I need immediate help regarding my flight from Hong Kong to Delhi on the 24th of October. My Frequent Flyer number is 9W [redacted]25. I am traveling with my family, including a senior citizen who requires special assistance due to difficulty walking. We are currently on a ferry from Macau to Hong Kong airport, having received our boarding passes at the Macau Ferry terminal. I mistakenly booked and was charged for 2 tickets for the same flight. The two booking reference numbers are MSQLIB and MQZJPG.
Initially, when trying to book, I received no email for MQZJPG and saw no immediate bank charge. I was prompted to rebook. After rebooking, I got confirmation for MSQLIB and noticed the double charge on my bank statement.
After calling Jet Airways, they mentioned seeing only one booking and suggested contacting my bank. However, the funds were already released when I reached out.
Upon review, both PNR numbers are for the same passengers on the same flight. Kindly cancel booking reference MQZJPG and process a refund to my bank account.

During my holiday in India with my mum and sister, we encountered an issue with our luggage being over the allowed limit for local travelers. Despite explaining the situation to the check-in counter attendant, we were charged ten thousand rupees for excess baggage. This goes against the information on Jet Airways' website and reflects poorly on their service. We will be shopping during our trip and flying back to South Africa on November 12th. I have a question regarding my parents' upcoming trip from Brussels to Indore, with layovers in Frankfurt and Delhi. The flights are arranged with Lufthansa and Jet Airways under the same booking reference V6NBYV. I've read on Jet Airways' website that when arriving from an international flight in Delhi and connecting to a domestic flight to Indore, passengers may need to collect and recheck their luggage in Delhi. Is it possible for Lufthansa to send the checked luggage directly to Indore instead?
On the return journey from Indore to Brussels, the flights are with Jet Airways, Austrian, and SN Brussels Airlines, again under the same booking reference V6NBYV. Hello,
I recently found out that my departure flight from Goa to Mumbai has been rescheduled 5 hours earlier, so I need to catch an earlier flight to avoid missing my connection, which is now less than 75 minutes. This change was not clearly communicated as I received the information a few days ago and even got an email yesterday prompting online check-in, without mentioning the need to change flights.
When I called to change my seat on the 10th of February at 7 pm, I was informed that I had to take an earlier flight to Mumbai or a later one to London, which is upsetting since it requires rearranging my plans, including canceling a hotel booking made this morning and changing shared taxi arrangements with a friend.
The prospect of being told about this change only at check-in tomorrow is worrying as it would then be impossible to catch the early Goa flight and could result in missing my London flight.
Now, I'm facing extended wait times at both Goa and Mumbai airports. Can I expect compensation for this inconvenience? Will you reimburse me for the hotel and taxi share? Also, are there any airport lounges available for use?
This experience with the airline, being my first time flying with them, has left me very disappointed and has soured the end of my holiday.

He clarified that it was actually the flight from Khajuraho to Delhi that got canceled. Rahoul mentioned that both flights can be fully reimbursed due to them being connected flights and he initiated the reimbursement process. I have been waiting on hold with the reservations number for 3.5 hours now without making any progress in protecting this customer. I have also been unable to find information on the website regarding protection for the canceled flights.
Both segments of his flight with booking reference 9W PNR PALJLF have been canceled. Flight 9W [redacted] was canceled for 04 March 19, and 9W [redacted] was canceled for 08 March 19. After speaking with the traveler, he has agreed to take flight 9W [redacted] on the 4th of March from DEL to MAA and the return flight on the 8th, 9W [redacted] from MAA to DEL.

I had originally booked a flight from Mumbai departing on March 14, [redacted], at 11:20, arriving in Bagdogra at 14:05. However, I received an email stating that the scheduled date has been changed to March 15. This change caused significant inconvenience. When I attempted to call for assistance, I was met with apologies or advised to find an alternative flight. Unfortunately, the customer service representatives were rude, which disappointed me.
I had chosen the specific date and time due to its convenience with other flight schedules. Consequently, this alteration forces me to stay overnight in Mumbai, incurring additional expenses. I believe that Jet Airways should take responsibility for passengers in such situations.

My Jet Airways flight from DEL-KTM on 03/04/[redacted] at 6:45 AM (connecting through NRT-KTM) was canceled. I received no alternate flight or refund in the email from Jet Airways. The NRT-DEL flight with All Nippon Airways is still confirmed. However, for a new DEL-KTM flight with Air India, the checked baggage allowance is only 20kg instead of the previous 30kg for both connecting flights. If I book the new flight myself, I will need to clear immigration and customs and then check in again at Delhi Airport. I'm from Belgium and don't have an Indian visa. I would like Jet Airways to arrange a new flight around the same time as my previous one, connected to the NRT-DEL flight, ensuring a 30kg baggage allowance all the way to KTM. This way, I can transfer smoothly without having to clear immigration again in Delhi.
