I attempted to access an account at the ATM in Thompson County Jail in Smithfield, North Carolina with my husband. However, I am unable to log in despite the system recognizing that I have an account. I keep receiving error messages regarding the password and forgot password option. Strangely, $[redacted] was deducted from my credit card at the jail ATM, where it even captured images of two of my debit cards and one credit card. The inmate I am trying to assist is Randall Sean Hayes in Smithville, North Carolina jail in Johnson County. I want to address this matter with your customer service urgently as this has become a serious issue. It is concerning that my Visa card, linked to my Cash App, is being declined without reason. I am puzzled by this situation and seek resolution.

My partner is currently in jail in Adams County, but due to overcrowding, he was moved to Fayette County to serve his Adams County sentence. Although he is not in trouble in Fayette County, Adams County has not taken the necessary steps to transfer him officially. This has caused confusion as both counties list him on their roster online. When I tried to add money to his account using jailatm, I accidentally sent it to Adams County instead of Fayette County because of the automatic selection. Despite my efforts to rectify this by contacting the jail and the payment system provider, I have been unsuccessful due to the complications arising from him being in two jails simultaneously. Adams County's lack of cooperation has left me unable to transfer the money to the correct facility. It seems like a simple task, but the situation has become incredibly challenging and frustrating.

I have noticed two unauthorized charges on my account for a total of $[redacted] under the name Michelle Wunder for Scott Dorrance in Kosciusko County, Indiana. The charges were for a gift pack and messaging. I believe my credit card information may have been compromised as I did not make these purchases. I am requesting the removal of the first card ending in [redacted] from my account and a refund of $[redacted] to be put back on the credit card ending in [redacted]. I have been trying to get in touch with tech support for assistance, but have been unsuccessful in reaching a real person. I want these fraudulent charges taken care of promptly. Last night, I was asked to upload a copy of my ID to verify my identity for depositing money on my son's account online using a card. As I am on a fixed income and unable to drive to his location, I submitted the required document with an explanation that he is my son, and I am his mother. However, it has been more than 24 hours, and I have not received any response yet. I am eagerly waiting for approval so I can transfer the necessary funds to my son.

On December 12th, I transferred $30 for my son, but upon reviewing my records, I noticed I was charged a transfer fee of $33.26, in addition to the $30 for the money sent. While I understand there was an agreement with the posted transfer fees, the high costs are concerning. I am hesitant to utilize this system again if these fees persist and I hope this issue can be corrected. I was advised this method was secure, but with other options available, I am unsure. Whenever I need to deposit funds into my jail ATM account, the process is quite cumbersome. I have to visit an ATM, withdraw the necessary amount, incur withdrawal fees, transfer the funds to another card at a store, pay deposit fees, and eventually add the money to my jail account after paying extra fees. It would be beneficial if a partnership between the jail system and Cash App could streamline this process. The past 8 months have been challenging for many of us with loved ones behind bars, so any improvement in depositing funds would be greatly appreciated.

In late July [redacted] and the first two weeks of August, my son, J.B. Rogers, was in the Jefferson County Jail in Bessemer, AL. I deposited $50.00 into his jail inmate account, and he only made two phone calls. Is there any way to transfer the funds to Morgan County Jail in Decatur, Alabama, or do I need to close the account and open a new one? I am Joshua's mother. I am seeking assistance regarding funds deposited on my son, Joshua R.'s account at Jefferson County Jail in Bessemer, Alabama from the last week of July to the second week of August [redacted]. He used the service for only two phone calls out of the $50 I deposited. Now, he is a federal inmate, handicapped, and disabled, with an amputated left leg above the knee. He was taken into custody on January 30, [redacted], and despite being told he would call me that night, I have not heard from him since. I recently located him at a facility [redacted] miles away, which is a significant distance considering his health conditions - a stroke and heart patient with a history of heart attacks and strokes. I desperately need to ensure he is okay as he is all I have and I am his sole support. Your understanding and help are greatly appreciated.

I checked on my order for my nephew, Kevin Clayton, at Caddo County Detention Center, but I'm unsure if it's been delivered. The website shows it was paid but incomplete due to missing card information. However, I received an email indicating otherwise. I'd like to confirm if the delivery has been made since the payment was deducted from my debit card, around $[redacted].00. I recently contacted Jail Atm with a concern, but unfortunately, they have not been willing to assist me. During my scheduled video call on the 9th at 11:30 a.m., the call was disconnected before connecting, yet I was still charged for it. I am confused as to why I am being charged for a call that never went through. Despite their no refund policy, I believe a complimentary call to replace the one I was disconnected from would be fair under the circumstances. This is not the first time this has occurred. While the initial call cut off midway, I chose to overlook it. However, this repeated issue is unacceptable. I am also unable to find a phone number to speak with a representative. I kindly request their assistance in addressing this matter promptly. Taking payment without providing the service is unjust, and I am eager to have this matter resolved. I made a purchase on Tuesday night using one of my debit cards, but it was declined. So, I ended up paying with my Regions debit card. After receiving a confirmation from my bank, I was surprised to see another confirmation from the initial declined debit card. This resulted in me being charged twice for the same purchase. I urgently need a refund as I cannot afford to be out of pocket, especially when I need to buy food.

I mistakenly transferred funds to an inmate at White County Jail in Monticello, IN using their debit card to make jail-related and online payments after receiving permission. The inmate is now claiming I owe them $[redacted], alleging I was scammed.
I believe I have kept all the online transaction receipts. I made payments for "phone call $" using a mix of our funds, some being mine and some being theirs. In addition, I also added funds to a tablet that allowed the inmate to communicate via email with me and others.
I am exploring options to gather all the necessary information amidst personal challenges, including applying for disability and attempting to leave an abusive relationship. The inmate is threatening legal action to recover the alleged $[redacted] debt, disregarding warnings from others that he is not trustworthy.

On Tuesday, May 30th, I made a deposit through the website on my phone. I noticed the charge in my bank account later that day, but my husband did not receive his deposit. After seeing it still missing on May 31st, I made another deposit online to ensure his account had funds. The second charge was processed on the same day and he received the deposit. I've managed to create my jailatm account. I'm trying to send emails to an inmate at Rowan County Detention Center in North Carolina. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue when I entered my MasterCard details. The error message "payer authentication failed" keeps appearing when I try to submit the charge.
