I placed an order at Jack in the Box in Richardson, Texas at [redacted] W Arapaho Rd, but unfortunately, my food was never delivered. I used the Jack in the Box app for delivery through Uber, but the Uber Eats driver informed me that the restaurant had no record of my order and canceled the delivery. Despite not receiving my food, I have been charged for it. I kindly request a full refund for the amount charged. The order number is [redacted][redacted], and the order was placed on September 1st.

I often visit the Martinez, California location and notice a high number of senior citizens coming in throughout the day for meals. Being one of them myself, I've observed that employees tend to park in the closest spots to the entrance reserved for inside dining. Despite the large parking lot with ample space a bit further down, it appears that there might be preferred parking for Jack in the Box employees at the Martinez location. It's frustrating when these spots are consistently open, especially during shift changes.

I frequently visit the Jack in the Box in Walker, Louisiana about three times a week with my boyfriend during his lunch break as he works at McDonald's. Each visit, we encounter the same issue - the food is never prepared on time. The parking area is full of customers waiting for their orders, and the employees appear inattentive, engaging in casual conversations instead of focusing on cooking. This lack of efficiency surprises me, as I know from experience that Jack in the Box is meant to be a fast-food establishment. When I worked there, orders were promptly prepared. I kindly request that the management address this matter with the employees.

My friend and I visited the Jack in the Box in Kingman, Arizona, off Andy Devine. We intended to order the $5.00 meal deals, but were told they were not available since it's a separate franchise. Instead, we were charged $6.50 for two meals plus tax each. The portions were small, with dry curly fries, tiny burgers, and tacos with very little meat. We were disappointed by the experience as it didn't meet our expectations. This incident occurred between 2 to 3 pm today.

I have had multiple disappointing experiences at the Jack in the Box on Newport Marietta in Menifee, California. Despite various visit times from 9 o’clock at night to 4:45, I consistently find the establishment closed as it should open at 4:30. This recurring issue is frustrating, leaving me questioning the profitability of this location if it is frequently inaccessible. It is concerning that the nearby Jack in the Box, which used to operate 24 hours, also seems to be closed when needed.

I have had ongoing issues at the Illinois and Ledbetter location in Dallas, TX. They frequently are unable to serve shakes and have even informed me at the drive-thru that they only have burgers and fries. It's clear they are understaffed, but customers like me still expect the full menu we've enjoyed since [redacted]. I am a loyal fan of JB shakes and tacos and would appreciate some complimentary shake and taco vouchers as a goodwill gesture. Thank you for considering my request. Regards, Jack.

On September 18th around 2:00 am, my girlfriend and I visited a Jack in the Box. The staff member taking her order was mean and rude. We encountered homeless individuals around the restaurant, with one person repeatedly asking for money by the drive-through window. The situation felt unsafe and made us uncomfortable. Despite having placed the order, we decided to leave without receiving our food due to the unsettling environment. I would appreciate a refund for this unpleasant experience.

I went to Jack-in-the-Box to order food. When I attempted to use the bathroom, I politely waited outside and knocked on the door. To my surprise, the person who came out was an employee, not another patron. When I asked to use the bathroom, the employee informed me I had to wait for it to be cleaned since he had just used it. I mentioned that I saw him using it, but he insisted I wait until he finished cleaning it.

On 10/19/23 at 9:42:45 PM, I placed an order for a bacon ultimate cheeseburger with no Swiss and ketchup only. Unfortunately, I received a burnt double cheeseburger with no bacon, which was too salty to eat. The unavailability of a reachable phone number to address the issue is frustrating. Additionally, my chocolate milkshake was excessively chocolatey, making it undrinkable even though I typically love chocolate. My recent experiences at store #[redacted] have been consistently disappointing, with this being the second incorrect order in 3 weeks. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, dining out is a rare treat for me, making these mistakes even more disheartening. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have to share my negative experience on social media to warn others about the poor service at this location, [redacted] SW 4th Ave in Ontario, OR, causing me to go without a meal last night.

On October 23, at Store #[redacted], I visited the drive-thru to order my meal. Edgar took my order, and although there was no one behind me initially, it took them 20 minutes to deliver my food by 8:48 PM. Despite the empty dining area at around 8:15 PM, a line had formed by the time I received my order. People behind me were honking, and although I tried to get help from the boys inside, they were using foul language and seemed unprofessional. One of the boys, Martin, was particularly disrespectful and told me to leave the line before handing me my bag. As a senior citizen, I found their behavior disappointing, especially since this location is usually where I frequent. I spoke with Monica, the manager, on October 24 to get their names. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly.

