I want to share my experience with INTERMIX. I paid for overnight shipping on a Wednesday, expecting to receive my item the next day. However, they have a 48-hour processing time before shipping, making it really three-day shipping instead of overnight. I called to get a refund for the $35 shipping fee after waiting five days for my order and encountered rude customer service. The online sales associate and manager were dismissive and even told me not to shop with them again. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager's response was incredibly disrespectful. I mentioned returning the $[redacted] swimsuit due to their treatment, but they did not show any concern.

Regarding order #[redacted], I purchased a skirt which I found unflattering upon trying it on. Planning to return it within the return policy timeframe, unexpected circumstances arose. I contracted Covid while in Europe, resulting in a mandatory quarantine period. Due to this delay, I may have exceeded the 30-day return window when I arrived back and checked the item from Intermix. I regret the situation caused by the unavoidable Covid situation.
