I attempted to purchase two commissary packs, but encountered an error during the payment process. The system prompted me to try again later. After retrying, I received multiple alerts stating that the payment went through from my financial account, which resulted in a double charge. As a consequence, my account now has a negative balance. Although I have already cancelled the order, I have not yet received a refund to my bank account.

I have been attempting to contact Kenneth Gray at the Bowie County Corrections Center in Texarkana, Texas for the past two days without any success. You have overcharged my card as it was supposed to be $6.50, not $39.00. I am adamant about getting a refund for the extra amount deducted. I refuse to pay for my picture and will escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities. Despite numerous attempts, I have not been able to reach Kenneth Gray or anyone else through the provided number. Please provide an explanation for these issues. - S.M.

I placed an online order for Adam Andricks at Porter County Jail IN for $58.99 on Sunday, 8/27/23, at 9:07 PM, using a Visa card ending in [redacted]. The transaction was approved, and I received a receipt with a confirmation code. Today is Tuesday, 8/29/23, but the inmate has not received the order. The officer says it didn't go through, yet the $58.99 has been pending in my account since Sunday night. I have a printed receipt and can provide screenshots of my card information. I am eager to know what happened to the order and if it can be delivered to the inmate. If not, I request a refund of my money. My contact number is [redacted].

I was recently billed $5.00 after receiving a call from an inmate, which did not go through. This has happened several times, and now I am seeking a refund for the latest unsuccessful call. I believe it is unfair to be charged for a call that did not connect, and I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved. I am attempting to deposit funds for an inmate at Washington County, AR, but I am repeatedly asked to call a number for loss and prevention using code ELP. When I contacted the number provided, it redirected me to my bank, who stated the issue lies with JailATM, not their system. I have been regularly using the same card and account details without any problems for months, so I am confused as to why JailATM is unable to process my transaction.

Two transactions were sent to the wrong institution by mistake. Transaction number [redacted]4, for J. H. in the amount of $50, and transaction number [redacted]0, also for J. H., in the amount of $60. J. H. has been transferred to Utah County Jail from Promontory Jail. Despite being charged fees for each transmission, J. H. has not received the deposits. Please ensure that these two transactions are forwarded to J. H. at Utah County Jail. Thank you.

I used the Telemate service to deposit $20.00 into my son's phone call account, but it has not appeared. I attempted to contact them via phone and email, but I have not received any responses or acknowledgment of my issue. I need to transfer the owed amount onto my son's account to purchase hygiene items for him. My son is being transferred to Washington County Jail, and I require that money to accompany him. With limited incoming funds, I have exhausted my available resources to provide for his needs.

I encounter issues every time I attempt to utilize your services, whether it's sending money directly to my husband, who is incarcerated in Custer County, Oklahoma, or ordering him a commissary pack. My Cash App card consistently gets declined with a message indicating a "Failed transaction." Upon contacting my card's customer service, they claim the decline is on your end and advise me to reach out to you. However, when I contact your support, I am unable to resolve the problem. This situation is frustrating as it hinders my ability to provide for my husband's needs while he is incarcerated.

I have deposited money into my account, but it has not been deducted from my card yet. I am unable to email the intended recipient. The transaction is confirmed, and the money has been deducted from my bank account by jailatm. I am confused about why I can't contact the recipient while the funds have been deducted.