I have a concern about the Jack in the Box location in Denison, TX. It's the only one I've been to that serves brown eggs. I always ask them to not overcook my Breakfast Jack, requesting minimal browning on the eggs. However, since the reopening, my sandwich has been consistently overcooked. Even after expressing my preference, the manager mentioned health department regulations requiring thorough cooking. I explained that eggs can be well-cooked without being brown, especially with egg whites. Additionally, they serve brown eggs on the supreme croissants. During my recent visit to the drive-thru, I requested a lightly cooked egg, which unfortunately arrived brown on both sides. Despite requesting a replacement, the manager refused to make another sandwich. This experience is a stark contrast to other Jack in the Box locations I've visited in Dallas, Durant, Norman (3 times), and Moore, where my orders were prepared correctly. I have always been a big fan of Jack in the Box, having frequented locations in Dallas and Irving without issue. I visited the Jacki in the Box location in Rochester on October 31. After waiting for over half an hour, we were informed that only one person was working there. We didn't receive a receipt, had to relocate to a different spot nearby, and received cold food that was not what we ordered. This is not the first time we've encountered issues with this branch of Jacki in the Box. It seems that there were similar problems on September 9 when attempting to order a breakfast sandwich. It would have been better for them to either close the lobby or the entire store rather than provide such poor service.

I took an Uber to Jack in the Box to order food, but part of my order was missing and the rest was incorrect, even though I was charged fully. I wish I could use EBT on the app, but you don't accept it. I can't easily go back since I'm not mobile and Ubers are costly. The store I visited was on [redacted] West Glendale in Glendale. I recently ordered from the location at [redacted] W Stan Schlueter Loop, requesting a tender meal with large onion rings, a bottle of water, a medium nugget meal with a curly fry and a sprite, and an exclusive order of 2 tacos with 5 ranch cups. Despite the specificity of my order and being one of only three cars in the drive-thru at 10:00pm, the male employee who brought out my order after a 25-minute wait insisted it was for someone named 'Greg' when I pointed out the missing water. Even though my order was unique, including all the items I requested down to the 5 packs of ranch, the employee argued it wasn't mine. Another customer had previously shown frustration, possibly "Greg," but that was not my concern. After the employee took back my food to give me the missing water, I worried about the handling of my meal and if it would be served at the right temperature. This experience was disappointing, and I usually do not leave reviews, but this one warranted sharing.

I made an online purchase at Jack in the Box on 11/2/23 at 11:52 am central time, at the [redacted] S. Broadway location in Tyler, TX [redacted]. When I arrived, I was informed by the manager that my order was not in their system and they couldn't fulfill it. After waiting for 30 minutes with no progress, I ended up paying in cash for the order. However, I noticed that the amount was also deducted from my debit card. I am seeking a refund for the amount charged to my debit card as I already paid for the order in cash at the store.

I received old tacos once more. The manager declined to make new ones and insisted on a receipt with a corporate number. After providing a receipt lacking a number, I called to inquire. The lady who argued with me at the store, an older woman with short hair, seemed to answer the phone and directed me to the website for the number. The service at this location has severely declined. As a paying customer, I expect to receive my order hot and prepared correctly.

At the Jack in the Box located in Bakersfield, California, on the corner of Brundage Avenue and Union Avenue, the parking situation can be challenging due to employees parking in front of the store. This limits space for customers, leaving only enough room for 4 or 5 cars. The employees have been described as unfriendly and inconsiderate. A year ago, the store at the corner of 23rd and Chester Avenue had similar issues with only offering drive-through service. Customers complained about the poor quality of the food and the unprofessional attitude of the staff. Another Jack in the Box located on the corner of Oak Street and California Avenue left a negative impression due to an incident involving a homeless individual being mistreated by a staff member. Such behaviors reflect poorly on the service provided at these locations.

I visited the Jack in the Box at Totem Lake on Thursday, November 23rd, at 9:05 p.m. I waited for 45 minutes, but no one acknowledged me. When I tried to order fries, the employee seemed bothered. The staff ignored me because I don't speak Spanish or Portuguese, which made me feel discriminated against. Even after asking to order multiple times, they continued to ignore me. Eventually, I had to go through the Drive-Thru to let them know about my wait. The entire experience was unacceptable, and I felt mistreated because of the language barrier. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau to address the poor treatment I received.

I recently visited a Jack in the Box in Kingman, Arizona, and unfortunately, my experience with their night crew or cook was extremely disappointing. This is now my fourth visit where I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich on sourdough, only to receive an untoasted sourdough bun with no bacon, mayo, or a crispy chicken breast as advertised. Instead, I got a thin, flat, round patty that was smaller than expected. The bread was not even toasted, despite requesting extra toasting, and the sandwich did not resemble the one shown in their advertisements. To add to the frustration, the fries were cold as well. For over $8, this experience was truly underwhelming and feels like false advertising. I hope they address these issues for the benefit of all customers. -G.H.

I placed an order at the Gainesville TX location using the app. Upon arriving 15 minutes later at the drive-thru, I informed the employee through the app, but they seemed unaware and asked me to pull around to get my order. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect. The employee, a disrespectful Hispanic woman, seemed to have trouble with English and called my wife a derogatory term. In response, I plan to publish an ad in the local newspaper urging people not to eat at that location. I will also be giving away free fries to those who choose not to eat there. I've arranged with a competitor's manager to compensate him and am disheartened by the service I experienced. I believe it's essential to hire more personable employees and improve the overall customer experience. - MC
