I recently set up an account on JustFab using the email [redacted], but I mistakenly used .co.uk instead of .com. Surprisingly, the account was still created with the wrong email. After placing an order for size 5 nude heels, I realized my email error and now I can't track the order or access my account. I'm hoping to cancel the order and receive a refund promptly if it hasn't been shipped yet. Initially, I was able to log in and use the account, but now I'm unable to access it even with the incorrect email or password.

I have been a customer for a couple of years and spend a significant amount of money. Lately, I have noticed discrepancies between the prices shown when I browse items on sale and the prices reflected in my shopping bag during checkout. Despite speaking with customer service representatives who assured me the issue was resolved, I still encounter the same problem during checkout. This situation is frustrating as I have been a loyal shopper at Just Fab and expect the discounts to be applied correctly. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to consider canceling my membership and escalating this issue to the Better Business Bureau and other relevant authorities. I purchased items from Just Fan for my birthday on Sept 1st. I opted for rush shipping with a guaranteed delivery date of August 27, [redacted]. However, when tracking my package, it showed as delivered on August 25, [redacted], and left in front of my door. I live in a secured building with strict policies against leaving packages unattended. Despite not receiving any notification, FedEx claims the package was left at my door. I am deeply disappointed as I needed the order for my birthday, and I do not wish for a reshipment. I am now left without the perfect shoes to complete my outfit and feel that my birthday celebration is ruined.

I would like a refund for my order placed on June 14th. Since then, £35 has been deducted from my account every month for a service I have not used. I do not wish to have VIP service and simply want to prevent this from occurring in the future. Please refund the money taken as I only made one purchase and have not used the website since due to personal reasons. After this issue is resolved, I would appreciate being removed from this service.

I canceled my JustFab subscription several months ago after speaking to a representative, but I am still being charged. I have incurred over 15 charges from JustFab on my bank account, resulting in multiple overdraft fees due to insufficient funds. I have evidence of these transactions, although I cannot provide screenshots due to bank regulations. Despite my efforts to contact Hermes, they have been unable to provide any helpful information regarding the missing parcel. I recently purchased a pair of shoes from JustFab, however, after they charged my account 35 pounds, I decided to cancel my order. Before canceling, I used my credit to buy a sneaker, but when it arrived, the size was too large. I contacted JustFab twice for assistance, but the first representative promised to email me return instructions and labels within 10 minutes, which never happened. Upon following up, the second representative tried to assist me step by step, but I declined as I wanted the labels emailed to me. Unfortunately, I have not received the necessary labels to return the sneakers for a size exchange. My order number is [redacted]38. Hello, I am a new customer and recently placed an order for three pairs of boots in a size 5. Unfortunately, I received an email from JustFab confirming my order, but it seems that there was a mistake. The email shows that two pairs are in size 7, which is incorrect as all three should be in size 5. I am confused as I specifically selected size 5 for all three pairs when placing my order. On November 9th, £35 was deducted from my PayPal account for my VIP membership with JustFab. At the beginning of this month, I logged in and skipped the month due to the lack of styles I liked. When I checked back recently, I confirmed that I had indeed skipped the month, yet I noticed a charge of £35 and an unrequested credit on my account. This is not the first time this has happened. Despite ensuring I skipped the month, money was still taken from my PayPal account. JustFab claimed I would receive a reminder each month to skip or not, but I have never received such an email. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

I recently canceled my JustFab membership because I only wanted to make a one-time purchase of affordable shoes and did not wish to be charged monthly. However, a few days before canceling, they deducted the monthly fee from my checking account and placed it into my JustFab account. The following day, when I checked my JustFab account to use the funds, the money was no longer there. I confirmed the cancellation through email and learned that the funds were no longer accessible to me. I am seeking a refund for the monthly fee that was withdrawn from my checking account since I did not utilize any of that money. Last month, I purchased a pair of shoes from JustFab, hoping to get an inexpensive pair. However, I later discovered that I would be charged monthly unless I took action. I ordered a pair of boots last night and paid $16.17. I noticed three transactions on my bank account from JustFab for $1.00, $16.17, and $50.82. I thought I was only paying $16.17, not $67.99 for the boots. The extra charges have caused me to overdraft, incurring $35 in fees. I placed an order for boots in December. There was a policy on the website stating that to opt out of January, it needed to be done between January 1st and 5th as payments would be processed on January 6th. I opted out before the deadline, but the monthly membership fee of $39.95 was still deducted from my checking account. This was not budgeted for, and I did not intend to order anything this month as I am recovering from holiday expenses. I need a full refund promptly to avoid any overdraft fees on upcoming bills. The $39.95 needs to be deposited back into my account today, 1/11/19.

My 16-year-old daughter opened this account without my authorization as her mother. She did not realize it was a monthly shopping commitment.
