click in properly; it sticks out slightly. I originally had the jet black device, now have the silver one. Unfortunately, the new device doesn't securely hold the pod. It doesn't click down all the way and feels loose. Most of the time when I try to use it, it doesn't work, and even when it does, I end up with liquid all over my mouth. I paid $40 for a tiny USB-sized item and expect it to function correctly. The silver one is of poor quality.

I'm experiencing continuous leaking issues with my Juul pods, causing frustration and a waste of money. It's disappointing to open a new pack of pods only to find that they leak out quickly, creating a mess and providing unsatisfying draws. This problem persists despite my recent purchase, leaving me with a mouthful of juice and a pool of liquid under the pod each time. The $20 spent on a pack of pods lasts only a day with no satisfaction, while a $8 pack of cigarettes can last me three days.

Hello, I attempted to call but couldn't reach anyone, so I'm sending a message. I recently purchased a 4-pack of mint JUUL pods, but 2 of them leaked completely. I am currently enrolled in the monthly auto-ship program for Juul pods. My credit card is charged on the 4th of each month, and the pods are shipped shortly after. Unfortunately, I need to cancel an order that has already been charged to my card and is awaiting shipment. Despite attempting to cancel within the specified time frame, I have been unable to find the option on the Account Dashboard as instructed.
