I visited my local Jack in the Box today, December 1st, and used a coupon from their app. The coupon stated that I would receive a free medium fries with any purchase over a dollar. However, when I placed my order, I was charged for the fries that were supposed to be complimentary. Upon picking up my food, I inquired about this issue, but the staff seemed unaware. Requesting to speak with a manager, I was informed that the manager had left by 12:00 pm and no one else was in charge. When I asked for the corporate number, they hesitated to provide it. Upon returning home, I also realized that they had forgotten to include my soda in the order.

I am reaching out regarding a recent visit to the Jack in The Box on [redacted] and Yale Street in Houston, Texas, at 9:00 p.m. tonight. My order consisted of three egg rolls and a large Sprite Zero. However, upon ordering at the drive-thru, I was informed there were no fountain drinks available, only Coke and Diet Coke in cans. When requesting a large cup of ice, understanding I could purchase a 20oz bottle elsewhere, I was surprised to be charged the same price as a drink for just the ice. Despite the frustration, we proceeded with the purchase.

I visited the Jack in the Box on Pleasantburg Rd in Greenville, SC. I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. When I ordered a milkshake, they informed me they were out of milkshake mix. I then tried to order a Dr. Pepper, but they were also out of that. I ended up settling for a Sprite. When I reached the window, the young staff member was kind and apologized for being out of everything, even mentioning they were low on receipt paper. I was very disappointed that the two items I initially wanted were unavailable.

Tonight I went and ordered three jumbo platters. I requested salsa, but the employee gave me taco sauces instead, rolling her eyes when I asked again. Even after explaining I wanted salsa, she seemed annoyed and only provided one. When I inquired for one per platter, she refused, stating they were strictly for burritos and would need to be paid for separately. I mentioned never having an issue receiving salsa with my platters in the mornings before, but she spoke to the manager brusquely, making me feel unwelcome. Despite trying to explain my previous positive experiences, she abruptly closed the window and left. I have decided not to return to Jack in the Box due to this disrespectful encounter. The service was unprofessional, and I believe that employee should be dismissed. I will seek breakfast options elsewhere as the food quality can be inconsistent, plus the location appears unsanitary.

I recently visited Jack in the Box store #[redacted]. Upon arrival, I noticed a few customers ahead of me. I ordered a bacon Swiss burger and jalapeno poppers, then experienced an extended wait time. I realized there were only two employees working at the time - one taking orders for both the walk-in and outdoor sections, while the other was preparing the orders. Despite the limited staff, they were both courteous. However, due to time constraints and the workload, I couldn't ask for a correction on my burger. The situation was indeed disappointing.

I recently visited Jack in the Box in Katy, Texas on S Mason Rd and encountered an issue with my order. I ordered an egg and cheese crescent but received one with bacon and ham, which I cannot eat due to dietary restrictions. Upon returning to the restaurant, the staff member was unhelpful and even complained about having to replace the sandwich. To my dismay, the replacement crescent still had ham on it, causing frustration as my diabetic daughter, who had already taken insulin, couldn't eat it. This repeated mistake is unacceptable, especially since we are regular customers. Two sandwiches had to be thrown away. I would appreciate it if a representative could contact me regarding this matter.

I placed an online mobile order and paid for my purchase through the app. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, we encountered a vehicle blocking the lane with an apparently intoxicated driver. After trying unsuccessfully to get the driver's attention, we opted to reverse out of the drive-thru lane. Despite attempts to contact the store employees, I was unable to pick up my order. A manager named Catalina Sofradzija assured me that my refund was being processed but it has been more than 2 1/2 weeks now with no refund issued. Despite my follow-up requests for an update, I have not received any response from her. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue and receiving my refund.

I am requesting a refund for my entire order from Jack in the Box! The store located on [redacted] S Grand Blvd St. Louis, MO has an ineffective telephone number, and they do not have a corporate number for customer service assistance. I placed my order through the Jack in the Box mobile delivery app, so I do not have a physical receipt. My order was delivered by DoorDash, but it was incomplete, incorrect, with missing and cold items. Out of 8 items, I received only 2 after paying $28. This disappointing experience has occurred to me for the second time. Their email responses are delayed, and they do not offer any compensation for their mistakes. A refund is promised but after 19 days. I am frustrated as I cannot afford to waste $28 like this. I am upset that the store lacks a proper telephone number for immediate resolution of customer issues. I urge them to provide a prompt full refund, a free meal, and establish a functional 24/7 customer service number for future grievances.

On Wednesday, February 14th, [redacted], at 2:27 PM, I visited the Jack in the Box drive-thru in Woodinville, WA. When I ordered a "Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad," the employee, Alexia, attempted to overcharge me by more than $2.50. After questioning the charge, I was told there would be an extra fee for replacing the julienned chicken with grilled chicken, despite the menu offering a grilled chicken option. The interaction left me feeling disappointed as a long-time customer. I hope Jack in the Box will address this issue at Store #[redacted], provide clarity on additional charges, ensure accurate condiment packages, and improve customer service training. I'm Vanessa D. Recently hired at site #[redacted] under Manager Sumil. Before my first shift, I asked for her boss's contact information. Instead, they both called me into the office without privacy, denying my request. Management wanted personal information and harassed me and other employees. Despite not starting the job or training, I was intimidated by both of them after hours and during the morning shift. I inquired if this would continue, but received no response. I am disappointed by Jack in The Box and will share my experience. I was just trying to support my family, home, and provide food. Megan’s contact info is [redacted]. I visited the drive-thru on a busy Friday night and spent nearly $50 on food. After waiting for a while, I received jumbo jack meals instead of the two ultimate cheeseburger meals I ordered.
